THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING AND THE MOUNTING PRESSURE FOR THE OUTBREAK OF YET ANOTHER WAR IN THE PERSIAN GULF AND THE ARAB WORLD REGION.

THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING AND THE MOUNTING PRESSURE FOR THE OUTBREAK OF YET ANOTHER WAR IN THE PERSIAN GULF AND THE ARAB WORLD REGION.

Despite peaceful completion of the United Nations General Assembly Meeting held in New York two days ago, little hope for conflict resolution and peace in our World remains in the Organization that seemed overwhelmed in its duties to encourage friendship among nations and promote peace in our World by resolving dispute among leaders, by continued intervention for conflict resolution among nations and for the provision of basic necessities for those affected by conflicts, or by natural disasters in our World. Neither new policies have been formulated, nor new strategies for the break down of the stalemate on the required compromise between the nations on major significant issues that entailed the Iranian ambition for nuclear tecnology, the Syrian conflict and the spreading citizens revolution for freedom and Democracy in the North African countries, the Middle Eastern and the Arab World countries during the second annual United Nations General Assembly Meeting held in New York the USA. Instead, less compromise, or fierce expressions in violent words of some leaders may result in the tension that has been described in the World Media as the mounting pressure for the outbreak of yet another war in the Persian Gulf and the Arab World region.

FRANCE AND OTHER EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES HAVE BANNED THE IMPORT OF CORN FROM THE USA DOMESTIC MARKETS.

FRANCE AND OTHER EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES HAVE BANNED THE IMPORT OF CORN FROM THE USA DOMESTIC MARKETS.

The European Union agriculture Ministers convened early morning for the extra-ordinary meeting to discuss the immediate required measures after being alarmed by the published scientific research results on the previously disputed corn imports from the USA domestic markets as health hazardous for human consumption. The communicated scientific results emphasized the fact of the corn causing cancer on rats and perhaps humans as attributes of failed genetically engineered corn, or maiz intended for much agriculture yield distributed to farmers by unspecified USA farmers and fertilizers company. France and other European Union countries have banned the import of the corn from the USA domestic markets after much of the contaminated corn has been distributed in the European markets, purchased and perhaps consumed by the European Union citizens. However, Germany has requested further scrutiny of the scientific research results before the legislative ban on the USA corn and other agriculture products with high content of pesticides, or fertilizers.

MANY GREEN PARTY ACTIVISTS INCLUDING THE GOVERNMENT'S AND THE OPPOSITION PARTIES SUPPORTERS HAVE BEEN OUTRAGED BY THE PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE DECISION ON GORLEBEN NUCLEAR WASTE STORAGE FACILITY.

Despite continued citizens protest by demonstrations in the State of Niedersachsen against the transport of nuclear waste materials from France and other parts of Germany for storage in the Niedersachsen nuclear waste storage facility in the small town of Gorleben which has partly polluted the underground water system of the small town with radioactive particles and rays, the final decision of the Parliamentary Committee responsible for radiation prevention hazard with the suport of the Kanzler Angela Merkel turned quite the opposite as may have been expected by the people that entailed the Members of the Parliament. Many Green Party activists including the government's and the Opposition Parties supporters have been outraged by the Parliamentary Committee final decision on Gorleben nuclear waste storage facility with the support of the Kanzler that reduced the area for nuclear waste storage facility with newly built protective underground concrete in the underground nuclear waste storage facility, instead of its closer to many people disappointment. Some people believed the Kanler support of the Parliamentary Committee final decision on the nuclear waste storage facility closer had been politically motivated with objectional political intentions for many votes and another term for office in the next election.

GOVERNEMNTS ATTEMPTS FOR THE CONTROL OF  WIRELESS SPACE, INTERNET USE AND INTERNET USERS REMAINS A TECNICAL ISSUE, RATHER THAN A LEGISLATIVE ISSUE.

The governments, some Institutions and Organizations attempts for the total control of the wireless space, internet use and internet users at both the domestic and international levels has been faced with much difficulties, despite the enaction of legislations by some governments for internet use control that has been proven to be total failure, particularly on the governments attempts for the control of  wireless space with the internet servers that have been registered international and based in foreign countries. In the USA and in Europe major online servers have been obligated to track the location of unspecified internet Base stations and unregistered domains that have been made accessible on both the wired and the wireless devices, cell phones and computers within the atmosphere, above the atmosphere and beneath the atmosphere. However, the governments attempts for the control of the wireless space, internet use and internet users which has been a tecnical issue, rather than a legislative issue could only be attained by the Cyber Defense Centers, rather than the internet based online services.

THE ARAB COUNTRIES INTERVENTION FOR PEACE IN SYRIA ENDED IN FIERCE VIOLENCE OF RANDOM BOMBARDMENT ON TARGETS IN DAMASCUS AND OTHER TOWNS THAT INCLUDED ALEPPO.

