ROME MEETING INTENDED FOR COMPROMISE AND PEACE IN SYRIA EMPHASIZED PLEDGES FOR MORE FUNDS TO ELEVIATE THE WORSENING CONDITION OF THE STRANDED SYRIAN REFUGEES.

ROME MEETING INTENDED FOR COMPROMISE AND PEACE IN SYRIA EMPHASIZED PLEDGES FOR MORE FUNDS TO ELEVIATE THE WORSENING CONDITION OF THE STRANDED SYRIAN REFUGEES.

Rome meeting intended for compromise between the government and the Opposition for peace in Syria, besides its emphasis on pledges for more funds to eleviate the worsening condition of the stranded Syrian refugees in the refugees camps in Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, Iran, Egypt and in the far away foreign countries has not attained its goal for peace in Syria as required for the immediate, or long term peace settlement in Syria, despite the participation of delegates from both the Syrian government and the Opposition forces in the meeting for peace held yesterday in Rome. However, the USA government has allocated the sum of sixty million dollars to eleviate the worsening condition of the Syrian refugees at home and abroad, particularly after the UN announcement of its overwhelmed budget, due to continuous assistance for the over three million stranded Syrian refugees at home and in the foreign countries. Nobody knows the details of how the allocated funds may be directed and delivered to the intended destinations in which its urgently needed.

THE FINAL DECISIVE MEETING TO THE MOUNTING PRESSURE FOR YET ANOTHER OUTBREAK OF A MAJOR WAR IN THE PERSIAN AND THE ARAB WORLD REGION.

THE FINAL DECISIVE MEETING TO THE MOUNTING PRESSURE FOR YET ANOTHER OUTBREAK OF A MAJOR WAR IN THE PERSIAN AND THE ARAB WORLD REGION.

Iran's ambition for peacefull nuclear tecnology has once again resurfaced as the World's major concern of the decade after the extended sanction against Tehran that coincided with series of events and incidents that accompanied the meetings held between Iran and the major World countries for the required compromise on the Iranian's disputed and controversial nuclear tecnology  which some countries have claimed without successfull intelligence proof to the their statements of Iran's generation of nuclear fuel for the production of nuclear war heads and atomic bomb. However, other factors such as the Kazakhstan failed nuclear meeting, the transition in the USA Defense Department that eventually will be headed by Chuck Hagel and the final decisive meeting for yet another outbreak of a major war that will be held in Stanbul Turkey between Iran and the World's major countries as the USA, Russia, China, and the European Union countries may, or may not contribute to the required peacefull resolution of the emerging conflict in the Persian and the Arab World Region.

GOVERNMENT'S INACTION OVER THE CITIZENS UNHEEDED DEMANDS FOR TARIF INCREASE MAY BE OVERTURNED BY THE EXTENDED PROTEST OF GERMANY'S NORTHERN STATES.

GOVERNMENT'S INACTION OVER THE CITIZENS UNHEEDED DEMANDS FOR TARIF INCREASE MAY BE OVERTURNED BY THE EXTENDED PROTEST OF GERMANY'S NORTHERN STATES.

Civil disobedience in citizens strikes over the disputed tarif increase has continued to spread in Germany's Northern States. The Trade Unions and demonstrators have demanded by protest the fixed tarif increase of five point six percent (5.6%) for the EG Metal industrial workers and for the educators, or teachers of the Northern States. Besides, the six point two percent (6.2%) tarif increase for the highly paid University Clinic Doctors and Professionals. Reasons for the organized civil disobedience in strikes and citizens demonstrations have not been specified. However, varied citizens opinions have generally indicated the citizens with the Trade Unions demand for more share on Germany's current prosperity to meet the rising cost of living standards in Germany and the Eurozone. Government's inaction over the citizens unheeded demands for tarif increase may be overturned by the extended protest of Germany's Northern States.

ANKARA'S HOPE FOR TURKEY MEMBERSHIP TO THE EUROPEAN UNION REMAINS DIMINISHED.

