THE WALLONIAN REGIONAL PARLIAMENT IN BELGIUM CONCLUDED ITS PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE WITH OVERWHELMING SUPPORT OF THE PREVIOUSLY CONTROVERSIAL TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES AND CANADA THAT PAVED FURTHER SUPPORT OF THE TRADE AGREEMENT IN THE EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES PARLIAMENTS AND STRENGTHENED GERMANY'S HIGHEST COURT REQUIRED FINAL DECISION ON THE DETAIL ASPECTS OF LEGISLATIVE GUIDANCE , OR LEGISLATIVE VIOLENCE CONSTITUTIONAL AND CITIZENS CIVIL RIGHTS.



      The Wallonian Regional Parliament in Belgium concluded its first regional Parliamentary debate on the previously controversial trade agreement between the European Union Countries and Canada over the weekend with overwhelming regional majority support of fifty eight Parliamentary votes in favor of the trade agreement against five votes of the members of the Belgium regional Parliament that have repeatedly rejected the conclusion of the trade agreement, despite its significance to the mentioned trade partners in the European Union Countries and Canada. These results of the Belgium regional Parliament specified above revealed the unexpected and unexplained sudden change in the citizens opinion in the Belgium's Wallonia Region and their mostly respected Representative that have unanimously supported the trade agreement between the European Union Countries and Canada just a week after it had been rejected by the citizens of Belgium's border region to France based on the uncertainty of the trade agreement with regard to legislative rights, job loses Eurozone Countries tariff problems quality products and proportional trade volume exchange between the twenty seven European Union Countries and Canada. These results may too further pave the required support of the European Union Countries for the conclusion of the trade agreement with Canada and strengthened Germany's Highest Court required final decision on the controversial trade agreement with the specified detail aspects of legislative guidelines legislative authority legislative penalties governments' and legislators fair decision making process within the frame work of citizens Constitutional and civil rights of democratic systems of governments which the German Highest Court has specified as neither violates the Constitution, government's legislative rights to decision making process and conclusion of trade agreement with other foreign countries, nor the citizens rights to object the controversial trade agreement, if the number of the citizens that objected, or accepted the trade agreement exceeded two hundred thousand persons, or signatures and certainly the three point five million within the European Union Countries.
