FRANCE, ENGLAND AND GERMANY HAVE INTERVENED BY DEPLOMATIC AND POLITICAL MEANS TO END THE WORSENING INSECURITY CONDITION AND FEAR OF RUSSIAN MILITARY PRESENCE IN THE UKRAINE'S ISLAND OF KRIM.

Russian military overwhelming presence in Ukraine's Island of Krim has alarmed the Western powers. France, England and Germany have intervened by diplomatic and political means to end the worsening insecurity condition and fear of Russian Military presence in the Ukraine's Island of Krim. President Putin has calmed the Western Powers and demanded immediate normalization of the insecurity condition in the Ukraine's small Island in which three quarters of the population have been registered as Russians and Ukraine's citizens of Russian origin. Few media sources have speculated about the fact of overwhelming Russian Military presence in Krim which has not been fully confirmed as the  melting pot for the outbreak of conflict between Russia, the West and USA, due to Russian Military presence in the Island of Krim without the UN Security Council Resolution which certainly violates Ukraine's independency as a sovereign countries and ignores, or defies the World's Body requirement for compliance with the alternative Resolution which does, or does not authorize the use of power, inspite of the worsening condition on the ground.

Parliament's elected interim Prime Minister Arseniy has expressed herself positively in her effort to maintain European Union policy for possible inclusion of Ukraine in the Eurozone member countries, while keeping Russian oriented policies and influence in Ukraine untill the election Month that has been scheduled in May the year 2014, despite continued citizens violent and deadly demonstration in both Ukraine's capital Kiev and in the Island of Krim. Thousands of innocent civilian citizens have been killed during the clashes in both the inner city and in the Island of Krim. Russian Generals at the border to Ukraine have expressed themselves for possible military intervention in Ukraine, if necessary during the intensive military exercise at the Russian-Ukraine border. However, the Russian mandate for military intervention remained unclear, particularly after the introduction of Democracy in Russia with the Russian Parliament called the Duma.

GERMANY'S HIGHEST COURT DECISION BECAME MAJOR CONTROVERSIAL THEME IN THE GERMAN PARLIAMENT, THE MAJOR AND MINOR POLITICAL PARTIES IN GERMANY AND IN THE EUROZONE MEMBER COUNTRIES.

GERMANY'S HIGHEST COURT DECISION BECAME MAJOR CONTROVERSIAL THEME IN THE GERMAN PARLIAMENT, AMONG THE MAJOR AND MINOR POLITICAL PARTIES AND IN THE EUROZONE MEMBER COUNTRIES.

Germany's Highest Court decision that abolished the three percent margin difference votes required of qualified nominees for the candidacy to the European Union Parliament became major controversial political theme in the German Parliament the Bundestag and among major and minor political parties that have nominated qualified individual, or members of the mentioned Political Parties for the European Union election scheduled to take place in the Month of May in the year 2014 in Germany and in all the Eurozone member countries. The Court's final decision on the independent European Union Parliament election procedures that will be immediately enacted to a legislation and thoroughly enforced in Germany and in the Eurozone member countries has raised the question about the independency of the European Union Parliament and the dependency of the Eurozone member countries legislative and Judiciary systems, except the Highest Courts of the individual nations on the Parliament's equally highest authority whose independent power structure of governance in the Eurozone with the involvement in the World's responsibility such as problems solution during finance crisis, immigration problems and participation in peace mission and armed conflict.

RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT FIERCELY CRITICIZED WESTERN COUNTRIES SUPPORT OF THE INTERIM GOVERNMENT WITH THE POLICIES THAT ENDANGERS RUSSIA'S INTEREST IN UKRAINE.

Russian Prime Minister Dimitri Medwedjew fiercely criticized Western countries support of the interim government in Ukraine that has been temporarily headed by the Opposition's Leader Vitali Klitschko with the policies that endangers Russia's interest in Ukraine, particularly after the release of the warrant of arrest for the indictment process against the former President Viktor Janukowitsch  on charges of mass murder of innocent civilian citizens by both the military and the police forces, before, during and after the citizens uprising at Ukraine's inner city Median Square. However, the former President where about remains unknown and a subject of much speculation in both the Western and the Eastern European media, specially after repeated claims that he had been seen in a helicopter in three different small towns, before the final cross border escape to the unspecified destination in the neighboring country. No claims of embezzlement has been directed against the former President, inspite of the interim government declaration of state bankruptcy that will require immediate financial assistance in the sum of thirty five billion euros in the next two years.

