      Environmentalists and Green Peace Activists have bitterly complained about the less unified and controversial energy policy of the Eurozone countries, particularly on the required implementation of the change of the European Union Countries energy policy with the shift from the hazardous and polluting energy sources such as the atomic energy and fossil fuel to the Environment friendly, less polluting and renewable energy sources such as the Solar, the Wind, the Hydro and the Geothermal energy sources, particularly after few European Union Countries and cities that entailed the European Headquarter Country of Belgium with the city of Brussels individually announced their intention to reset operation of their Nuclear Reactors that generates efficiently, sufficient electric energy capacity to meet the rising demand for high electric energy consumption in the various Eurozone Countries and cities, despite the enacted legislations by the European Union Parliament in Brussels for the implementation of the Unified Eurozone Countries energy policy with the shift from the harmful and polluting energy sources to the specified Environment friendly and renewable energy sources. Besides, the Allied Forces and Iraqi Forces announcement of their preparedness for farther advancement and capture of ISIS's remaining and only military Base in the Northern town of Mosul, despite the Islamic and religious leaders speech that has been broadcasted and conveyed from the three major countries of Lebanon, Syria and Iraq with the call for all the Islamic Militants Groups from the various Islamic and Arab Countries for the fight against the Iraqi Forces advancement whose victory has been attributed to the foreign Allied Forces in the Northern Iraq Region  and Syria. Few of the sixty Allied Forces that have scheduled airstrikes against ISIS strongholds in the town of Mosul and Syria entailed the USA, Russia, the European Union Countries of England, France and Germany. In addition to the few Arab World and Islamic Countries of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordon and the United Arab Emirates. However, the Upper Theocratic  and Highest Islamic  Clerics House in Tehran that has been responsible for the repeated re-election of the Supreme Leader Ayutollah Ali Khomeni in the highest office in the country did not mentioned anything for, or against the formation of the Islamic State in Syria and Northern Iraq Region, nor have they been against the scheduled airstrikes by the sixty Allied Countries Forces against ISIS during the debate held Yesterday in the only session of the debate held yesterday in the Upper Islamic Theocratic House that discussed the demand, or rather the requirement for increase of the Highest Clerics and Theocrats numbers in the Upper Islamic Theocrats House in Tehran.

GERMANY'S OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES HAVE FIERCELY CRITICIZED THE SECOND DEPLOYMENT OF THE GERMAN MILITARY TO TURKEY AND ALONG THE BORDER REGION OF TURKEY TO SYRIA AND NORTHERN IRAQ REGION.

     Germany's Opposition Political Parties have fiercely criticized the largest Coalition Government Cabinet's decision with the Defense Ministry approval of the second deployment of Germany's EWACS fighter planes with additional Troops re-deployment in the Turkey's border region to Syria on supervision of the NATO Allied Forces, after withdrawal of the German Military Patriot Division from the same location early in the week. Besides, the requirement for the recruitment of civilian citizens in the German Military, or the Bundeswehr for the reinforcement of the Troops at the Turkey's border region to Syria and for the continuation of the fight against the Islamic Militants and Terror Groups called  ISIS and ISIL at the Turkey's border region to Syria and Northern Iraq Region. This second deployment of the German Military and Germany's EWACS Planes without the Parliament's approval, due to its holiday Season and New Year's annual break has been denounced by the Opposition Political Parties as further violation of Germany's Constitution  and defense policy that clearly specified with emphasis the country's Constitutional objection to its military personnel and Troops participation in foreign conflicts. In addition to the defense policy of Germany's current largest Coalition Government that stated clearly disarmament of the German Military, instead of its armament with EWACS war planes. UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL MANDATE FOR IMMEDIATE IMPLEMENTATION OF PEACE IN SYRIA IN THE NEW YEAR REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL.

