RUSSIA AND SYRIA HAVE JOINTLY ANNOUNCED THE MANDATORY OBLIGATION FOR THE PRESERVATION OF THE CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT IN SYRIA THAT HAS NOT BEEN VIOLATED AND EXPECTED TO BE EMBRACED BY THE VARIOUS GROUPS THAT ENTAILED THE CITIZENS OF SYRIA.

      Russia and Syria have jointly announced the mandatory obligation for the preservation of ceasefire agreement in Syria that has broken out in the early Morning few hours and has been so far observed by various groups that have welcomed the ceasefire break as the breath out break for the citizens, after the extended armed conflict in Syria that has lasted for over four Years. Neither violation of the ceasefire agreement, nor violation of its implementation has been so far reported in the last twenty four hours since its implementation, or enforcement in the capital city Damascus and its surrounding with the other Syrian major cities that entailed Aleppo and Idlip. The United Nations Resolution that specified constant monitoring and evacuation of Syrian refugees from Aleppo to Idlip by the thirty, or more of the United Nations Security Council envoys to Syria have successfully completed their mission with less difficulties and success, when compared to the previous evacuation and Relief Aid operation of the United Nations carried out by the United Nations personnel that have joint  the current operation in Syria. However, much has been expected of the governments with the Humanitarian Organizations in the joint effort of the governments of the United States of America Russia China the European Union Countries with the exiting EU member country of Britain for the required financial assistance needed for the rebuilding of the country's infrastructures that have been destroyed by the armed conflict in the lengthy and frequent battles that have exceeded four Years of extended conflict  that has devastated many cities and towns in Syria, specially in the city of Aleppo that has been finally evacuated of its remaining a hundred and fifty thousand innocent civilian citizens of Syria that entailed children women and men. Nothing so far has been mentioned of the various resistance groups with their demands for participation and sharing in the country's responsibilities and future prosperity, when Syrian natural resources with the revenues in the oil and natural gases in the wells, or refineries with the remaining industries that may rekindle the function of the industries, or set to generate sufficient income that can efficiently run the system of government and generate even more income for the country's projected future and better economic prospects with the required stability for more financial freedom for each and every of the disputed, or opposing groups that entailed the Syrian government the capitalized Rebel Forces with the Islamic Militants Groups and the ordinary citizens of Syria. Besides, citizens previous demands that entailed the demand for Democracy and citizens freedom with the additional demand for the relinquishment of power by President Basar Assad of Syria who has celebrated his victory over the Rebel Forces and the Islamists various groups in Syria and the surrounding regions, specially in the last four Years and perhaps this final Year of intensified armed conflict between the mentioned government's Troops  with the various groups that included the Rebel Forces with the Islamist Militants.
