ELECTRIC POWER COMPANIES ATTEMPTS TO BAIL OUT THEIR EXISTENCE FOR FURTHER OPERATION AND BETTER LUCRATIVE BUSINESSES PERFORMANCE WITHIN GERMANY AND THE EUROZONE COUNTRIES MAY SUCCEED IN THEIR REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO OVER TURN THE LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY THAT AUTHORIZES THE BAN ON USE OF ATOMIC ENERGY AND FOSSIL FUEL AS THE MAIN ENERGY SOURCES BY THE HIGHEST COURT DECISION, RATHER THAN BY MUCH MONEY ALLOCATION, OR THE BAIL OUT.

      Electric power companies in the European Union Countries and specially in Germany's various States that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen, particularly those that have remained operational and have attempted to bail out their existence and better lucrative businesses within Germany and the Eurozone Countries may succeed in their repeated attempts to over turn the current legislative authority that demands the ban on electric power companies that uses atomic energy and fossil fuel as their main energy sources for generation of electricity to meet the rising high demand for electric energy consumption by the industries and in many Households, if both the governments with the Parliaments that entailed the European Union Parliament and Germany's Parliament would accept the allocated amount of twenty five billion euros contributed by the power companies within Germany, instead of the demanded sum of fifty seven billion euros as the base amount required by the government in Germany for the solution of nuclear waste storage problems in Germany alone in addition to the solution of nuclear waste storage problems in other European Union Countries that have frequently transported the nuclear waste materials from their countries to Germany for storage in Germany's various nuclear waste storage facilities located in the various States of Germany that entailed the States of Niedersachsen Schleswig Holstein Baden Wuttenberg and Bayern Munchen to mention only a few of the many States in Germany in which nuclear waste storage facilities had been a problem, due to the unconfirmed reports of leakage of nuclear rays from the nuclear waste storage facilities located in the mentioned States of  Germany and the various unspecified Eurozone Countries. However, these demands of the electric power companies that uses the hazardous Nuclear Reactors to generate power from less controlled atomic particles fission, or the excessive usage of polluting fossil fuel energy sources as their main energy sources for generation of electricity may find it very difficult to convince legislators and Environmental Protection Agency to allow governments to over turn the legislations that have threatened the existence many power companies, or kill their lucrative businesses and their prosperity, due to the undisputed facts that both the European Union government and the government of Germany have enacted legislations, particularly the legislation for implementation of the unified energy policy for the change of governments energy policies with the ban on the hazardous and polluting energy sources which the energy companies demand for the over turn of their governments' unified energy policy may require the Highest Court final decision, rather than the much money that has been contributed and may be allocated by the power companies to the governments of Germany and European Union Countries.