     United Nations Security Council mandate for immediate implementation of ceasefire and peace in Syria on the first week of the year two thousand and sixteen (2016), which has been expected to stop bloodshed too in Syria and Northern Iraq Region has unfortunately not specify the United Nations Security Council Resolution that has been passed by the United Nations Security Council member countries as the United Nations Security Council Alternative Resolution that authorizes the use of military force as solution to the resolution of the difficult and extended conflicts that inflicted much damage in human lives that have been lost and property damage, due to repeated objection of the same, or similar United Nations Resolution that clearly authorizes the use of military force as an alternative peace solution to specific difficult and extended armed conflicts as in the current civil wars and the Islamic Militants extended and difficult warfare in terrorism and Rebel Forces resistance conflicts, particularly in the previous debates of the United Nations Security Council Members in which few, but major United Nations Security Council Members had repeatedly objected to the use of force by the implementation of the specific Resolution for immediate peace in Syria and Northern Iraq Region in the New Year, due to the unpredictable consequences that became obvious early this week immediately after the announcement of the United Nations mandate for peace in Syria and possibly the Northern Iraq Region by reinforcement of the domestic Syrian Forces and the foreign forces that comprised of the USA, Russia and Turkey air to surface Forces with additional ammunition and ground Troops, or boots on the ground in the Northern Region of Syria that has immediately resulted in the massacre of innocent civilian citizens in the Northern Region of Syria, particularly by the Russian Troops on the ground and in the air. These incident of massacre with the occupation of Syrian Northern Region by the USA Ground Forces, specially after their entry and occupation of the town of Ramadi that has been documented and immediately resulted in fierce criticism by the International Organization for amnesty called Amnesty International because of the extend of violence inflicted by the major countries forces against innocent civilian citizens, particularly by the forces of the major countries that had repeatedly objected the implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution that authorizes the use of a joined military force against Syria, but suddenly changed and became the first documented mass murder forces of the same civilian citizens they had been obligated to protect and to ensure that peace and security prevails in their regions, or countries of Syria and Northern Iraq Region. However, the same United Nations Resolution for peace in Syria that did not specify the use of military force as the Alternative Resolution has resulted in the occupation of Syrian Northern Region by Syrian Forces of President Basar Assad with the assistance of the foreign forces from the USA, Russia and Turkey as in the Occupation of the town of Ramadi. The Resolution has too, specified the relinquishment of power by President Basar Assad as it has been previously demanded by Syrian civilian citizens, the Rebel Forces of Syria and by the Islamic Militants Resistance and Terrorists Groups called ISIS that have denounced the occupation of Ramadi by the Syrian Forces loyal to President Assad with the assistance of the foreign forces from the USA, Russia and Turkey.

      United Nations Security Council Members voted overwhelmingly with over twenty votes of the Security Council Member Countries that included the votes of the major countries as the USA, Russia, China and the European Union Countries for the passage and implementation of the Resolution that may end the five years of continued Syrian conflict that has been proven as difficult to resolve by various means that entailed the diplomatic and political approach with the use of military force in extended airstrikes of the World's major and powerful countries as the USA, Russia, the European Union and the Arab World countries against the Islamic Militants called ISIS and the Rebel Forces in Syria and Northern Iraq Region during the United Nations meeting held at the United Nations Headquarter in New York in the USA. However, the scheduled implementation of the Resolution that has been passed by the United Nations Security Council Members that will begin in the first week of the month of January in the year two thousand and sixteen (2016) did not specify the type of the Resolution that has been passed by the United Nations Security Council Member that will be enforced early next year by the governments of the countries that have decided to end continued bloodshed in Syria by whatever means possible that may entail the use of military force by the implementation of the United Nations Alternative Resolution that authorizes the use of military force as solution to difficult and extended conflict that has claimed many lives and inflicted much property damage on both, or many sides of those that have been involved in the five years conflict. Few of the  points that have been mentioned as significant to the resolution of the conflict in Syria during the meeting entailed the demand for the relinquishment of power by the current government of President Basar Assad. The formation of six months transitional government after the removal of President Assad with the formation of a permanent government one and half year later after the interim government expire six month after. Further points of difficulties and disagreement that have been discovered during the meeting included the difficult facts of identification and placement.       European Union Members of Parliament have unanimously voted with overwhelming majority support of twenty eight European Union Countries delegates for the extension of the sanction against Russia for another six months period, Inspite of sustained financial loses in both Russia and the Eurozone countries that has been generally estimated to have exceeded the sum of over a hundred billion dollars in annual financial loses that has been so far inflicted on various European countries economies, due to continued sanction against Russia. European Union countries justified their decision for the extension of the sanction against Russia in the latest Parliamentary debate held in the European Union Parliament in Brussels with the overwhelming Parliamentary votes that have been casted for the decision of the extension of the European Union countries and USA sanction against Russia, due to Russia's refusal, or rather defiance to the European Union countries demand for the resolution of the current conflict in Ukraine that has continued to inflict damage on human lives that have been so far lost and on property. However, new diplomatic and political approach has been required for the resolution of the conflict by immediate restatement of cease fire agreement, particularly in the East of Ukraine, Ukraine and in the Island of Krim of the Crimea Region. Besides, the requirement for faster implementation of Minsk Treaty objectives that specified cease fire agreement within the cease fire zone. Relinquishment of heavy weapons of mass destruction by both, or the many sides that have been involved in the conflict. Prisoners exchange and prisoners release between the government and the Rebel Forces have been made clear. Troops withdrawal from areas of conflict, or the border regions to the areas of conflict have been specified. The scheduled referendum that may be accepted by the sides involved in the conflict and that will determine the course of political development for national reconciliation, autonomy, or separation that will be accompanied by the European Union Finance Packages allocation have been further emphasized in Treaty.

