GREEK GOVERNMENT TOUGHER STAND FOR MORE FINANCIAL FREEDOM AND BETTER FUTURE ECONOMIC PROSPECTS IN ATHENS AND THE WHOLE OF GREECE.

GREEK GOVERNMENT TOUGHER STAND FOR MORE FINANCIAL FREEDOM AND BETTER FUTURE ECONOMIC PROSPECTS IN ATHENS AND THE WHOLE OF GREECE.

Greece tougher stand for the implementation of European Union Austerity Measures, inspite of citizens indiscipline  in continued protest and violent demonstrations, due to jobs cuts, unemployment, early retirement, lower tarifs and mounting financial pressure has reaffirmed the Eurozone member countries about the government's seriousness in business that has shaped and sharpened Greece gradual economic recovery, faster growth, improved living standard of citizens for eventual more financial freedom and better future economic prospects in Athens and the whole of Greece, despite the European Union Parliament current controversial debates on more financial assistance for Greece and Cyprus. However, both Greece and Cyprus have expanded and secured better investment opportunites for the private sectors with liberal policies on the bank system to secure the alternative means for the required cash flow in the difficult financial time, despite the newly introduced additional bank fees on current and saving accounts of domestic and foreign clients, or customers.

BRITISH PARLIAMENT HAS AGAIN AND REPEATEDLY REJECTED ITS GOVERNMENT'S DECISION FOR AIRSTRIKES AGAINST SYRIA.

BRITISH PARLIAMENT HAS REJECTED AGAIN AND REPEATEDLY ITS GOVERNMENT'S DECISION FOR AIRSTRIKES AGAINST SYRIA.

Greater divide over military intervention with the scheduled time for airstrikes on intended targets against Syria prevailed in the last forty eight hours in the capitals of major developed countries that entailed Russia, England, Germany, the Middle Eastern and the Arab World countries. The British Parliament has again and repeatedly rejected its government's decision for airstrikes against Syria. Both the Parliament and government in Germany have rejected participation in the military intervention for, or against Syria without the UN Security Council Members approval and Russia's government has ruled out military intervention against Syria as violation of the International Body laws and regulations. However, Wednesday, September 04, in the year 2013 has been set as the day for the begin of military intervention in airstrikes against Syria, despite widerange disagreement in the last forty eight hours of Parliamentary Debates and Extra-Ordinary Meetings.

BRITAIN'S CONTROVERSIAL AUTHORITY FOR MILITARY STRIKE AGAINST SYRIA WITH, OR WITHOUT THE UN PERMANENT SECURITY COUNCIL MEMBERS SUPPORT CONTRADICTS THE UN MANDATE FOR PEACE IN SYRIA.

Debates for military strike against Syria with, or without the UN permanent Security Council Members support continued in extra-ordinary meetings and in Parliamentary debates in many countries around the World, particularly in the USA, Russia, the European Union countries, the Middle Eastern, the Arab World and African countries. Many countries have rejected, but some countries have approved Britain's controversial authority for strike against Syria which certainly contradicts the UN mandate for peace in Syria and for the prevention of use of chemical weapons in the current civil warfare in Syria. UN Investigators in Syria have been requested to evacuate Ghouta and leave Syria as early as on Saturday, September 01 in the year 2013. Journalists and media personnel at home and in foreign countries have to begun to leave their homes for Syria with the hope for detail coverages of Britain's and the Allied forces initial strikes against Syria.

BETTER FINANCIAL TURN-OUT ON ZERO POINT THREE PERCENT ECONOMIC GROWTH REFLECTED BETTER RECOVERY TREND FOR THE PROJECTED BRIGHTER ECONOMIC PROSPECTS IN THE EUROZONE NATIONS.

Better financial turn-out on zero point three percent (0.3%) economic growth of European Union major economies, inspite of minor recession and inflation  on domestic European Union markets , due to higher unemployment rates in many of the Southern European Union nations  and less secured financial markets performance has reflected better recovery trend in the Eurozone financial and economic markets for the projected brighter future business, financial and economic prospects in both the struggling and wealthier Eurozone nations. Germany announced a humble financial surplus worth eight point five billion euros (8.5 billion euros ) on zero point three percent economic growth, despite the warnings announced by the European Central Bank  about possible crisis on the European Union currency the Euro, if credit lines of both the domestic, or foreign banks operating within the Eurozone  with the European nations credit lines were left unchecked. Besides the requirement for the regulation of Eurobonds, the financial packages and eased domestic and international finance and business policies on better performing, or successfull businesses efficiently operating within the Eurozone.