ANKARA'S HOPE FOR TURKEY MEMBERSHIP TO THE EUROPEAN UNION REMAINS DIMINISHED.

Ankara's hope for Turkey membership to the European Union countries remains diminished, despite the European Union highest delegates visit represented and headed by the German Kanzler visit to Turkey which emphasized the bilateral relationship between the European Union and Turkey with emphasis on Europe's support for cultural, religious and racial diversity in the European Union member countries and in the whole of Europe. However, other issues that have been regarded of equal significance for a unified stronger European Union that may have been attributes of disqualification of many countries to the Euro-zone membership that entailed the required credit line for financial freedom with better economic prospects and adequate infra-structures for industrial growth have not been discussed during the German Kanzler Angela Merkel two days visit to Turkey.

AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLE CRASHES ON GERMANY'S AND THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES HIGHWAYS HAVE SUBSTANTIALLY INCREASED THIS YEAR AND LAST YEAR, THAN IN THE PREVIOUS YEARS.

Automotive vehicle crashes on Germany's Highway the Autobahn has substantially increased this year and last year, when compared to the previous years. Reasons for the minor increase in vehicles crashes on Germany's Highway and the European Union Highways remains unknown, despite the speed limit traffic regulation with the number plate regulations that have been recently enforced in Germany and through out the European Union countries. However, the Ministryof Transportation in Germany has been expected to do more on the much work that had been done on the Highways, the traffic regulations and the standard written tests with the practical test for the applicants of driver's license in Germany and in the European Union countries. Other sources have regarded the required much work for the construction of roads with multiple lanes with additional traffic signals, or traffic signs. Besides, the stringent control against drunk drivers on the European roads and Highways.

BUNDES PRESIDENT REQUEST FOR POLITICAL, ECONOMIC, CULTURAL, RELIGIOUS AND RACIAL DIVERSITY IN EUROPE HAS BEEN MET WITH VARIED ENTHUSIASIM ON THE DOMESTIC AND EUROPEAN MEDIA.

The Bundes President first speech on Europe has been met with varied enthusiasm on both the domestic and European media, particularly on the historical and current major issues on Europe that entailed President Gauck request for trust in the various fields among the European Union member countries required for a unified European Union, bettter economic prospects with stronger European Union currency, financial freedom among the Europeans and for better political, economical, cultural, religious and racial diversity in Europe. However, the latest report on the European Union economic performance released few hours early came with a minus results for all the European Union countries, except Germany on the expected zero point three percent (0.3%) economic growth which Germany has attained a zero point two percent (0.2%) which too could lead to the misinterprettation of Germany's leading role in finance assistance as economic dictatorship.

DISPUTED CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE IN STRIKES HAS CONTINUED IN THE VARIOUS FIELDS OF WORK IN PARTS OF GERMANY.

Disputed civil disobedience in strikes has continued in the various fields of work in parts of Germany that entailed Security Officials at the airports, particularly at Koln/Bonn Airport, Hamburg Airport and Frankfurt Airport. Besides, the Universiy Clinic Doctors and Teachers disputed strikes over tarif increase that emphasized the minimum wage of fourteen and fifty euros (Euros 14.50) for the Security Personnel at Germany's various airports and over six point two percent (6.2%) tarif increase for the mentioned groups with less pay raise demands. Agreement has not been reached between the government and the Trade Unions on the disputed demand for tarif increase of the various groups that have been previously rejected by the government, inspite of the extended strikes that have lasted  three days. However, both the Trade Unions and the citizens claims for more share in Germany's current prosperity to meet the expectation of German citizens with the cost of rising living standards in Europe may change change the government's opinion on the unheeded demand for pay raise.

GAY COUPLES MAY FACE HARDSHIP IN THE CONSERVATIVE CHRISTIAN SOUTHERN PARTS OF GERMANY, DESPITE THE HIGHEST COURT APPROVAL OF GAY COUPLES EQUAL RIGHTS TO CHILD ADOPTION.