UKRAINE'S MEDIAN FREEDOM SQUARE REMAINED FULLY OCCUPIED, DESPITE THE COMPROMISE THAT HAS BEEN REACHED BY BOTH THE FORMER GOVERNMENT MEMBERS AND THE OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES ON THE MAJOR CONSTITUTIONAL AND POLITICAL ISSUES.

Ukraine's Median Freedom Square has remained fully occupied with the protesters and demonstrators that have been carrying flags, while singing freedom songs  during the day and through-out the Night, despite the compromise that has been reached by both the former government cabinet Members and the Opposition Political Parties early Yesterday and in the Evening latest meeting and gathering of the demonstrators as revealed by the live satellite images. Few of the significant issues that have been agreed upon by both the Opposition and former government Members entailed the requirement for Amnesty and Freedom for the detained political prisoners which incuded former Prime Minister Timoshenko, the Constitutional Amendment and the demand for the formation of a new government. However, President Viktor Janukowitsch refusal to hand-over interim government responsibility untill the next scheduled election in the May 25th in the year 2014 has fueled further protest, despite the cabinet government resignition early in the Month of February of the year 2014.

However, the USA delegates have stressed the requirement for continued sanction against Iranian crude oil export to USA and Western Europe, particularly on the demand for the halt of Iranian Uranium enrichment program with possible manufacture of nuclear war heads, or the atomic bomb which President Hassan Rohani has dismissed as totally untrue, despite his hesitation for the success of the extended nuclear talks between the major countries and Iran.

Intellectuals and finance Experts unheeded concern for changes in the World's capitalistic and financial markets that may eventually lead to the collapse of the World's capitalistic system of governments, if ignored has regained the World's media and the capitalistic system of governments attention, due to the World's wealthiest rising anxiety over declining equity investment and quaterly capital gains in the World's financial markets and the emerging markets of mostly the developed and the developing countries. Requirement for much investment in the fields of science, mathematics, higher technology with the support of business, or finance studies research has been emphasized as safey, or rather precautionary measures against the anticipated collapse of the World's most successfull and dominant capitalistic types of governments that have begun to show signs of weakness in the principle capital gains, declining financial markets gains, decreased Gross Domestic Product for the eventual financial crisis and economic downtrend on a global scale.

VIOLENT CLASHES BETWEEN CIVILIAN DEMONSTRATORS AND THE MILITARY HAS RESULTED IN THE DEATH OF THOUSANDS OF DEMONSTRATORS IN THE CAPITAL KIEV.

The former President Viktor Janukowitsch has remained  out of sight and out of the city during the early Morning fierce clashes, while the Opposition's leader Vitali Klitschko has remained in close door meeting in the Chancellor's Office in Germany during the violent unrest in the capital Kiev. GOVERNMENT'S CABINET MEMBERS EXPRESSED DISAPPOINTMENT OVER CLAIMS OF SEX SCANDAL AND THE RESIGNITION OF THE CABINET MEMBER.

Few high rank government's cabinet members of Germany's historic, biggest and perhaps the greatest coalition government of all time have been disappointed, due to one of the cabinet members unclearified resignition attributed to claims of sex scandal affair of child pornography in the foreign land named the Edathy Affair that has caused former Interior Minister and the current Agriculture Minister Fredrich his high rank ministerial position, besides the government's and the Chancellor's approval with immediate replacement that may not cause a setback on the cabinet members unity, or the coalition government unity. However, sex practice, abuse and frequent sex scandal among the highest government, corporate and private sector officials remains common practice, inspite of threat of resignition, or lose of their highest positions, when uncovered by the domestic, or International media networks, media personnel and Journalists at home, or abroad. Requirement for further investigation of the Edathy Affair has been recommended, before the first quarter period for Parliamentary sessions, or debates ends early this year in the German Parliament the Bundestag.

RUSSIA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION BECAME INCREASINGLY SEPARATED OVER THE DISPUTED UKRAINE'S DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN POLICY, PARTICULARLY OVER UKRAINE'S HOSTILE POLICY AGAINST MEMBERSHIP TO THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES.