USA GOVERNMENT DECLARED ITS SUPPORT FOR LIMITED MILITARY INTERVENTION ON SYRIA WITH NO DETAIL SPECIFICATION ON THE LIMITED MILITARY INTERVENTION.

Mounting pressure for the outbreak of yet another conflict and the fourth one in the Arab World region and particularly in Syria may eventually break-out as the British government has deployed British forces in the Atlantic Ocean for possible strike against Syria, while the USA government declared early Morning today its support for limited military intervention on Syria with no detail specification on what the limited military intervention on Syria might be. Germany may remain neutral as its government may required Parliamentary and Legislative approach for military intervention and Troops deployment against Syria. Syrian government announced early today its preparedness to repulse, or possibly encounter any Western countries assault against Syria at sea, in air and on the ground. However, no missile has yet been fired by any of the Troops that have been deployed early today.

MAJOR NATIONS DISPUTED OVER POSSIBLE MILITARY INTERVENTION ON SYRIA, DESPITE SYRIAN GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE WITH THE UN INVESTIGATION DEMANDS.

Possible military intervention on Syria remains the media highlight of the week in various Continents of the World as the major powers that entailed the United States of America, Russia, China, Britain, Germany, France and some European Union countries disputed over the possible implementation and enforcement of the UN Resolution that mandates, or authorizes the alternative measure for the use of military force as the possible solution to the resolution of the conflict being sought, despite  Syrian government compliance with the UN investigation demand for investigating Syrian government suspected chemical weapons sites around Damascus in which the UN investigators have been shot at repeatedly by unidentified men. However, Britain has emphasized the fact that Britain can interven in the Syrian war without the UN Secutrity Council Members recommendation, while Russia has warned nations against any form of military intervention in Syria as serious violation of International Body laws and regulations.

EXTENDED CITIZENS INDISCIPLINE IN PROTEST AND VIOLENT DEMONSTRATION BECAME KNOWN AS TYPICAL OF EGYPTIAN FLEDGING DEMOCRACY.

EXTENDED CITIZENS INDICIPLINE IN PROTEST AND VIOLENT DEMONSTRATION BECAME KNOWN AS TYPICAL OF EGYPTIAN FLEDGING DEMOCRACY.

Extended citizens indiscipline in protest and violent demonstration that became known as typical of Egyptian fledging Democracy continued in the Egyptian capital Cairo, despite the imposed curfew, due to the release of former President Hosni Mubarak from prison, while former President Mohammed Mursi has remained behind bars. Citizens worries focused on the return of the one political party former President to power who may again imposed absolute military power in Egypt, or one political party system of government for the eventual destruction of elements of Democracy, the multi-political parties system of governance and citizens freedom in the Egyptian major cities and towns. However, the former President Hosni Mubarak has been kept off the media attention during his hospitalizaton period in the military hospital in Cairo. What the President may do after his release from hospital remains unknown and a subject of much speculation during the current political crisis in Egypt.

RUSSIA AND CHINA HAVE REMAINED OBJECTED TO THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE AS THE ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION TO THE RESOLUTION OF THE CURRENT CONFLICT IN SYRIA, DESPITE CLAIMS OF USE OF CHEMICAL GAS BY SYRIAN FORCES.

Russia and China have remained objected to the use of military force as the alternative solution to the resolution of the current conflict in Syria which the two powerfull UN Security Council Members have repeatedly rejected and particularly in the final UN Resolution on Syria, despite claims of use of chemical gas by Syrian forces against the Rebel Forces and innocent civilian citizens which many have been children. Instead, China and Russia have urged President Assad to permit access to the suspected sites in which chemical weapons may have been stored, or used during the over two years Syrian civil war. Besides, the requirement for complaince with the UN Investigators request for further investigation of suspected sites and presentation of the final reports for which the USA government has expressed its concern and demanded truthfullness. About one thousand and three hundred people may have been killed by chemical gas near Damascus and Aleppo which too may have attributed to the rise in number of refugees influx to the neighboring countries whose total has exceeded the estimated figures of one point nine million Syrian refugees of which one million have been children.

UN INVESTIGATION DELEGATION WORK ON THE SUSPECTED SITES OF CHEMICAL WEAPONS IN SYRIA REMAINED UNFULFILLED.