Gay couples may face hardship in the Conservative Christian Southern Parts of Germany and particularly in the Free State of Bayern Munchen, despite Germany's Highest Court approval of gay couples equal rights to child adoption in the final session held early morning today in Germany's Highest Court in Karlsruhe. The approval of the Highest Court that entailed both legislative and tecnical details for child safety in gay couples families has been rejected by the Conservative Christian Southern citizens and the Christian Social Union Political Party the (CSU). However, the Minister of Justice Mrs. Scharrenberger has supported the Highest Court decision on the approval of gay rights to child adoption as a mile stone success after many Parliamentary sessions on the controversial debates of gay equal rights to child adoption in the Democratic and Federal Republic of Germany.

EXTENSIVE MEDIA COVERAGES ON THE HEAVENLY BODIES OF ASTERIOD AND THE METEORITE.

Extensive media coverages on the heavenly bodies, or objects of Asteriod and the Meteorite that made impact in the Russian Ural region and passed the planet Earth collision course orbit by few miles respectively, besides the rising number of those that may have been injured by the Asteriod in the last fourty eight hours since it made landfall and scorched buildings, vehicles and humans in the Ural region have continued in the European and the World media  with glitches on the scientific definations of the heavenly bodies, or objects with the difference between the Asteriod that impacted the planet Earth and the huge Meteorite that passed by the planet Earth. Few people may have thought, or wonder about the substances of which the heavenly bodies are made of with the forces that interacts and guides them in specific paths within the order of nature of the heavenly bodies that protects the planet Earth with the life in it, when we may, or may have not attained less, or more of the required knowledge in Pure Maths and Science about the heavenly bodies.

CHINESE GOVERNMENT THREATS FOR FURTHER INTENSIFIED SANCTION AGAINST PYONGYANG.

The World's reaction against North Korean government under ground atomic bomb test at the USA Geological facility in Pyongyang has not been the exception to the Chinese government threats for further intensified sanction against Pyongyang, due to the atomic bomb test and previous repeated tests of short and long range Ballistic Missiles on China Sea and the Pacific Ocean. However, the Western countries, the European Union countries and the UN have regarded President Kim Jong Un ambition for nuclear tecnology, missiles defense tecnology and Space Projects as the ambition of an inexperience President, despite the elevated security measures at the demilitarized zone between North and South Korea, besides the Japanese Navy constant surveillance on China Sea and the Pacific Ocean against possible North Korea unexpected long range missiles tests that could reach targets in the farthest destinations of Hawai and the USA West Coast.

RERINFORCEMENT OF THE CHANGE IN THE GOVERNMENT'S ENERGY POLICY HAS BROUGHT FORTH WIDER RANGE EFFECT WITH DISADVANTAGES.

Reinforcement of the change in the government's energy policy by the shift from the atomic energy to the environment friendly renewable energy sources such as the Wind and Solar energy sources with the gradual replacement of older Nuclear Reactors with Solar Panels and Wind Generators for the eventual replacement of all the Nuclear Reactors for the generation of  main electric energy source in many European Union countries and particularly in Germany has been attributes of the wider range effects that have brought forth advantages with disadvantages in rsing electric energy prices and limited electric power generation to meet the ever increasing high demand for electricity in many households, businesses and Europe's growing industrial Sectors. However, government's effort toward the reduction of pollution, global warming and  conservation of non-renewable energy resources from depletion such as fossil fuel extracts and combustible materials that entailed wood, coal and radioactive particles has been regarded as successful.

THE CARDINALS AND POLITICIANS HAVE EXPRESSED THEIR OPINIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE POPE'S SURPRISE RESIGNITION DECISION THAT HAS OVERWHELMED MANY PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD.

Europe's and the World's media coverages have continued through out the day on the unexpected and surprise resignition of Pope Benedic XVI that has overwhelmed many people  and continued to spread disappointment among various denominations and Christain groups around the World, particularly among the Cardinals and the Politicians that have expressed their opinions with respect to the Pope's surprise resignition decision, eventhough old age and ailments may have been attributes of the Pope's rather drastic and surprising resignition decision. Specific dates of February 28th and April 19th in the year 2013 have been set for the Pope's exit from the Papal Office and for the appointment of a new Pope respectively. However, much has been said and speculated about the subject of who might be the next Pope after the names of Cardinals and Bishops from three different countries of Italy, Germany and Ghana have been mentioned several times in the media.

