AN AGRESSIVE REPUBLICAN'S ECONOMIC REVAMP STILL LIES AHEAD, DESPITE THE DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT.

AN AGRESSIVE REPUBLICAN'S  ECONOMIC REVAMP LIES AHEAD, DESPITE THE DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT.

The USA and Germany have further expressed pessimism about the year 2013 fiscal responsibility amidst the count down for New Year's celebration, or the Silvester celebration that have begun in Australia and the farthest Pacific regions. The USA government has resheduled Congressional debates for the Afternoon on the controversial fiscal cliff compromise being sought between the two main political parties the Republican Party and the Democratic party. However, Germany's Kanzler speech to the Nation and the European Union countries emphasized the requirement for patience and hardwork on the economic challenges that had happened, or taken place and those that lies ahead which people seemed not to have learned from to attain the required efficiency, besides the USA government announcement for automated implementation of tax increase and spending cuts, if no compromise is reached on the final session of the meeting scheduled in the Afternoon. An agressive Republican's economic revamp still lies ahead, or may have been predicted in spending cuts and tax increase, despite the Democratic government, if no compromised has been reached during the sessions between the two main political parties, while the European Union countries may continue to receive the European Union Financial Rescue Packages and prevent financial depression.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS SEVERE WEATHER PATTERNS REMAINS LESS PREDICTABLE, DESPITE THE EXTENSIVE FORECASTING AND MEDIA COVERAGES ON THE HOLIDAY SEASON.

Happy holidays severe weather patterns in Snowfall, Tornadoes, Tropical storms and much rainfall that begun around Midnight on Christmas day has continued in much of the North East, the Mid West, the Southern States of USA and in the Temperate, the Sub-temperate and the Arctic types of climate regions such as the USA, Canada, Northern Europe and the Arctic region. Tens of thousands of homes in the mentioned regions have either been covered in much snow, flood water, or suffered continuous power outage, due to the severe weather patterns that has been extensively covered on the updated weather forecast broadcast in various countries that entailed the USA, Canada, Europe and Russia. However, the required evacuation procedures, or the precautionary measures against severe weather patterns  and Natural Catastrophes such as Tornadoes, Hurricanes, Earthquake and Tsunami have remained up-rupt, less predictable, or unknown untill their formation and landfall.

RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT LEGISLATIVE APPROACH AND BAN ON RUSSIAN CHILD ADOPTION BY USA CITIZEN HAS BEEN GENERALLY REFERRED TO IN THE WEST AS RUSSIA'S MOST CONTROVERSIAL LEGISLATION OF THE YEAR 2012.

Russia's most controversial legislation of the year 2012 has been enforced by the President after the overwhelming support of the Russian Parliament the Duma for the enaction of the legislation that specified the ban on Russian children adoption by USA citizens. However, no reason has been specified on the ban that sparked wide range criticism of the Russian government action against the USA citizens generosity and hospitality that may have been the reason for the hundreds to a thousand Russian Children that had been annually adopted by the USA citizens from troubled homes, severe poverty, or simply children that may have been abandoned by their parents. Further investigation from individual sources point have been ensued for the unanswered questions, or the causes that may have resulted in to the Russian government drastic action of legislative approach and the ban on the individual USA citizens charity action toward the Russian children.

DESPITE EUROPEAN UNION OPTIMISM FOR IMPROVED FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE FOR THE YEAR 2013, THE USA EXPRESSED PESSIMISM ABOUT ITS RECENT SUSTAINED FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC GROWTH.

Despite European Union optimism for improved financial and economic performance for the year 2013 with growth expectation in about thirty six percent of the currently rated efficient operating businesses across the European Continent, the USA government expressed pessimism about its recent sustained financial and economic growth, due to various issues that entailed political dispute on financial and economic issues that requires faster compromise between the country's two major political parties, the Republican Party and the Democratic Political Party on the fiscal responsibility, particularly on the spending policy, the taxation policy with oversight additional financial and economic policies on the mounting debt and increasing budget deficit. However, some business and financial sectors have remained vibrant generators of the USA economy that have not been affected by the current recession in other sectors. These sectors entailed the retail sector, the energy sector and the internet bubble businesses that have constantly generated much money and produced younger multi-billionaires and multi-millionaires, inspite of the World's general shrinking economic performance rated at the range between five to seven percent (5%-7%), due to recession.

THE USA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION HAVE INTERVENED FOR CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT THAT IS DEMOCRATIC, INSTEAD OF ISLAMIC.

