The meeting held Yesterday in the European Union Parliament in Brussels for the required compromise for the conclusion of the trade agreement and its possible implementation in both Canada and the European Union Countries has unfortunately not been attended by the Canadian Minister of Commerce  Chrystia Freeland who objected to attend the second meeting, due to European Union Countries governments, particularly the regional government of the Wallonian unpreparedness for the conclusion of the trade agreement named CETA. How long the minors may stay at the jungle? and when the process for their resettlement to Britain may begin has not been specified.       USA and Russia lack of compromise on the required solution for peace in Syria has resulted in continued airstrikes on both ISIS and civilian citizens targets in Syria, particularly by the extended aerial airstrikes of the three major countries of USA Russia and Syrian Government, despite France and other European Union Countries request, or rather the demand for peace in Syria that has been debated over the weekend in the United Nations Security Council Meetings in which the members of the United Nations Security Council that entailed the USA Russia China and the European Union Countries have demanded immediate halt of continued airstrikes with the requirement for another, or possible ceasefire agreement deal, or by the implementation of the United Nation Resolution that has repeatedly fail to attained implementation status in the United Nations Security Council Meetings, particularly the Alternative Resolution of the United Nations Security Council that authorizes the use of military force as an alternative means for the Resolution of difficult conflicts as the current conflicts in Syria and Northern Iraq, but unfortunately has been reversed by Russia, after the Syrian Government requested Russia's military assistance in ammunition military hardware and trained personnel, despite previous repeated objection  of the United Nations Alternative Resolution for the use of military force by both Russia and China in the previous meetings of the United Nations Security Council. Syrian government on the other hand has demanded immediate evacuation of  the city of Aleppo and the neighboring towns, despite safe delivery of Humanitarian Relief Aid Assistance by the United Nations Convoys that have been intended for the alleviation of the worsening Humanitarian crisis in Aleppo and the neighboring towns and villages. Over three hundred and fifty thousand stranded Syrian citizens that included children and women have remained besieged in the dying city of Aleppo, Inspite of continued airstrikes being carried out by the airforce of three major countries of the USA Russia and Syria.

Cities towns and villages have been totally flattened by Hurricane Mathew at the moment it had retained its highest strength and magnitude of destructive power as a category two hurricane, when it made landfall on the CariBbean Sea and the Caribic Nations. The magnitude of damage inflicted in the Caribic by Hurricane Mathew has been estimated at about the range of five hundred to seven hundred and forty innocent lives that have been lost in the outbreak, or as a result of the devastation caused by the Natural Catastrophe of hurricane named Hurricane Mathew, besides the estimated tens of millions of dollars in property damage.       European Union leaders and Members of Parliament concluded the final debate for ratification of Climate Change Agreement signed by over one hundred and fifty countries late last Year in Parish France Yesterday in the European Union Parliament in Strausbourg and specifically on Tuesday, October fourth in the Year two thousand and sixteen with overwhelming Parliamentary support of six hundred and seventy nine votes against six hundred and ten votes for ratification of Climate Change Agreement with its implementation at both the domestic European, or foreign International Global Levels which qualified the enacted Climate Change legislation to both European and International legislation that authorizes many of the countries around the World to enforce the Climate Change legislation with the Environmental Protection measures against humans actions that have been generally described as pollution, or destruction of the Planet Earth with toxic gases and chemicals that may eventually destroy habitats and threatened many species with extinction.