CYBER DEFENSE ENTANGLEMENT HAS NOT BEEN THE EXCEPTION PRACTICE OF THE INNOVATIVE TECNOLOGY BY WHICH CREATIVE PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED TO DETECT, RECOGNIZE AND FISH-OUT EXCEPTIONAL TALENTS.

Cyber defense entanglement around the World and particularly in the developed countries of Europe, the USA and some Asian countries has not been the exceptional practice of the innovative tecnology by which creative programs have been developed to detect, recognize and fish-out exceptional talents needed in the field of Cyber Defense. In some countries and Institutions such as the USA, the NATO and the European Union Cyber Defense Center projects have been developed and encouraged with financial incentive, cyber lab workshop, cyber defense competitions with high price trophies for those few young generations that may qualify for the rather subtle and tough work that often requires mental health and higher intelligence. However, recruitment of the talented younger generations for the Cyber Defense Military Unit, or the Cyber Defense Police Forces at the Cyber Defense Centers, or by the NATO remains very difficult, due to the fact that the Internet Bubble Younger Generations, or the exceptional talents have been made to the wealthiest multi-billionaires and multi-millionaires by the nature of their lucrative work and talents in all the Continents of the World, particularly in the USA, Asia, Europe, Canada, Australia, Russia the Middle East some Arab World and African countries.

EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT EXTENDED SESSIONS FOR THE REQUIRED AGREEMENT ON FISCAL BUDGET HAVE CONTINUED, INSPITE OF REPEATED DISAGREEMENT OF THE EUROPEAN UNION LEADERS.

Extended sessions for the required agreement on fiscal budget untill the year 2020 have continued in the European Union Parliament debates being held since early morning today in Brussels after repeated disagreement of the European Union leaders against the allocated European Union budget in the sum of nine hundred and sixty billion euros. However, further details on whether the allocated budget would be for the European Union government with the elected, or nominated representatives from various member countries, or for the reallocation to the member countries remains unknown. Other issues that requires clarification entailed the sources of the budget  with unequal contributions from the Northern and Southern European Union member countries which Germany, France and Britain have been expected to contribute the lion share. Some sources have emphasized the fact that the available sum of the allocated budget has been set at the amount of nine hundred and eight billion euros.

THE NEWLY SWORN IN STATE SECRETARY FACES CHALLENGES OF HUGE MAGNITUDE TO THE CURRENT USA DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN POLICIES.

The newly sworn in State Secretary John Kerry would face challenges of huge magnitude to the current USA domestic and foreign policies as he resume  the State Office responsibility early next week. Some of the issues that may require his experience as the former Senator and Presidential candidate would entail the Arab World countries accusation of intensive use of Drones from secret USA military Bases and from the Arab World regions of conflict in which the USA military have been deployed to target Islamists in other parts that have not been involved in the conflict as violation of the USA leading role as problem resolver of both the domestic and foreign dispute, or conflicts. The Syrian conflict. The IranianSupreme Leader rejection of direct talks with the USA government on its Nuclear Project issues and the foreseeable outbreak of yet another conflict in the West African region. However, President Obama has responded to Arab World countries and leaders accusation of USA intensive use of Drones against the Islamists with the documents he presented on the deployment and use of Drones in regions of conflict to the Congress early morning today.

SUPER BOWL XLVII HUSLE AND BUSTLE CONTINUED IN THE LAST FOURTY EIGHT HOURS IN THE NORTH EAST ATLANTIC CITIES OVER BALTIMORE RAVENS NARROW LEAD AGAINST THE SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS.