The USA and the European Union have intervened on behalf of the Egyptian citizens for concession on Constitutional Amendment that is Democratic. However, President Mursi has proceeded with the enforcement of the enacted Constitutional Amendment in the second Referendum after it has been passed by sixty four percent (64%) votes against thirty three percent (33%) abstaintions, despite the Opposition and the citizens protest against the Egyptian Constitutional Amendment that has been generally referred to as overwhelmingly Islamic, rather than Democratic as required by the citizens revolution for Constitutional Amendment, Democracy and citizens freedom at Tahrir Square. Some sources have expressed fear of the President's overlapping authority after the second Referendum that may result in dictatorship and oppression by the enforcement of Islamic Sharia laws and the Military Power to restore order in the Egyptian capital Cairo and in other neighboring cities, or towns such as Alexandria.

DESPITE SUSTAINED ECONOMIC RECOVERY IN THE USA FUTURE ECONOMIC DOWNTREND REMAINS FORESEEABLE, DUE TO POLITICAL DISPUTE BETWEEN THE TWO MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES, THE REPUBLICAN AND THE DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL PARTIES.

Despite sustained recovery in the USA economy after the major economic downtrend of the year 2012 future economic downtrends remains foreseeable, due to the political dispute between the two major political parties the Republican Political Party and the Democratic Political Party on the fiscal responsibility. The Republican Party economic revamp in spending cuts and tax increase has been threatened by the USA complex decision making process and the Highest Executive power and authority to override legislators decisions on both political and economic issues, despite the Republican Party Congress majority, if no compromise has been reached between the two major political parties on the economic issuesthat entailed the mounting debt, the ballooning budget deficit and the devaluating USA currency the American dollar. The Democratic Political Party clout in the White House and Senate majority may result in further release of stimulus checks that seemed to have apparently stimulated the economy, the tax increase on the wealthy Americans and additional funding of the bias social security benefits and disability budget that has exceeded the threshold of over ninety one point five billion USA dollars in social security and disability on the annual budget.

RUSSIA EUROPEAN UNION (EU) SUMMIT FOCUSED MAINLY ON THE ENERGY POLICY OF THE CONTINENT AND THE ISSUES MADE EUROPE'S MEDIA HIGHLIGHT OF THE MONTH.

The Russian European Union (EU) Summit held today in the Russian capital Moscow focused mainly on the Continent's energy policy, particularly on the shift of the energy policy from the atomic and fossil fuel as the main energy sources of some of Europe's major countries to the renewable environment friendly energy sources such as the Wind, the Solar, Hydro and Geothermal energy sources as the preferred main energy sources of the Continent which Russia seemed reluctant to change its energy policy, or adapt and implement the European Union countries energy policies amidst Russia's project for the extension of its natural gas pipelines to Eastern and Western European countries that includes the European Union countries. However, other issues that have been Europe's media highlights of the month have been discussed and entailed the EU request for Human rights and citizens freedom in Russia, the Russian Government demand of the EU countries to ease traveling visa to Russian travelers to the EU countries and the Russian Parliament conclusion of the legislation that prohibits Russian children adoptation by the USA citizens.

THE GOVERNMENT AND THE OPPOSITION IN ATHENS SUPPORTED THE GOVERNMENT'S SAVING PLAN PACKAGE WITH THE EUROPEAN UNION AUSTERITY MEASURES AS THE MEANS TOWARD THE PROJECTED FUTURE ECONOMIC PROSPECTS IN GREECE, INSPITE OF THE CITIZENS PROTEST.

The government and the Opposition in Athens supported the government's Saving Plan Package with the European Union Austerity Measures as the means toward the projected future economic prospects in Greece, inspite of the citizens protest by strike against the government's plan for jobs cuts that will affect a hundred and fifty thousand employment vacancies in Athens. However, some sources have indicated that the Greece Parliament support of the government's policy with the Opposition has been attributes of the recent upgraded credit line of Greece that has increased many folds by six notches as required by the European Bank credit line for all the Eurozone member nations, eventhough the improved credit line may have been, due to the thirty four billion euros that has been released early in the week by both the European Union Finance Ministers and the IMF as part of the European Union Finance Rescue Packages in loans for Greece.

DISPUTED CONTROVERSIAL DEBATES ON THE ISSUES OF CIRCUMCISION AND RELIGION LESSONS FOR GERMAN CITIZENS YOUNGEST GENERATION BORNED OF REFUGEES, OR IMMIGRANTS PARENTS WITH DIFFERENT RELIGIOUS BACKGROUND HAS FINALLY BEEN SETTLED.