The Arab countries intervention for peace in Syria headed by Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Turkey and Egypt that has been accompanied by the Rebel Forces announcement for an all out attack on Damascus ended in fierce violence of random bombardment on targets in Damascus and other towns that included Aleppo. Many civilians have been killed in the attacks of which many have been identified by the UN Humanitarian and medical personnel as mostly children and women. The exact numbers of the human casualty with the extend of property damage in the various towns that entailed the outer parts of Damascus and Aleppo have not been specified. Refugees influx to the neighboring countries of Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq and Egypt has continued, inspite of the recent religious sectorean skirmishes at the Lebanese Syrian border with the temporary closer of the Turkish Syrian border.

HIGHER DEMAND FOR IPAD TABLETS SALE IN THE USA DOMESTIC RETAIL MARKETS SECTOR EXCEEDED SUPPLY.

Higher demand for ipad tablets sale in the USA domestic retail markets sector has exceeded supply, despite the hundreds of millions of the tablets that have been so far sold which boosted the the USA retail sector to the top performing business sector in the World, inspite of the current general recession and  slight currency devaluation referred to as attributes of various business sectors performance in the USA domestic and foreign markets. The next launch of the sale of the new ipad tablet Samsung Galaxy tablet with memory capacity of thirty two mega bites, instead of the sixteen mega bites memory capacity has been expected to sell in many millions within the shortest time period early next month. Reasons for the rise in sales of the tablets and smartphones in the USA domestic markets has been attributed to the conveniency of portability, particularly of the newly introduced ipad tablets with higher memory capacity and wide range software application.

THE APPROACH OF THE USA FINAL PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION REMAINS TENSE AS THE MEDIA RUNS SPECTACULAR ADVERTISEMENT, ELOQUENT REPORTS AND INTELLIGENT ARTICLES ON ISSUES THAT REQUIRES THOROUGH SCRUTINY OF THE POLITICAL PARTIES AND THE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES.

The approach of the USA final Presidential election scheduled for the month of November in the year 2012 remains tense as the USA media runs spectacular advertisement, eloquent reports and intelligent articles that often compells the USA well informed voters to voting at the final stages of the USA Presidential elections for the candidates that had been less informed on major and significant issues that determines the country's current policies with the short and long term consequences on both the economy of the USA and the financial freedom of its citizens without the required thorough scrutiny of the major political parties policies and the nominated Presidential candidates for both the Republican Party and the Democratic Party, particularly on the economy, the foreign policy, the immigration and on the USA diminishing leading role on global issues that entailed the immediate approaches for conflict resolution by depolmatic and political intervention, or by the use of military power as the alternative approach in difficult armed conflicts.

THE USA GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION TO CALM THE TERRITORIAL DISPUTE OVER THE DISPUTED STRAIT OF ISLANDS ON THE CHINESE SEA.

Demonstration has continued for the third day at the Japanese Embassy in Peking China, despite the USA government intervention to calm the territorial dispute over the disputed strait of Islands on the Chinese Sea which the Japanese government claimed its ownership since the occupation during the second World war. Deplomatic relationship between the two major Asian countries has deteriorated amidst the political unrest that could escalate to insecurity with possible outbreak of yet another major conflict between China and Japan over territorial dispute on the China Sea. Elevated security alert and surveillance measures have remained in effect as the tension has continued to rise in both Peking nad Tokyo, particularly after the recall to memory of the occupation of the disputed Islands on the Chinese Sea with military parades and demonstrations in both Peking and Beijing. Neither injuries nor property damage has been reported on the demonstrations and parades claimed by some people as a show of  some Chinese citizens flexing their country's growing military muscles.

THE GOVERNMENT IN GERMANY HAS HEEDED TO THE WORKERS DEMAND FOR FAIR SHARE IN THE COUNTRY'S PROSPERITY BY THE APPROVAL OF THE PENSION, BUT REJECTED MORE TAXES ON THE WEALTHIEST CITIZENS AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR.

Workers demand for tarif increase and more pension within the Euro-zone countries and particularly in the member countries with acknowledged industrial expansion, sound economic growth and financial freedom as in Germany, France and England has reintensified after the news release on the research results about the widening gap between the rich that have been getting wealthier compared to the hard working citizens that have been frequented by financial difficulties, or poverty, despite some of these countries current prosperity referred to as attributes of industrial expansion, economic growth and financial freedom in better privatization policies. In Germany alone sustained income of the ten percent (10%) wealthiest citizens has tripled to many hundreds billlion euros and accounts for more than three quarters of the country's sustained income, while the hard working citizens over all sustained income has increased by only seven points. However, the government in Germany has heeded to the workers demand for  fair share in the country's prosperity by the approval of the pension that may exceed the amount of eight hundred and fifty euros (E 850) for those hard working citizens that have worked in Germany for fourty years, but rejected more taxes on the wealthiest and the private sector as the best approach for the country's shared prosperity without the accountability methods that encourages sustained growth and financial freedom.

