    Unprecedented storm surge passed through Europe's North Western to North Eastern regions late in the Evening of Yesterday as it gained much strength and built up its high speed and destructive power to higher level often known of dangerous Natural Catastrophe similar to category three hurricane of North America that has continued to surprise weather scientists and meteorologists in Europe's Northern region. The storm which has been named Xavier destroyed parts of a number of Europe's beautiful cities towns and villages as it passes through the North Western and North Eastern wind currents path, specifically along parts of the Netherlands closer to North Sea and Germany's Northern regions, or States of Schleswig Holstein Hamburg Niedersachsen Brandenburg and as far as parts of Ukraine and Russia's Western border to East of Ukraine that have been buttered by much wind and rainfall measured at the speed of a hundred and twenty kilometers per hour and several inches of rain respectively. Trees have been uprooted power lines knocked off and underground electric cables generators and transformers have been flooded by rain water that has continued to rise and has flooded parts of Europe's  beautiful Northern cities towns and villages. Various types of transportation network systems, whether they may have been the air transportation network system the rail road transportation network system and the on road transportation network systems that have been all affected anf at once by the unprecedented and upgraded Natural Catastrophe named Xavier that devastated Europe's Northern cities towns and villages, particularly those along the North Sea coastal region. Xavier has been, or may have caused the extended high speed wind gast currents that further resulted in flights cancelation at various major airports of Germany's mentioned Northern States, besides series of cancellation, or delay of the scheduled commuter trains and Europe's long distance travel Intercity faster trains from one major city to another major city within the same country, or to a different country. Electric power companies have been maintained and set to operate efficiently, after the storm surge damage that caused power outage in Europe's Northern States. The companies have confirmed reignition of the generators that supplied the hundreds to thousands of homes that had suffered power outage in various Northern parts of Europe of which Denmark Norway Finland and Sweden have not been the exceptional.    Citizens civil indiscipline by protest demonstration and strike continued in Spain's region of Catalonia, due to the citizens unheeded demand for independence from Spain by Referendum that should determine the independence of Catalonia from Spain. King Felipe the sixth of Spain has denounced the Referendum that will separate Catalonia from Spain as undemocratic and violates citizens civil and Constitutional Rights in Spain, despite overwhelming support of the Referendum by the demonstrators that have attained over ninety eight percentage votes and qualified Catalonia for separation from Spain, despite the government objection of the Referendum that will divide the country. Law enforcement personnel have been deployed for the reinforcement of the active police force on the ground that have repeatedly failed in their attempts to disperse citizens demonstrators and restore order in the capital city Madrid. The reinforced police forces have beaten and knocked down violent citizens demonstration that have ceasingless protested by violent demonstration and strike for the independence of their region and themselves from Spain's government rule. About ninety eight percent of the mentioned millions of demonstrators have voted with overwhelming majority support for the independence of Catalonia from Spain by the Referendum that will determine their independence and freedom from Spain, despite King Felipe the sixth rejection of the Referendum that may divide his country in to smaller countries. The European Union leaders and members of Parliament convened in the European Union Parliament in Brussels Yesterday for the discussion of wide range issues facing the European Union with emphasis on the current political diplomatic and financial crisis for the independence of Catalonia from Spain by the Referendum that has already been passed and voted for on Sunday, October 02nd in the Year two thousand and seventeen. However, the European Union government and Parliament required final decision on the current crisis for the independence of Catalonia from Spain has been rather discouraging, after EU leaders and members of Parliament apparent refusal to intervene and settle the current disputed Referendum for independence of Catalonia from Spain. EU leaders and members of Parliament described the Referendum and independence crisis for the separation of Spain as an internal domestic issue of  the govetnment of Spain that does not required EU intervention and possibly settlement of the crisis. In other words EU government and members of EU Parliament have indirectly supported the government of Spain, after it expressed its refusal to intervene in the internal domestic affair of an independent EU member country of Spain, despite citizens current protest by violent demonstration and strike that can inflict much damage on the government's authority along with property and human lives that would be lost as a result of violence.
