The International Justice Criminal Court in Den Haag issued an arrest warrant against President Muammar Gadhafi on massacre charges against innocent citizens during the civilians uprising in Libya before his removal from power by the NATO, the European Union Allied Defense Forces and the Rebel forces in Libya. However, the fall of the rich oil town Misrata to the Rebel forces and the advancement to just over a few hundred miles from Tripoli does not guarantee the the fall of Tripoli and the ouster of President Muammar Gadhhafi from power in the next few months.