ANTI-ISLAMIC FILM PROTEST HAS CONTINUED IN THE ARAB, AFRICAN AND ASIAN COUNTRIES, DISPITE THE GOVERNMENTS OFFICIAL RESTRICTION OF THE FILM RELEASED AS UNNECESSARY SOURCE OF RELIGIOUS DISPUTE.

Anti-Islamic film protest in demonstrations continued in the Arab, African and Asian countries of Sudan, Afghanistan and Indonesia at the English, the German and the American Embassies respectively, despite the governments official restriction of the film released as unnecessary source of religious dispute and the clearance of its source by the USA investigators as product of a Californian residence of an Egyptian Orthodox Coptic Christain origin whose identity has not been made known and whose motive has remained unclearified. However, some sources have speculated on the fact that the producer of the film may have been one of the Orthodox Coptic Chritains whose property, or life of a relative and a friend may have been damaged, or lost during the recent riots that occurred between between the Islamists and the Orthodox Coptic Christains in the Egyptian's second largest city and port Alexandria. One death has been reported and few severe injuries inflicted during the clashes between the police forces with the demonstrators after the police forces repeated attempts to restore order in the inner cities and protect the foreign Embassies.

Doctors request for more Doctors opinion for strike by internet voting after the unheeded demand for pay increase referred to as the honors increase which too has been regarded as the most fair, constructive and violent free strike that could turn up violent has attained higher percentage votes in Germany for the strike that has taken effect in all the States of Germany on both the government and private healthcare institutions, hospitals and clinics in the last three days, despite the fact that Doctors and medicine Professors groups in Germany have been the most highly paid professionals in the country, when compared to other countries within the Euro-zone. The domestic and foreign patients operations that accounts for over thirty million successfull medical operations performed annually in Germany may either be placed on medications, or would be asked to return to their countries. However, the strike may only cease, if the government raise the tarif increase from the allocated pay raise of zero point nine percent (0.9%) for the highly paid professionals in the Democratic Republic of Germany.

THE EXTENDED SESSIONS IN THE DEBATS ON EURO CRISIS FOR FUNDS ALLOCATION HAVE BEEN CONCLUDED AFTER THE HIGHEST COURT FINAL DECISION.

Extended sessions in the debates on Euro crisis, Euro-bonds sale and the Finance Rescue Packages have been concluded in the German Parliament, the Bundestag after the Highest Court final decision that enacted the legislation for the extension of funds allocation for the European Union Central Bank and the European Union Finance Rescue Packages with specified limitation within certain period of time that should not exceed the sum of a hundred and ninety billion euros  (190,000,000,000.00) which is approximately over three quarters the budget of the country for the year 2013 in the specified sum of two hundred and three billion euros (203,000,000,000.00). However, the extension of  funds allocation in Euro-bonds sale and Finance Rescue Packages for the European Union member countries with difficult Saving Plan Packages, or mounting debt and budget deficit  may not guarantee the required unified financial and economic strength of the European Union countries for much stronger unified European Union currency the Euro, instead it has rescued the European Union countries integration from disintegration of some of the member countries from the Euro-zone for at least a decade.

DISPUTED RELIGIOUS DISPUTE IN VIOLENT DEMONSTRATIONS HAVE CONTINUED IN THE ARAB AND THE NORTHERN AFRICAN COUNTRIES AGAINST THE USA EMBASSIES.

Disputed religious dispute in violent demonstrations have continued in various Arab and the Northern African countries of Egypt and Libya, despite the Arab countries leaders apology to the USA government against the violent attacks on the USA Embassies that killed the Ambassador and the Embassy staff in Bengazi Libya. Many citizens have been injured in the violent demonstrations against the USA Embassies in both the Arab and the Northern African countries, due to the clashes between the citizens and the police forces that have attempted to restore order in the inner cities and protect the USA Embassies. Reasons for the attacks remains unclearified. However, some sources have mentioned deformation of the name of Islam and the image of Prophet Mohammed by the newly released film that has remained current on the USA media and theatres, while other sources have claimed that USA recall to memory of the victims of 9/11/2001 terrorists attacks on the former World Trade Center twin towers may have been the reasons for the attacks and the spreading violent demonstrations across the Arab and the Northern African countries.

GERMANY'S HIGHEST COURT POSTPONED ITS FINAL DECISION ON BONDS SALE AND FUNDS ALLOCATION.

