GERMANY'S DISPUTED CYBER DEFENSE COMMAND CENTER HAS BEEN REOPENED AND UPGRADED, AFTER BRIEF CLOSER ATTRIBUTED TO POLITICAL DEFENSE AND TECHNOLOGICAL DISPUTE WITH THE USA.

   Germany's disputed and controversial Cyber Defense Command Center has been reopened and upgraded, after brief closer attributed to political defense and technological dispute with the USA. The Cyber Command Center located in Germany's State of North Rhein Westfallen, specifically in the former capital city of Bonn Badgodesberg has been reopened to protect and defend Germany's various network systems located in Germany's various States that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen against the recent frequent cyber attacks on various network systems that entailed tele- communication companies banks and the media main branches as the television and radio stations, besides the online companies with other various network communication and transportation network systems, whether it may have been the air transport the rail road, or the on road transportation network systems. Besides, the personnel computers as the desk top the lap top with various other wired and wireless network and devices as the various types of smart phones and tablets. However, Germany's new Cyber Defense Command Center which its name has not been specified would be subjected to series of limitations in its operations for protection and defense of the various network systems and individual devices within its scope and the scope assigned in the duty of the complex high technological internet technology protection and defense measures and strategy for both the wired and wireless technology, despite the requirement for breakthrough being sought in the field of Cyber Defense operations , particularly for the required total control of the wired and wireless technology and devices being used today with the control of the Wireless Space through Satellites, or by relay on Base Stations formerly operated on higher ground, or on higher tower stations that could still be found in Germany's State of North Rhein Westfallen and other various States that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen. Germany's Cyber Defense Command Center has been further upgraded to the level that detect at a faster speed cyber attacks, or unusual less unknown internet and other cyber operations within specified network systems and range within Germany and Eurozone countries, despite the limitations that have been imposed on Germany's new Cyber Defense Command Center with regard to the required protection measures and defense strategies mentioned earlier as the constant surveillance of Germany's wireless space and air space against the undetected wireless networks, or the detected wireless, but unregistered networks in Germany's and Eurozone's wireless Space and airspace by the Cyber Defense Command Center networks that may operate within the range that has been described as unspecified limitations on the Cyber Defense Command Center that has, or may have been involved in detecting the wired and the wireless with the missiles that may have been launched, or about to be launched from unspecified locations within Germany the Eurozone and in the airspace of far away countries as the USA the Russian the Asian countries as China. These limitations being imposed on the scope of major Cyber Defense Command Center the Defense Companies and individual's abilities may further limit the scope and ability being sought in Europe and the major countries of this World with regard to the current race on Missiles Defense Systems technology which Russia and various other major countries have repeatedly attempted to attain the required breakthrough in the Strategic Missiles Defense Systems Interception Capability of both the short and long range missiles frequently launched from unspecified sites at, or near Russia's Western border region to East of Ukraine against European major cities.