The World media alert team reports on the claimed used of chemical weapons by the Syrian forces against innocent civilian citizens during the over two years civil war in Syria has remained unfulfilled, despite the three days investigative work on suspected sites of chemical weapons around Damascus which has been carried out by the UN investigation delegation to Syria that arrived in Damascus three days earlier. The suspected site of Al Ghouta has been thoroughly searched, but traces of stored, or chemical weapons that may have been used has not been found. Other suspected sites in other towns that entailed Aleppo, Homs and El-Hulla may soon be made accessible for investigation. The Arab World countries such as Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Jordan and Egypt have urged the Syrian government to permit access to the suspected sites in which chemical weapons may have been stored, or used against the Rebel forces and civilian citizens during intense, or fierce battle between the government and Rebel forces in Aleppo. THE WORLD REACTION TO THE CURRENT POLITICAL CRISIS IN EGYPT VARIED GREATLY AS THE POWER STRUGGLE BETWEEN THE VARIOUS POLITICAL PARTIES SUPPORTERS TURNED DEADLY.

The World reaction to the Egyptian current political crisis varied greatly as the power struggle between the various political parties supporters and the government turned deadly, particularly that of the Islamists, the Democrats and the government supporters. The European Union government has emphasized its intention to review its relationship with Egypt, particularly after the crisis became deadly and claimed many lives, despite repeated attempts by the delegates from the European Union, the USA, some Arab World countries and the Egyptian government in the attempts to settle the dispute over power struggle, or governance of the country by democratic process that entailed citizens participation during election by votes, or its rejection by votes abstention and peaceful demonstration. The USA on the other hand may reconsider fighter jets deployment and the use of military power after reports of extended killing of twenty six security personnel and eight hundred and sixty six civilian citizens.

DESERTIFICATION ENCROACHMENT REMAINS A SUPPRESSED THEME, INSPITE OF ITS CONSEQUENCES IN CLIMATE CHANGE, ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS AND NATURAL CATASTROPHES.

Desertification encroachment in the Arab World and particulartly the North, the West and East African countries remains a suppressed theme, inspite of its consequences in climate change, environmental hazards and natural catastrophes that have frequentlyclaimed many lives. specially in the Western and Eastern parts of Africa in which desertification encroachment and famine have been intense and severe respectively, due to crops failure. Environmentalists effort, or rather the attempts for the prevention of gradual destruction of habitat with the extinction of many species by less scientific approach have repeatedly failed. Other prevention methods such as the local population attempts to prevent desert encroachment by digging holes, firelines, walls and reforestation have been overwhelmed by dust storms that often carries enormous amount of sand that covers the holes, the firelines, the walls and the small trees, or shrubs under the expanse of sand dunes.

EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES JOINED EFFORT FOR A UNIFIED BANK SYSTEM WITHIN THE EUROZONE MAY AFFECT QUALIFIED PRIVATE BANK SECTORS TO EFFICIENTLY OPERATE WITHIN THE EUROZONE.

European Union countries joined effort for a unified bank system in the Eurozone for better financial and economic prospects in all the Eurozone countries, particularly in the Southern Europe has been derailed by widerange issues, despite gradual improvement in the unemployment rates of the Southern European countries that have hit over seventeen percent unemployment rates compared to the seven percent unemployment rates in the Northern European countries. Some of the widerange issues that may affect private bank sectors that have qualified as efficient bank sectors that may operate within the Eurozone entailed governments policies for, or against banks that have not been registered as Eurozone, or European Union private banks. The European Central Bank (ECB) policy for upgraded credit lines within the Eurozone countries. Unlimited sales of the Eurobonds to compensate for bailout delayed payment request and readjustment of the Eurozone countries budget with the allocation of the Finance Rescue Packages to the member countries that have been directly, or indirectly hit hard by the European Union Austerity Measures that have caused political unrest, financial and economic chaos in some of the Eurozone countries that requires much work for brighter financial and economic prospects expected in the Eurozone countries.

