EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES WHICH INCLUDED THE EXITING MEMBER COUNTRY OF BRITAIN HAVE FAILED TO REACH COMPROMISE ON THE REQUIRED FURTHER EXTENSION OF SANCTION AGAINST RUSSIA DURING THE MEETING HELD IN THE EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT IN BRUSSELS FOR FURTHER INTENSIFIED SANCTION AGAINST RUSSIA.

European Union twenty eight countries leaders Ministers delegates and high rank government officials which included the high rank government officials of the exiting member country of Britain from the European Union Countries membership headed, or represented by Britain's Foreign Minister Mr. Boris Johnson convened in the European Union Parliament in Brussels Yesterday in the meeting that has been intended for the extension of the sanction against Russia, due to Russia's indiscriminate intervention by excessive use of military force in continued airstrikes against both the Islamic Militants targets and civilian citizens targets in the city of Aleppo and the neighboring towns and villages of Syria. However, the European Union Countries twenty eight member countries that included the exiting member country of Britain have failed to reach compromise on the required agreement for further extension of sanction against Russia which had been previously extended, despite the lengthy and extended sessions of Parliamentary debates of the European Union Countries held at the European Union Parliament in Brussels. The reason, or reasons for the failure of the debate of the European Union Countries leaders Ministers delegates and high rank government officials for the required compromise for sanction against Russia has not been clearly specified, despite Russian government resumption of the diplomatic and political negotiation with the USA for peace in Syria on one hand, but on the other hand Russian military presence on the ground and in the air within the Syrian airspace has been generally objected by the USA and the Western Countries Allied Nations as an act of defiance and fierce confrontation in continued airstrikes against the besieged civilian citizens in the city of Aleppo and against Humanitarian Institutions as the Hospitals with the Humanitarian Relief Aid Convoys said to have been repeatedly bombed by Russian fighter jets that have remained effective in their operation within the general mission for the fight against ISIS targets. Another point of controversy during the meeting held at the European Union Parliament in Brussels has been  the further extension of sanction and even more intensified sanction against Russia, after the sanction had been enforced by both the USA and European Union Countries against Russia and repeatedly extended, due to Russia occupation of the Island of Krim in the Crimea Region.