This controversy on refugee and asylum crisis in Western Europe may require the final decision of the European Union Countries Highest Court, if the European Union Parliament continues with further extension of its required final decision on the subject of distribution of refugees and asylum seekers within the domestic European Union Countries and not their deportation to far away unknown, or known destinations that have been destroyed by civil wars, terrorism and humanitarian crisis. DISPUTE OVER TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY AND OTHER WIDE RANGE ISSUES SUCH AS CONFLICTS TERRORISM SANCTIONS AND REFUGEE, OR ASYLUM ISSUES HAS BEEN INTENSIFIED AMONG THE WORLD'S MAJOR COUNTRIES.

      Dispute over territorial integrity with the shot-down of Russian fighter jets intensified among European major countries over the last weekend. particularly after Russian President Vladimir Putin bitterly denounced the shot-down of the Russian fighter jets with the killing of Russian well trained military personnel during the President's annual speech to the nation and for the people of Russia in which he defended and emphasized Russia's increasing participation in the fight against terrorism and particularly in the fight against ISIS in Syria and at borders of Syria to Turkey and the Northern Iraq region. This recent development in the shot-down of Russian fighter jet in the Turkey airspace by the Turkey military, besides the terrorists attack against the Russian passenger airliner at Sharm El Sheikh that killed a hundred twenty four passengers aboard the Russian aircraft bound for Moscow from Egypt with the extended intensified sanctions of the USA and European Union countries against Russia that has further strained the bilateral relationship between Moscow and Ankara to the lowest in decades, despite Turkey President Rezept Tayyip Erdogan official apology that has been conveyed to Russia over the last weekend for the second shot-down of Russian fighter jet by the Turkey military on claims of repeated violation of Turkey airspace by the Russian military fighter jets pilots. New diplomatic and political approach toward the resolution of the emerging conflicts with those that have broken-out in the Arab World and East European Union countries, specifically in Syria, Northern Iraq region and East of Ukraine respectively has been called upon by few European Union countries, particularly by Germany in the repeated failed attempts to ease the consequences of the emerging conflicts with those that have already broken-out and continues to inflict direct, or indirect damage on innocent civilian lives, properties and continues refugees, or asylum seekers influx to the Eurozone and many other countries around the World that included the USA, Russia, Turkey, the Arab World and African countries. European Union countries Research Scholars have estimated the amount that exceeded the sum of over ninety billion euros in damage in the last four quarters of the business year, due to the mentioned conflicts and extended sanctions against Russia by the USA and the Eurozone countries.