Super Bowl XLVII hustle and bustle celebration in parties, dinners and congratulation gifts continued in the North East Atlantic cities in the last fourty eight hours over the narrow lead victory of three points difference in the final results of 34 to 31 points for the Baltimore Ravens against the San Francisco 49ers. The Super Bowl XLVII championship final game between the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens has been regarded remarkable, due to the spectacular hundred and nine yards touch down in the third quarter of the game scored by the Baltimore Ravens football team verses the twenty yards touch down of the San Francisco 49ers, inspite of the ups and the downs in the scored fast and slow touch down drives in the first and second quarters of the spectacular Super Bowl XLVII final game which had been based on the screamage tactical offensive and defensive measures in the final game strategies applied by both teams, instead of the receivers tactical advancement needed during the entire finale game of Super Bowl XLVII which became uncertain and mostly interesting after the power outage interruption at the Super Bowl XLVII host stadium in New Orleans.

DEBATES IN THE GERMAN PARLIAMENT ON CLAIMS FOR THE REMOVAL OF BIAS ON PURCHASE, SALE AND USE OF THE STRATEGIC DEFENSE WEAPONS AS UNCONVENTIONAL WEAPONS REMAINS TIED AND CONTROVERSIAL.

Debates in the German Parliament, the Bundestag over the controversial themes of purchase, sale and use of Drones and other unmanned vehicles as the strategic defense measures required for the defense of Germany's and the European Union countries strengthened economies, industrial growth with the emerging markets remains tied and controversial, particularly on the claims for the removal of bias on purchase, sale and use of the straegic defense weapons as unconventional weapons that may hamper Germany's and the UN mandate for peace, disturb the civil discipline required for economic miracle and encourage troops deployment with the unnecessary killing in domestic and foreign conflicts in which German military with the European Union Defense Forces have been frequently deployed, instead of its discouragement. However, other themes such as the reduction of casualties on peace mission in regard to the lives that may be lost, or property damages on the unmanned vehicles during peace operation with the requirement for the alternative use of military force to induce ceasefire and stop bloodshed have not been thoroughly considered during the debates held in the German Parliament, the Bundestag.

THE ARAB WORLD COUNTRIES PLEDGES HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE TARGET GOAL SUM REQUIRED FOR THE ELEVIATION OF THE WORSENING CONDITION OF THE STRANDED SYRIAN REFUGEES.

The Arab World countries pledges made during the Arab League Countries Summit held in Amman/Kuwait late this week for the stranded Syrian refugees  in the Syrian, Jordanian and the Turkey desert have exceeded the sum of seven hundred thirty million US dollars ($730,000,000.00) which many Arab World countries sources claimed have not attained the target goal sum of over one billion US dollars ($1,000,000,000.00) required for the eleviation of the worsening condition of the stranded Syrian refugees that have remained stranded in the desert and in the refugees camps in Syria, Jordan, Turkey and Lebanon. However, continued battles in some Syrian towns that includes Aleppo, Homs and parts of Damascus with the continuous movement of the stranded refugees in the desert and along the borders of the neighboring countries have caused much difficulties for the required relief services with the allocated sums to reach the intended destinations.

OPTIMISM FOR INCREASED EFFICIENCY AND ECONOMIC GROWTH REMAINS, INSPITE OF INCREASING GLOBAL CONCERN ABOUT THE ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL DEVELOPEMENTS WITH THE PROJECTED DOWNTRENDS FOR THE YEAR 2013.

Inspite of increasing global concern about the economic and financial developements for the year 2013 in regard to some of the attributes of financial and economic downtrends that entailed decreased efficiency, decreased economic production, recession, financial collapse and markets failure, particularly of the major chain Stores with globalized branches, specially those in Europe, the USA  and some Asian countries that may result in scarcity of a series of many items that ranges from the basic essential commodities in fast food, canned food, canned soft drinks to heavy industrial and software tecnology items in some of the major developed and industrial countries, Germany remains optimistic about its current efficiency and economic growth that has been estimated to remain between zero point four perent (0.4%) to zero point five percent (0.5%) for the year 2013, inspite of increased unemployment rated at seven point five percent (7.4%) which some people believed may have been, due to the reduction of employees numbers at major companies in Germany and the Winter Season unemployment problems that have increased the number of the unemployed to over three million people for the first two months of the year 2013.