Russia and the European Union countries became increasingly separated over the disputed Ukraine's domestic and foreign policy, besides the civilian citizens increasing civil disobedience in continued protest and violent demonstration amidst the absence of the government in Ukraine's capital Kiev, while the military repeated attempts to restore order in the capital city without full authority of the military ruling cabinet has kept high rank Generals indecisive, or hesitant to use full military authority and force to restore order in the captal Kiev with no, or less bloodshed as required by the European Union Humanitarian Organizations. However, the European Union and particularly Germany has threatened both the former government and thr Opposition Political Parties with sanction against the hostile policy of Ukraine's refusal to the membership of the European Union countries at the time when Ukraine barely qualifies for the membership to the Eurozone countries, when compared to both the the European countries and other countries that have repeatedly applied for the membership to the Eurozone countries with regard to the required discipline of better credit line, financial freedom, industrial expansion, economic growth and the upgraded living standards of prosperous European Union countries citizens.

The vibrant cities in the USA Southern States have re-opened early Morning today after the precedented shutdown of the cities that have lasted for three days, due to severe Winter Weather in snow and accumulated ice that have exceeded two inches in some parts of the cities and the outer-skirts of the cities. In Atlanta Georgia the extended Arctic Blast Severe Winter Weather has caused power outaged in hundreds of thousands of homes through-out the State and beyond the State in to other neighboring States. The estimated damage inflicted in the number of innocent lives that may have been lost during the Winter Storm and the estimated sum of money have exceeded seventeen and several hundreds of millions of dollars respectively. CITIZENS IN SWITZERLAND HAVE DEMONSTRATED AGAINST THE EUROPEAN UNION NEW IMMIGRATION POLICY THAT MAY SPLIT THE EUROZONE COUNTRIES AND DRASTICALLY REDUCE THE NUMBER OF IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES TO THE EUROZONE COUNTRIES.

Citizens in Switzerland have gone to the streets early morning today to protest by demonstration the European Union new immigration regulations and measures that may be enacted to a legislation that will split the Eurozone countries in to two groups for and against the European Union new immigration policy, specially the immigration policy that may drastically reduce the number of immigrants and refugees from the developing countries of Eastern Europe, the Middle Eastern, the Arab World, the Asian and African countries. CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT AND THE EVACUATION OF SYRIAN CIVILIAN CITIZENS FROM THE THIRD LARGEST TOWN OF HOMS HAS BEEN GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS SUCCESSFULL.

Syrian government forces and the Opposition Syrian Rebel Freedom Fighters have agreed for the first time to observe the signed three days ceasefire agreement that began yesterday with no violation and possible extension of the specified time period as Humanitarian and Emergency Organizations have begun the random evacuation of Syrian civilian citizens from the third largest town of Homs named the ghost town. Over eighty civilians which included women and children have been evacuated from dwellings under rubbles, or damaged homes and transported to refugees camps at the Syrian - Jordanian border during the first day of evacuation by buses which has been generally described as successfull. However, media sources speculated on the initial phase of the three days ceasefire agreement as the required comprmise for success of Geneva two peace talks negotiation between the government's and the Oppsition's Representatives that will take place under the supervision of major countries such as the USA, Russia, the European Union, China and the United Nations Members.

THE CONTROVERSY ON UNLIMITED SALES OF EUROBONDS TO QUALIFIED INVESTORS, FINANCE INSTITUTIONS AND COUNTRIES SEEMED TO HAVE OVERWHELMED THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS OF BOTH THE LEGISLATIVE AND JUDICIARY BRANCHES OF THE EUROPEAN SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENTS.

The controversy on unlimited sales of Eurobonds to wealthier Investors, finance Institutions and countries around the World seemed to have overwhelmed the decision making process of both the legislative and Judiciary branches of the system of governments in Europe and particularly in Germany, despite the European Central Bank repeated readjustment of the allocated interest rate on the Eurobonds. Germany's Highest Court in Karlsruhe has remained indecisive on the required final decision on the unlimited sales of Eurobonds to the specified bodies which many people believed should be limited and forwarded the controversial financial and political issue to the European Union Parliament and the Highest Judiciary Branch of the European Union government. However, sales of the Eurobonds to qualified Investors, finance Institutions and countries have been made available on supervision of the European Union Central Bank (ECB) with limitation, particularly on the capital principal investment of qualified Investors, finance Institution and countries that have been limited to five hundred million euros, one billion euros and three hundred billion euros respectively.