     Trade Unions and employees at Germany's various major airports , particularly the cockpit professionals and those in the duty of accompaniment of the domestic and long distance travel, or the International foreign flights have again and repeatedly warned the airlines industry, specially the Lufthansa airlines company against resumption of the extended civil indiscipline by protest, demonstrations and strike, due to the government's partial compromise to the previously unheeded demands that entailed the demand for tariff increase that has been specified as five percent (5%) tariff increase , instead of the two point five percent (2.5%) tariff increase that has been allocated by the government for the cockpit professionals and those in the duty of accompaniment of the numerous domestic and long distance travel, or the International flights. Besides, the demand for and not against the fair restructuring of management new strategies for better insurance plans and retirement securities for the mentioned airlines personnel, particularly for the employees of  Lufthansa and German Wings airlines that have repeatedly attempted to merge their airlines businesses in order for the two companies to regain competence and higher efficiency at both the domestic and global International levels. Additional factors of concern have been emphasized as significant further demands that have been required to the disputed demands that entailed the demand for tariff increase that has been specified as five percent (5%) tariff increase. Improved flight schedule plan has been stressed as one of the significant factors that have been required to ease the rising safety concern of the few and over stressed cockpit professionals with those in the accompaniment business for the domestic and long distance International flights. Other issues of concern entailed improved safety and security measures at Germany's various major airports of the many cities and States that entailed Frankfurt Am Main, Dusseldorf, Berlin and Bayern Munchen respectively. GERMANY'S LARGEST COALITION GOVERNMENT CABINET MEMBERS DECISION FOR THE DEPLOYMENT OF THE GERMAN MILITARY IN SYRIA AND NORTHERN IRAQ REGION HAS BEEN FURTHER CRITICIZED, DESPITE THE APPROVAL OF THE GERMAN PARLIAMENT.

      Germany's largest coalition government cabinet members and the members of the German Parliament also known as the Bundestag have both approved the government's decision for the deployment of one thousand and two hundred soldiers of the German military the Bundeswehr in Syria and Northern Iraq region, despite the extended criticism of the government's decision for the deployment of the German military in Syria and Northern Iraq by various media sources, politicians and intellectuals from the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen  and the Eurozone countries, particularly after Chancellor Angela Merkel reaffirmed the government's commitment for the deployment of the German military with the expansion of the current mission for the fight against ISIS from Northern Iraq region to Syria. Besides, the postponement of the scheduled Troops withdrawal from Afghanistan with those that have been stationed at the border region between Turkey and Syria with the recent deployment of the German military in Mali and South of Sudan for which the Chancellor has remained silent about during the brief televised interviews held in the German Parliament and in the Chancellor's office. The extended criticism that has been directed by various media sources, politicians and intellectuals against the cabinet's decision for the deployment of the German military in Syria with the support of the Parliament has been further highlighted as violation of the government's defense policy and Constitution that do not permit the involvement of the German military in foreign intervention military conflicts in the foreign countries as in the current multiple participation of the German military in various domestic and foreign military intervention missions, or foreign military conflicts. However, this controversy on Germany's largest coalition government cabinet's decision with the Parliament's approval that has been referred to as contrary to the Constitutional guidelines of the Democratic Republic of Germany with regard to the current defense policy of disarmament of the German military, Troops reduction and restriction of the German military missions to peace and humanitarian missions in the domestic and foreign countries may require further Constitutional amendment with additional changes in Germany's current defense policy.

Uganda, Burundi, Somalia and South of Sudan have been few of the mentioned African countries that have lost the attention with the concern of the World's major and responsible nations with regard to the collective global approach toward problems solutions of both the domestic and foreign countries such as the current refugees and humanitarian crisis in the mentioned African countries, particularly in the countries of Uganda, Burundi, South of Sudan and Somalia. Refugees and asylum seekers influx in the African countries of Uganda and the mentioned few African countries that included Kenya has exceeded the offered generosity of many African countries in free border crossing policy for refugees and legal, or illegal immigrants that have frequently crossed the borders of the neighboring, or far away African countries in sought of safety, or rehabilitation opportunity in the mentioned  countries. Uganda has annually, or frequently received less that thirty percent (30%) in the urgently needed financial and humanitarian assistance needed to alleviate the worsening humanitarian and health crisis in the Northern and North western parts of Uganda.
