VIOLENT CLASHES INTENSIFIED BETWEEN THE DEMONSTRATORS AND THE POLICE FORCES IN ATHENS AFTER THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PARLIAMENT'S SUPPORT TO THE GOVERNMENT.

The Greek Parliament supported the government's saving plan and further Austerity measures by a hundred and fifty five votes that qualified Greece for the European Union financial rescue package worth the sum of two hundred and ten billion euros ($210,000,000,000.00) euros . However, violent clashes erupted and intensified between the citizens and the police forces infront and around the Parliament in Athens after the announcement of the Parliament's support to the government of Prime Minister Papandreou that has strengthened the government authority to carry on with its duty referred to by many European Union countries as good for Greece, inspite of the debt accumulation which Greece may not pay, if the government of Prime Minister Papandreou which may be the only government in Greece that supported and implemented the Austerity measures fail in the next election.
