Other media sources have emphasized Russian Government frequent change of its policy in the region that had begun with the Russian Government objection to the United Nations Security Council suggestion, or rather the recommendation for the implementation of the United Nations alternative Resolution that authorizes the use of military force as an alternative means to restore order and peace in the regions of the World that have been devastated by armed conflicts as in the current civil war in Syria.