Disputed controversial debates on the issues of circumcision of German citizens youngest generation borned of either refugees, or immigrants parents with different religious background and the required permission for religion lessons with the observation of religious holidays, particularly in the Islamic schools in some of the States of Germany have finally been settled after the government passed a bill early this week that specified that children borned of refugees, or immigrant parents with different religious background that are German citizens may be circumcised, if a physician approve  that no health problems would be inflicted on the youngest German citizens. However, Islamic religion lessons restriction with Islamic public holidays observation in Islamic schools will continue through out the Republic of Germany, except in the States of Hamburg and North Rhein Westfalia. This government's policy intended for the integration of Germany's youngest generation in unified Society and Communities has been criticised by Jews and Islamic religious people, despite the fairness of the policy towards the German citizens borned of immigrants, or refugees parents in Germany.

POLITICAL CRISIS HAS BROADENED IN VARIOUS GOVERNMENT BRANCHES IN THE EGYPTIAN CAPITAL CAIRO AND VARIOUS REGIONS IN EGYPT.

Political crisis in the Egyptian capital Cairo has broadened to various government branches after the chief prosecutor resignition with the Opposition call for further protest by demonstration at Tahrir Square. Mounting pressure on Mr. Thallad Ibrahim from both the legislative and judiciary branches, due to lack of supervision with the required transparency on the current referrendum for Constitutional Amendment and  implementation of Democracy in Egypt may have resulted in the unexpected resignition of the chief prosecutor Thallad Ibrahim. However, the President has been expected to end his inaction and silence on the worsening political crisis in the egyptian capital for Constitutional Amendment and the implementation of Democracy as required by the citizens revolution for change to Democracy and citizens freedom in the Egyptian capital Cairo and various other regions in Egypt after repeated failed attempts to implement Democracy in Egypt with the alternative means to restore order and civil discipline by either the use of the military, or by the implementation of Islamic Sharia laws in Egypt.

ELEVATED SECURITY PRECAUTIONS AT GERMANY'S MAIN TRAIN STATIONS HAS BEEN WIDELY CRITICIZED.

Elevated security precautions in video camera surveillance and random searches by canine and police forces at Germany's main train stations after the failed bomb blast attempt at Bonn Badgodesberg train station that has been claimed the Salafisten Islamic sector members has been widely criticized, particularly by the members and supporters of the Green Party, despite the requirement for elevated security alert after the terror attempt at one of Germany's relatively busiest train stations. Reasons for the terror attempt by the Salafisten have not been specified. However, further investigation has continued on the suspects that have been arested, eventhough one of the suspects has confessed and admitted that he had been involved in the failed terror attempt. Nobody know how long the security precautions in video camera surveillance and random searches would continue, despite the complains of many tourists and the deplomatic personnel in Bonn Badgodesberg.

THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT DEFEATED THE INTELLECTUALS AND CITIZENS CRITICISM OF ITS DEFENSE POLICY AND THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE COUNTRY IN THE FOREIGN CONFLICT WITH OVERWHELMING VOTES IN TODAY'S PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE.

Citizens and intellectuals criticism of the Bundeswehr deployment at the Turkish Syrian border with Patroit Missiles as the government's bad defense policy for the involvement of one of Europe's recognized major Democracy in the foreign conflict without the required legislative and Parliamentary process has been defeated by the government in today's early morning Parliamentary debate in which the Members of Parliament in the German Parliament the Bundestag voted overwhelmingly with four hundred and sixty one votes against less than sixty two abstaintions for the German military deployment at the Turkish Syrian border with Patriot defense Missiles as precautionary measures against the escalating worsening security condition for the outbreak of major military skirmishes, or even war between the two neighboring countries of Turkey and Syria at the Turkish Syrian border, besides the required safety for the Syrian refugees at the Turkish Syrian border. This debate has given the government more weight and possibly power to make decisions and flex its defense policy muscles without prior legislative and Parliamentary process.

THE FINANCIAL MARKETS PERFORMANCE AROUND THE GLOBE FLUCTUATED WITH GENERAL MINIMAL DOWNTREND AFTER THE RELEASE OF THE THIRTY FOUR BILLION EUROS FOR GREECE.

