USA PRESIDENT VISIT TO PUERTO RICO MARKED A NEW BEGIN FOR THE REQUIRED BILATERAL RELATIONSHIP AND TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY BETWEEN THE USA AND PUERTO RICO, DESPITE THE KNOWN FACT OF THE PRESIDENT'S VISIT TO PUERTO RICO CAUSED BY THE EXTEND OF DEVASTATION INFLICTED BY THE NATURAL CATASTROPHE NAMED MARIA.

    USA President visit to Puerto Rico earlier today has been marked by support and controversy that gained much attention of the domestic and International media in extended media coverage that emphasized a new begin that marked renewed bilateral relationship and territorial integrity between the USA and Puerto Rico that may have resulted from the USA President visit to Puerto Rico, or the devastation caused by the Natural Catastrophe named Maria on one hand, but on the other hand claims of the USA President less rational allocation of relief operation budget for the USA States and countries that have been devastated by the Natural Catastrophe of hurricane named IRMA and Maria that made  landfall in the USA coastal States of Texas Florida Louisiana and parts of Georgia, when compared to Puerto Rico the Caribbean Islands Guadalupe Jamaica Haiti and Cuba for which USA President Relief AID budget allocation has been described as partial, or minimal. USA President controversial statements of Puerto Ricans repeated messages of thanks and even more thanks to the President of USA and to the USA citizens during the brief televised interview of the President in San Juan along with the tossing of Relief Supplies to the citizens of Puerto Rico has illustrated USA President and Americans spirit of thanks giving in time of difficulty, particularly during devastation caused by the Natural Catastrophes, or by armed conflicts in the various countries of this World that have been described as the areas of conflicts as the wars in Iraq Afghanistan and Syria. However, the USA has not looked out, but rather intervened for peaceful purpose and for the freedom of other countries as the current intervention in Iraq Afghanistan Syria Libya Sudan Egypt and parts of Turkey. Besides, the constant fight against terrorism by elevated security measures in the various countries of the World, specially in the USA various States the European Union countries major cities and in the areas of conflict that have been surrounded identified and marked as surrounded, or comprised of Islamic Militant , or the Rebels in the back yard territories of  USA that requires constant support, or assistance by relief aid, or the required reinforcement of the USA forces by frequent deployment of the personnel in the services of defense and Humanitarian mission as the USA President current visit to Puerto Rico.