Germany's Highest Court has postponed its final decision on the European Union Rescue Packages and the European Central Bank decision on bonds sale believed by many Europeans would strengthen the European Union integration and upgrade the European Union citizens standards of living to a unified better standard of living through out the Euro-zone untill the next few hours, despite continues flow of complains with the threat for demonstration against the government's unlimited leading role in funds allocation to both the European Central Bank and for the European Union Rescue Packages to the European Union countries that may have been affected by the European Union Austerity Measures, or the European Union countries that may have had lower credit lines. However, the government has reassured the citizens by fiscal pact news release for the year 2013 which specified the budget of two hundred and three billion euros (203,000,000,000.00) for the year 2013 with budget deficit reduction and debt payment of about ten billion euros (10,000,000,000.00) that will eliminate the country's budget deficit and debt by the year 2015, 0r 2020, despite the government's unlimited funds allocation for the European Union Rescue Packages and the European Union Central Bank.

THE UN PEACE ENVOY TO SYRIA NEW APPROACH TO TACKLE THE CURRENT CONFLICT IN SYRIA WITHOUT THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE.

The United Nations Peace envoy new approach to tackle the current conflict in Syria that began by  peace talks with the Syrian Opposition in the Egyptian capital Cairo amidst the rising influx of the Syrian refugees to the neighboring countries of Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq estimated at the figures that exceeded three hundred thousand (300,000) stranded Syrian refugees, due to the continued battle between the Syrian government and the Rebels has been referred to as similar to the first UN peace envoy peace initiative that had failed. However, Mr. Ibrahimi emphasized his approach for the immediate resolution of the current conflict in Syria without the UN Resolution for alternative approach that authorizes the use of miltary force as the only possible solution to the resolution of the current conflict in Syria. SECTOREAN ENCROACHMENT.

SECTOREAN ENCROACHMENT.

Sectorean encroachment based on individual's or groups of people interest for much wealth, power and the oppression of others, particularly on secular, or religious and certain systems of governments that are supposed to have remained unspoiled by Sectorism has been attributes of ethnic, or racial divide and the declining efficiency of citizens in the various fields that entailed the education, the economy and the defense in countries with diverse ethnicity, racial and religious background as the USA, some European, the Middle Eastern, the Asian, the Arab and the African countries in which sustained governments accountability methods with much demand placed on the people's efficiency to produce better, or more refined citizens has frequently resulted in the violation of individual's, or certain groups Rights to existence in the mentioned countries, eventhough they may be the natives, or citizens of the specified countries. New legislations would be required to safeguard the Rights of either the individual, or groups of people to living in countries with harder accountability methods, specially those that may have been disadvantaged by their efficiency in jobs, or duties that requires mental ability and physical strength, due to their genetic inheritance, or those that may have been disadvantaged due to illiteracy, semi-illiteracy and the state of being less, or not informed about the encroachment of Sectorism in certain institutions, governments and some countries around the World.

THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY REAFFIRMED THE SUPPORT FOR THE PRESIDENT, INSPITE OF THE UNFULFILLED PROMISES THAT MAY RESULT IN TOUGHER STRUGGLE FOR THE RE-ELECTION OF THE PRESIDENT FOR THE SECOND TERM IN OFFICE.

The Democratic Party Members concluded the Convention held in Charlotte North Carolina with significant themes that reaffirmed their support for the President, inspite of the unfinished task that may become the unfulfilled promises of the first black President of the United States of America. Some of the issues mentioned entailed the President nomination for re-election in the final election scheduled for the month of November in the year 2012 that will determine the next elected President of the United States of America. However, further promises on the unfinished task of healthcare reform, better economic prospects in the USA, the required changes in the USA foreign policies that included Troops withdrawal from the war zones with the emphasis on more taxation of the wealthy Americans which has been known as one of the direct attributes of outsourcing for both the USA domestic and foreign companies at home and abroad may result in tougher struggle for re-election of the President for the second term in office.

GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FOR BIKING AS THE ALTERNATIVE ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION.

Government support for biking as the alternative means of transportation for the German inhabitants would require much in cost and the restructure of the transportation system, whether it may be the roads, the railway, the bikes and the Pedestrians pathways within the cities and farther away from the cities, despite the advantages in less fuel consumption which means less green gases emission, or less pollution of the environment and much in savings for those who would resort to biking as the preferred environment friendly alternative means of transportation for the Germans and many other countries developed, or the developing countries that had done much in the fields of transportation and continues to do so at present to ensure both the safety of the motorists, the bikers, the Pedestrians on roads and of the environment that has been constantly polluted from various sources of point and non-point pollution sources that entailed the factories, electricity power plants, vehicles and motor bikes. Besides, the steady decline in the value of the USA currency the dollar against the European Union currency the Euro that has been rated at the value of $1.240 to the Euro in the World financial markets.