The financial markets performance around the globe fluctuated with minimal downtrend on the over overall general finance and markets performance, particularly in the USA, Europe and some Asian countries. The causes of the minimal downtrend of the finance markets performance in the fourth quarter of business have not been specified, however some finance expert sources have pointed their fingers at the European Union Finance Ministers meeting with the release of the thirty four billion euros for Greece as part of the fourty four billion euros in finance rescue packages for Greece which the government in Athens has been made eligible to cash the big sum of money early today. The European Union Finance Ministers meeting on Finance Packages allocation coincided with the German Kanzler Parliamentary speech on the European Union current developement, particularly on the unemployment rate, specially of the youth in the Eurozone with the emphasis on the European bank regulations, finance and economic developement that have been supported by Kanzler Angela Merkel in her speech to the Parliament on the European Union current economic developement.

THE UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION HAS CALLED FOR AN EXTRA-ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING TO DECIDE UPON PYONGYANG'S DEFIANCE WITH TOUGHER MEASURES AND SANCTION.

North Korea has finally celebrated the first successfull launch of the rocket that carried North Korean first satellite in the space, despite the major powers rejection of Pyongyang's defiance to comply with the International Body regulations and quit further attempts of future rockets launch in to the Orbit, which some sources claimed has carried the military Satellite that will direct Pyongyang's long range ballistic missiles to the intended targets in the Pacific Region and beyond the Pacific Region. However, Pyongyang has denied the launch of military Satellite for ballistic missiles guidance, instead of the civilian and commercial satellite for media and communication as an allegation intended to deform its successfull rocket launch and its strategic long range missiles defense capability, while the United Nations Organization has called for an extra-ordinary General Assembly Meeting to decide upon Pyongyang's defiance with tougher measures and sanction.

CITIZENS IN THE EGYPTIAN CAPITAL SEEMED DETERMINE  TO FORCE THE GOVERNMENT TO ACCEPT CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT, DESPITE DISCOURAGEMENT.

Citizens in the Egyptian capital Cairo that have gathered at Tahrir Square to protest the government's action seemed determine to force the government to accept Constitutional Amendment believed by many people may result in a fairly shared power of government and reduce President Mursi overwhelming power in office. However, the President has extended the required referendum for Constitutional Amendment untill next Saturday and used military, instead of the police forces to discipline , or arrest violent demonstrators and restore order in the city. Some sources have expressed disapproval of military intervention with the use of force to suppress civilian demonstrators as undemocratic and may further endanger the fledgling Democracy in Egypt that needs to be encouraged and supported, instead of discouraged, or suppressed by the various governments units and agents that entailed the military and the police forces.

THE POLITICAL CRISIS IN EGYPT REMAINS AN INTERESTING POLITICAL CRISIS FOR THE CHANGE TO THE BETTER AND A LESSON FOR MANY NORTH AFRICAN, ARAB WORLD AND OTHER COUNTRIES TO LEARN.

Political crisis in Egypt and perhaps in similar other countries of the Arab World, the African and Asian countries has reached the stage in which political scientists and leaders should redefine Democracy and its implementation in countries with rather different cultural and religious background, or the countries with less than the required basic infrastructures and economic stability, despite the citizens demand for Democracy and citizens freedom by protest, demonstration and strike in some of the North African and Arab World countries, particularly in Egypt. However, the current political crisis in Egypt that may have resulted, due to citizens demand for more rights, social security services, other basic governmental services such as adequate means of transportation, healthcare, electric power resources, clean water sources, economic stabilty and citizens freedom in the country by means of Democratic system of governance remains an interesting political crisis for the change to the better and a lesson for many North African, the Arab World and other countries to learn from, eventhough the government reponsiveness and action to the evolving political changes in Egypt has not been the best , or the required solution to the current crisis in Egypt as it may have been previously anticipated by the various political groups that represents the majority of the citizens in Egypt.

Further deployment of the German military also known as the Bundeswehr at the Turkish Syrian border to monitor missiles defense along the borders using patriot missiles has been suported by the government, despite the citizens repeated request for inquiry about the Bundeswehr and Germany involvement in the Turkish Syrian conflict without the required legislative process for the involvement of one of Europe's major power and acknowledged Democracy in foreign conflict. However, citizens mounting pressure on the executive branch has obliged the government to call Parliamentary debate on the issue of Bundeswehr involvement in the Turkish Syrian conflict without the required legislative process, eventhough some of the government executives may have denied  Bundeswehr unauthorized involvement in the Turkish Syrian conflict as precautionary measures to prevent further escalation of the military skirmishes at the Turkish Syrian border in to major conflict between the two countries, besides the needed protection for the Syrian refugees at the Turkish Syrian border.