The disputed vehicles tax for foreigners which its details has not been clearified will continue to be rejected by both Germans and foreigners as unacceptable, due to the fact that both Germans and foreigners that own vehicles have been obligated to pay vehicles tax and toll tax that varies according to the vehicles number-plates at the automotive vehicles registration office during first registration and renewals, particularly in the States in which the European Union vehicles number-plates for pollution free environment friendly Eurozone has not been fully implemented.       Environmentalists and Green Peace early celebration on the little so far attained in regard to the required shift to the environment friendly renewable energy sources, particularly during the re-opening of the Wind Park in the North Sea which too has been set operational to generate cleaner, safe and pollution free electricity, despite previous tecnical difficulties may result in the reinforcement of the project for faster implementation of the change in the governments energy policy with the shift to the environment friendly renewable energy sources such as the Wind, the Solar and Geo-thermal energy sources from the fossil fuel that entailed coal, gas, petroleum and the atomic energy as the current main and efficient energy sources for the generatin of electricity in Germany, the most of the European Union countries and the USA.       The USA and Russia denounced Syrian President first speech of the month to the public that emphasized rejection of participation in peace talks with the Rebel forces, despite the requirement for a joined domestic and International effort to avert the projected humanitarian crisis in Syria and the neighboring countries, due to refugees influx and scarcity in essential commodities supply that has further caused higher prices, inflation and devaluation of domestic currencies in Syria and the neighboring countries. However, the United States of America has allocated the sum of one billion dollars to help eleviate the projected humanitarian crisis in Syria and the neighboring countries, particularly after the United Nations Organization announcement of dwindling funds sources to help prevent the crisis. THE INDICTMENT PROCESS AGAINST THE TURKISH HIGHEST GENERAL AND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN OTHERS ENDED IN YESTERDAY'S TRIAL WITH THE VERDICT OF GUILTY THAT CREATED ARIFT IN THE MILITARY AND POLITICAL STRUCTURES OF THE SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT.

The indictment process against the Chief of Staff General of the Turkish Army Forces, General ILkar Basbug and a hundred and twenty seven other active and retired military personnel on charges for violating the Turkish Army Forces Codes 309, 310 and 311 that specified penalties of life imprisonment, or execution by gun-fire of the high rank violators has unfortunately been concluded in yesterday's trial that passed the verdict of guilty against General Ilkar Basbug and the hundred twenty seven others, besides the few that have been acquitted on charges against the overthrow of the Democratically elected government of Prime Minister Recep Tayib Erdogan. This verdict has created a rift in the military and political structures of the Turkish system of government, particularly among the high rank Generals, the Secularists and Islamists political groups in addition to continued citizens demonstration that demanded an appeal against the verdict that has condemned the Turkish highest General and a hundred twenty seven other military personnel in yesterday's final trial.

CITIZENS IN GERMANY AND THE EUROPEAN UNION PROTESTED AGAINST THE GOVERNMENTS DATA PROTECTION MEASURES AND DEMANDED A UNIFIED DATA PROTECTION SYSTEM IN GERMANY AND THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES.

Citizens in Germany and many European Union countries have expressed their protest against the governments recent measures for data protection by constant surveillance of domestic and International Tele-Communication data in addition to the internet information transfer and data scrutiny by demonstration and demanded a unified data protection system in Germany and the whole of the European Union countries for the prevention of violation against the European Union citizens Constitutional Rights for personal, or business data protection. These citizens protest and demonstration has caused political dispute that may further lead to controversial Parliamentary debates in both the German and the European Union Parliaments in the next few weeks. However the asserted outcome of governments further additional measures in random searches and arrest of suspected Journalists that may have been responsible for the spread of the extensive media coverages against data protection measures that caused citizens protest and demonstration in Germany and the European Union  has been regarded as unnecessary and violates the freedom of speech rights in the developed countries with acknowleded Democracy and citizens rights.

GOVERNMENTS MEASURES FOR DATA PROTECTION MAY RENDER TELE-COMMUNICATION AND INTERNET INFORMATION TRANSFER VULNERABLE TO VIOLATION OF PERSONAL, OR BUSINESS DATA ON A GLOBAL SCALE.

GOVERNMENTS MEASURES FOR DATA PROTECTION MAY RENDER TELE-COMMUNICATION AND INTERNET INFORMATION TRANSFER VULNERABLE TO VIOLATION OF PERSONAL, OR BUSINESS DATA ON A GLOBAL SCALE.

Governments action to step-up data protection measures in the developed countries, particularly in the USA, the European Union countries and the major Asian countries over domestic Telecommunication, the internet information transfer and foreign Tele-communication data Centers by legislative authorization of constant surveillance on data transfer by the governments, or private data Centers may render Tele-communication data and internet information transfer vulnerable on the global scale to violation of personal, or business data protection, instead of its protection. Subjection of personal, or business data to scrutiny by governments authorized agents other than those to whom the information may have been intended is not data protection anymore it is an intrusion that violates personal, or business data protection legislation that has been granted by the Constitution to every individual, business, or company. Companies and individuals with sensitive business concept data, or huge money transaction should be alerted about the governments recent measures for data protection  on the domestic and global Tele-communication and internet Servers.

THE UNMANNED VEHICLES STRATEGIC DEFENSE POLICY REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL.

The unmanned vehicles strategic defense project also known as the EURO-Hawk Drones project remains controversial as Germany's current means that reflects its significant and strategic defense policy with regard to its relationship to the USA on major defense policy issues that entailed the Euro-Hawk project.
