IRAN'S TWELFTH DEMOCRATICALLY HELD ELECTION HAS BEEN GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS OUTSTANDING AND SUCCESSFUL, DESPITE THE EXTENDED CRITICISM OF BOTH THE OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES AND THE MEDIA AGAINST EARLIER DECLARATION OF PRESIDENT HASSAN ROUHANI ELECTION VICTORY FOR THE SECOND TERM IN OFFICE.

     The major citizens turn-out for the election that has been estimated at the figures of about fifty five million Iranian citizens for the twelfth democratically held election in Tehran over the last weekend has been generally described as outstanding, successful and has continued with further success, despite the Opposition Political Parties with the media extended criticism of the twelfth election held in Tehran that began with the earlier declaration of the reformists Cleric and President Hassan Rouhani election victory for the second term in office as the democratically elected Theocrat and President of Iran whose effort for reform has been attributed to the gradual democratization of Iran's Theocratic System of Government with Islamic Political Parties and headliners politicians headed by the Supreme leader Ayutollah Ali Khomeni and former President Mahmoud Ahmedinejad respectively. Besides, the normalization of Iranian Government relationship with the Western Countries such as the USA, the European Union Countries and the neighboring countries of the Middle Eastern, the Arab World and North African Countries that may have directly, or indirectly contributed in the halt of the previously predicted outbreak of a major war between the USA and the Western Countries against Iran, due to Iran's suspected Nuclear Technology ambition with the Nuclear Deal Agreement that has been signed by the USA, the European Union Countries and Iran's Government. However, both the Iranian Media and the Western Countries Media have speculated on the reasons for success in the current election and re-election of President Hassan Rouhani for the second term in office as the President of Iran. The ceasefire agreement that has been intended to end the USA and Russia's fighter jets continued airstrikes on targets that have been identified as the Islamic Militants strongholds and Bases in the Northern part of Syria and to end the worsening humanitarian crisis in Syria, particularly in the specified regions and other regions that have been besieged by either the Government's Forces, the Rebel Forces, or the Islamic Militants Groups. However, Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his opinion for ceasefire and peace in Syria in addition to his objection against the requirement for implementation of the United Nations alternative Resolution that authorizes the use of military force in difficult and extended armed conflicts as a solution to the demand for immediate resolution of the conflict in Syria during the brief televised interview of the President broadcasted Yesterday on the domestic and the International Media prior to the Convention of the United Nations Security Council Members held in New York. This signed agreement that has been accepted by the government of Syria, the Rebels in Syria and the various Islamic Militants Groups that are currently in operation against the occupation of their Islamic States in the Northern Regions of Syria and Iraq will be implemented earlier in the Morning of Saturday, Feb.27th  in the year two thousand and sixteen (2016) as specified by the two major powers to enable Humanitarian Relief Operations in the areas that have been either besieged by the government's Troops, or the various Islamic Militants Groups and the Rebel Forces in the Northern Regions of Syria and Iraq. Many Humanitarian Relief Organizations have been expected to fly numbers of airplanes to both Syria and Iraq for the alleviation of the worsening humanitarian crisis in the mentioned regions and towns. The extend of damage inflicted on both properties and human lives that have been lost during the estimated four years of continues armed conflict in Syria should neither be under estimated, nor over estimated. However, various media sources have speculated on the extend of damage inflicted on human lives in Syria, particularly on the civilian lives that included women, children and men that must have exceeded two hundred and fifty thousand innocent civilian citizens lives that have been so far lost in the extended armed conflict in Syria.     British Prime Minister David Cameron emerged victorious from the extended sessions of the debate held in the European Union Parliament in Brussels over the last weekend, after both the European Union and Britain reached compromise on the previously disputed reform list suggested by the British Prime Minister for the required reform within Britain and possibly in the Eurozone Countries during the Convention held in the European Union capital at the weekend. The British Prime Minister reform list that entailed a series of previously disputed reforms within the European Union  and Britain has been fortunately accepted by both Britain and the European Union leaders as significant objectives for possible reform within Britain and the European Union Countries that may with the least fortune further deprive the already disgruntled new arrivals in the British Soil that have been mostly identified as refugees, asylum seekers and immigrants from the far away countries that have been devastated by armed conflicts, or extended civil wars, political unrest, dictatorship, corruption and extreme poverty that may have forced many people from many parts of this World to seek refuge and protection that often may include the basic necessities such as shelters, nutrition, healthcare, education and basic allowances in petty cash money benefits from the government of Britain and other Humanitarian Organizations within the first few months, or years of their arrival in the British Soil.     Iowa Caucuses the significant election process in the USA Presidential Election that often determines the primary election results for the selection of the final two Presidential Candidates from the Republican Political Party and Democratic Political Party for the all out secondary and final election contest for the Presidency in the USA in the city of De Moines and the remarkable State of Iowa has further been engulfed by unforeseeable election surprises in this year's election of two thousand and sixteen (2016), despite the almost tied results of the Democratic Political Party Presidential Candidates and Contestants for the march to the White House that came out as previously predicted with Hilary Clinton on the lead with minor Presidential Election Victory for both the delegates and regular, or ordinary votes over the Presidential  Election Candidate of the Democratic Political Party Mr. Bernie Sanders whose final election results in the primary election contest has greatly improved, when compared to his election results for the Presidency in the USA at the begin of the election, while at the same time scientific election prediction for the Republican Presidential Candidates has failed to match the predictions that have been previously made for the Republican Candidates, instead the Presidential Candidate of the Republican Party Ted Cruz emerged as the major surprise of the year in the conclusion of the USA Presidential Primary Election with minor lead of his election victory in Iowa over Billionaire Donald Trump the Republican Political Party Presidential Candidate and the current hopeful for the final march to the White House as the President of the United State of America. However, early celebration of Donald Trump victory in New Hampshire as the Republican's Presidential Candidate for the White House may be considered as short-range, despite the early prediction of his victory in New Hampshire that will determine his candidacy for Presidency with the final march to the White House.

PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES, SUCCESSIVE MEETINGS RESULTS AND THE GENERAL OPINION POLLS DATA HAVE REVEALED A BACK-DOWN, RATHER THAN A BACK-UP FOR THE REQUIRED SUPPORT OF THE PRIME MINISTER'S EFFORT FOR THE REFERENDUM THAT MAY BREAK AWAY BRITAIN FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION MEMBERSHIP.

      The extended sessions of debates and successive meetings results at the European Union Parliament in Brussels and at the No-10 Downing Street in the heart of London have both revealed a back-down rather than a back-up for the required support of the Prime Minister's effort for Britain's exit from the union of the European Union Countries by the referendum that may again and repeatedly be postponed from February 15th and June 15th in the year two thousand and sixteen (2016) until early next year, specifically in the year two thousand and seventeen (2017) as the percentage of Parliamentary votes that have been casted against and not in favor of Britain's exit from the Union of the Europeans continue to increase in both the European Union Parliament and at the No-10 Downing Street. Besides, the opinion polls data collected that have both revealed a steady increase in percentage votes of the citizens that ranged between forty four percent, fifty four percent and as many as sixty percent in all the opinions polls that have been so far conducted which have been all against Britain exit from the union of the Eurozone Countries, when compared to only twenty percent, and thirty five percent of both the Parliamentary votes with the No-10 Downing Street meetings results and the general opinion polls data collected of those few Europeans that have remained in favor of Britain's exit from the Membership of the Eurozone Countries, despite the current mounting diplomatic and political pressure on the British Prime Minister David Cameron and against his continued effort to gain support of both the European Union Parliament and its leaders for the scheduled Referendum that may split Britain from its membership and privileges as one of the major European Countries in the union of the European Union Countries, due to Britain's current minimum, or the exaggerated maximum financial difficulties and economic setback that have been attributed to recession and refugees, or asylum seekers influx to England and the Eurozone Countries.

     British Prime Minister David Cameron continued effort to gain support of the British Parliament, the European Union Parliament in Brussels and among European Leaders for the scheduled Referendum on February 15th in the Year two thousand and sixteen (2016) that may change Britain's current position within the European Union, or out of the union of the most powerful Western Countries Nations, if both the major European Union Parliaments with the English citizens voted for British exit from the union of the European Union Countries with the predicted disadvantages, rather than the current advantages of the Union to the country and for the common, or ordinary domestic British citizens at home and in the foreign countries. British Government current financial and economic difficulties, due to recession, or less production capacity that has further attributed to the budget deficit and increasing debt of the current government may eventually fade away, or disappear with the current Eurozone's rotating fiscal responsibility for a unified financial policy in huge budget allocation for the European Union Member Countries by financial packages allocation that will eliminate, or with certainty gradually and surely compensate for the minimal, or maximum financial losses of an individual member country, when compared to the huge rotating budget allocation of the entire member countries that will continue to rotate with no limitation, or restrictions for the member countries within the Union of the Eurozone Countries and not out of the Union of the Eurozone Countries that will not exit the Union of the Europeans of which the British Government has remained as ever on the top of the list of the Union of the Eurozone Member Countries, despite its current minimal, or the exaggerated maximal financial and economic difficulties. Besides, the declining authority, or clout of the British Government with regard to the decision making process of the British Government System within the Eurozone Countries, particularly on the leaders decisions on significant, or major financial and economic issues of domestic member countries. Another issue of concern has been the current refugee and asylum crisis, due to refugees and asylum seekers influx to Britain and within the Eurozone Countries that requires a unified Eurozone's system of government decision making process, rather than the single and only decision of a major Eurozone Country leader, or system of government as the British Government.