TURKEY GOVERNMENT TOUGHER MEASURES AGAINST INTERNET USERS WITH POSSIBLE CONTROL OF INTERNET DEVICES MAY FURTHER STRAIN TURKISH GOVERNMENT REQUEST, OR RATHER THE DEMAND FOR TURKEY MEMBERSHIP TO THE EUROPEAN UNION.

Turkey government decision for tougher measures against internet users with possible control of high technology internet devices such as computers, smartphones and other wireless internet devices which qualified Turkey as one of the Arab World countries that have banned the use of smartphones, Blackberry and mini computers with possible control of internet users may further strain the request, or rather the demands of the Turkish government that have been presented during the visit of the Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Edogan to Berlin. Afew of the request, or rather the demands entailed Turkey membership to the Union, the integration of Turks in to German Communities, or Society with the allocation of higher governmental positions, or professions and the requirement to ease the naturalization process of Turks to German citizenship. However, no promises have been made by the Chancellor who has been knowledgeable of the European Union Maastricht Treaty, particularly with regard to Turkey membership to the European Union and the freedom of the European Union citizens, specially the freedom of movement, freedom of speech with possible information transfer and freedom of an individual.

THE MAJOR POLITICAL AND LEGISLATIVE ISSUE THAT REMAINS AN OBSTACLE ON THE DEFENSE MINISTER PATH OF SUCCESS HAS BEEN THE AMENDMENT OF THE ENACTED LEGISLATION THAT AUTHORIZED DISARMAMENT AND TROOPS REDUCTION OF THE BUNDESWEHR.

Germany's first female Defense Minister Ursula Von Der Leyen ambition to transform German Military also known as the Bundeswehr in to more attractive job provider and learning Institution by intense training programs and better equipped Bundeswehr with high tecnology mordern weapons remains questionable both at home and abroad as she extended the mandate for Bundeswehr invovement in peace mission early today and particularly in Afghanistan and Mali. The redeployment of the German military in Afghanistan has been limited to few hundreds after the initial withdrawal of the Bundeswehr from the war zones in Afghanistan. However, the numbr of the German Military that will be deployed in and around Mali has not been specified, despite Germany's increasing role of responsibility in problems solution at both the domestic  and foreign levels that entailed continued humanitarian assistance, the involvment in peace mission and the intervention in domestic and foreign armed conflicts. The major political and legislative issue that remains an obstacle on the defense Minister path of success for all has been the amendment of the enacted legislation that authorized disarmament and troops reduction of the Bundeswehr.

GOVERNMENTS SCRAMBLE ON THE ATTEMPTS TO RE-DEFINE CORRUPTION MADE A COME BACK ON BOTH THE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL NEWSPAPERS AS ONE OF EUROPE'S MAJOR CONTROVERSIAL POLITICAL ISSUES.

Governments scramble on the attempts to re-define corruption with possible scientific, judiciary, legislative and political solution after two years period of silence has resurfaced once again as one of European Union countries major controversial political issues, particularly after Journalists in the USA and Europe covered extensively on both the domestic and International Newspapers scientific reports on high rate corruption  in the developed and wealthiest countries of America and the European Union countries of which the USA and Germany have made the first twelve on the list of the World's most corrupted countries. However, legislative approach in Parliamentary debates in the European Union Parliament may partly resolve and stop the widerange fields of corruption and its attributes that have cost the Eurozone countries the estimated amount of over a hundred and twenty billion euros annually. Few of the many fields mentioned in which corruption has been frequently reported entailed the Humanitarian Aid branch of mostly to the developing countries, the domestic social welfare violation and manipulation of governmental, co-operation and private sector contracts , particularly in the fields of Healthcare, construction services, or developement and the Ministry of Defence contracts.

Few of the issues that may become major disputed political concern in the Eurozone countries for Islamic Schools and Islamic Communities entailed the scrutiny and control of Islamic Religion curriculum in Islamic Schools in the Eurozone, the selected observation of Islamic Religion practices and holidays in Islamic Schools and Islamic Communities. Besides, the prevention of circumcision of children ,or younger European Union citizens born of Muslim Parents with the requirement for proficiency in the official European Union countries languages, rather than the Arabic Language.
