Syrian refugees influx to the neighboring countries and as far as Europe, particularly in Germany remains Europe's media highlight of the week and poliicians concern of the month after repeated violation of the four days cease fire that has resulted in intensified battle in three Syrian major towns that entailed Homs, Eidlib, El Hula and parts of Damascus. The European Union leaders have accepted the the Nobel Peace Price Award for the European Union for the year 2012 in acknowledgement of the predecessors and the current European Union leaders effort toward integration for a unified Europe, besides the social, economic and political stability so far attained in some of the European Union countries, inspite of the current Euro-crisis, financial shortfall and economic downgrade in some of the Euro-zone member countries. EUROPE AND THE WORLD OBSERVED THE WORLD HUNGER DAY.
Europe and the World observed the World hunger day on the 11th of October in the year 2012 with much optimism in the Organizations effort that combats hunger with the objectives for eventual eradication of hunger from our World which may seem impossible, particularly in countries in which hunger has been referred to as an integrated aspect of human existence. In other words as mankind continue to exist in the World hunger may also prevail. However, much emphasis about hunger severe cases has been placed in the Continents of South America, Africa, Asia and some Arab countries, while obesity has been regarded as America's and Europe's attributes of sedentry lifestyle, much food and sweet soft drinks over- consumption, eventhough hunger cases which includes severe hunger cases that may lead to death still exists in both America and Europe. The number of hungry people in our World that ranged from less hungry to very hungry people have been estimated at the figures of about a billion people (1,000,000,000.) that includes children, women and men. The exact causes of hunger of so many people have not been specified, eventhough wars, climate change, due to global warming, over population and attributes of neglect, due to food mismanagement by governments, Organizations and individuals may have attributed to the starvation of so many people.

TENSE CONDITION PREVAILED AT THE TURKISH SYRIAN BORDER AS FORTIFICATION OF THE BORDERS CONTINUED FOR THE POSSIBLE OUTBREAK OF WAR BETWEEN THE TWO NEIGHBORS.
TENSE CONDITION PREVAILED AT THE TURKISH SYRIAN BORDER AS FORTIFICATION OF THE BORDERS CONTINUED FOR THE POSSIBLE OUTBREAK OF WAR BETWEEN THE TWO NEIGHBORS.
Tense condition prevailed at the Turkish Syrian border as fortification of the borders by fighter jets, tanks, armored vehicles and the Turkish army continued for possible retaliation against the Syrian army consecutive violation of the Turkish government sovereign territory. The NATO has expressed its support for the Turkish army, if the tense condition at the border worsen towards the predicted outbreak of territorial dispute and war between the two neighbors, while some European Union countries have supported the Rebels latest claims of advancement towards strategic points and major towns in Syria. This would mean, if the war break out between Turkey and Syria it could eventually result in the attack against Syria from all the sides within and the outside World. The German Kanzler Angela Merkel has been met with criticism and further citizens protest by demonstration in the Greek's capital Athens in her first visit after the financial, the political and the elections crisis in Greece, despite her message for more financial assistance for both the government and the citizens in Greece. The United Nations Nations Security Council extra-ordinary meeting on the Turkish Parlaiment decision for the use of military force against Syria has been concluded as territorial dispute between the two neighboring countries which meant violation of Turkey sovereign territory by Syrian armed men , rather than as the required alternative measure for the resolution of the current conflict in Syria. Germany has announced the acceptance of refugees from Syria after the release of additional funds for the Syrian refugees in Jordan.

THE NATO, ENGLAND, FRANCE AND GERMANY HAVE SUPPORTED THE TURKISH PARLIAMENT UNANIMOUS VOTE FOR MILITARY INTERVENTION AGAINST SYRIA.
The NATO, Britain, France and Germany have supported the Turkish Parliament unanimous vote for military intevention, or the use of force as the alternative solution to the resolution of the conflict in Syria after unspecified group of Syrian armed men attacked the Turkish border town of Akcakale. Few people have been injured and two have died in the attack that may result in the joined occupation of Syria with the support of both the Middle Eastern and some Arab World countries. However, ajoined military action against Syria would require the United Nations approval by a resolution that will support the military action against Syria as the alternative solution to the resolution of the current conflict in Syria which must be supported by the security council member nations in the the United Nations Organization that emphasizes its duties for conflict resolution, peace and the encouragement of friendship between the nations in our World. The United Nations Headquarters office in New York the USA may schedule an extra-ordinary meeting for the formulation of the resolution that may support the intended military action against Syria which Russia and China have repeatedly opposed and voted against at the UN security council meetings.

GERMAN CITIZENS OBSERVED THE RECALL TO MEMORY OF THE COUNTRY'S UNITY WITH THE PUBLIC HOLIDAY, DIVERSE RELIGIOUS AND CULTURAL EVENTS.
GERMAN CITIZENS OBSERVED THE RECALL TO MEMORY OF THE COUNTRY'S UNITY WITH THE PUBLIC HOLIDAY, DIVERSE RELIGIOUS AND CULTURAL EVENTS.
German citizens observed the recall to memory of the country's unity with the public holiday, diverse religious and cultural events in the various States of Germany. Over thousand churches and six hundred mosques celebrated the day of the Unity of the West and the East Germans after nearly fourty years of separation with the event of open doors for the citizens and visitors with diverse religious backgrounds. Besides, non religious, or secular celebration of the event in bars, theaters and discos through out the country. Leaders and politicians held speeches in the commemoration of the event of the Germans unity that gained extensive media coverages on television networks, radio broadcast and the internet world wide web coverages. SOME GOVERNMENTS FASTER PACES TOWARDS IMMEDIATE AND LONG TERM SOLUTIONS OF GLOBAL ISSUES AT THE RISK OF HIGH COST HAS GAINED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.
Some governments faster paces towards immediate and long term solutions of global issues and citizens concern about the consequences at the domestic level by the reinforcement of legislative authority in new government policies towards the solutions of the mounting global issues that entailed environmental issues of depletion, pollution, extinction, higher cost, competition, over consumption and diminshing high tecnology innovative solutions have been acknowledgedby various governments and institutions as a model for many countries to follow, inspite of the wide range differences between governments and institutions over the domestic and global issues mentioned that entailed the cost, the benefits that outweighs the disadvantages that may result in depletion of the World's important non renewable resources, the pollution of the environment and possibly the extinction of micro-organism, plants and animals, due to drastic changes in their habitats. Germany's current government leading role towards the solution of global environmental issues at the domestic level by the implementation of drastic environmental policies, inspite of the risk in higher cost and increasing demand for energy consumption by the changes in its energy policy for the shift from nuclear energy source as the main energy source for the generation of electric energy to the environment friendly renewable energy sources such as the Solar, the Wind, the Hydro and the Geothermal energy sources has gained the acknowledgement of governments, various institutions and the support of the domestic citizens at the earlier paces of its implementation.