However, on the other hand some government supporters have praised the government's increasing role in the Eurozone and World responsibility, particularly on the current problem of financial solution to some of the Eurozone member countries, the Euro crisis, the upgrade of the credit lines with the standards of living of all the member countries for more unified and strengthened European Union.

The UN Environment Summit being currently held in Doha the capital of Qatar reflected new open doors policy of the Arab Gulf countries with the involvement in the sought for solution to global problems, particularly on the issue of environment pollution which its sources has been traceable in the extracts of fossil fuel and its combustion of which many Arab Gulf countries and some North African countries have directly, or indirectly participated in the pollution of the environment at a global scale by various means that entailed the export of crude oil, or petroleum to almost all the countries of the World and the domestic over-consumption of fossil fuel and petroleum as the main energy sources in the Arab Gulf and the North African countries. However, the unified agreement reached during the Summit that set goal for carbon dioxide and fossil fuel reduction in the atmosphere by the year 2015 remains a difficult objective to accomplish, despite the agreement reached because of many issues that included the high demand for petroleum and fossil fuel in many countries around the World and the European Union countries change of energy policies that emphasized the shift from the atomic energy as the main energy source to the less efficient, but renewable and environment friendly energy sources such as the Wind, the Solar and the Geothermal energy sources.

THE IMF AND THE EURO-ZONE WEATHIEST COUNTRIES REACHED AN AGREEMENT IN LOAN ALLOCATION ON THE PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED EUROPEAN UNION FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR GREECE IN THE FINAL SESSION OF THE MEETING.

THE IMF AND THE EURO-ZONE WEALTHIEST COUNTRIES REACHED AN AGREEMENT IN LOAN ALLOCATION ON THE PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED EUROPEAN UNION FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR GREECE IN THE FINAL SESSION OF THE MEETING.

The IMF and the Eurozone wealthiest countries have finally reached an agreement on the previously disputed European Union financial assistance for Greece in loan allocation worth the sums that ranged between E$ 44 billion euros to E$ 56.8 billion euros at the least and at the most respectively in the final session of the Eurozone Finance Ministers and the IMF delegates meeting held yesterday at the European Parliament in the European capital Brussel, despite the protest of some of the Eurozone wealthiest nations about the risk in the allocation of unlimited large sums of money in loans to a member nation that has not fully upgraded its credit line with the required financial and economic efficiency of a Eurozone member country, due to the current European Union Austerity Measures, the failing Saving Plans Packages, the financial instability and political upheavels in Athens. However, on the other side the loan approval has been celebrated as a break through after long political and financial struggle in Athens that will keep Greece in the Eurozone and help accomplish the projected future economic prospects in Greece with less doubt, or financial risk of the disputable wealthiest European Union lenders.

THE EUROPEAN UNION FINANCE MINISTERS RECONVENED IN THE EUROPEAN UNION CAPITAL BRUSSEL TO DISCUSS THE ALLOCATION OF THE SECOND FINANCE ASSISTANCE PACKAGE FOR GREECE.

The European Union Finance Ministers and the IMF (International Monetary Fund) delegates headed by Christine Lagarde have reconvened in the  European Union capital Brussel early morning today to discuss the allocation of the second finance assistance package for Greece that has been estimated at the sum of about one point five billion euros ($1.500,000,000.00) euros required for the Greece mounting debt problem solution after successive governments in Athens stood firmly to ensure further implementation of the European Union Austerity Measures, inspite of the current financial difficulties in Greece, besides the Greek government Finance Saving Packages that secured Greece rights for further European Union Rescue Packages and protect the country's projected future economic prospects within the Euro-zone. However, some European Union countries have expressed skepticism about Greece chances for faster financial and economic rebound as required by the European Central Bank credit line conditions at the current prevailing conditions of continued demonstrations, or strikes ballooning debt, higher unemployment rate and the government refusal to reduce the Greek military huge budget.

VARIATION IN INCREASED AVERAGE GLOBAL TEMPERATURES WITH VARIED DEGREE OF DEFECTS, OR DEVASTATION HAVE BEEN FELT AROUND THE WORLD, PARTICULARLY ALONG THE COASTAL REGIONS OF THE WORLD.

Variation in increased average global temperatures, due to seasonal changes with the defects that usually accompanies these changes have been gradually felt around many parts of the World with varied degree of devastation that entailed climate change, natural catastrophes, man made inventions and issues such as factories pollution, chemicals and pollution of the environment, particularly in the parts of the World with Temperate, Sub-temperate and Tropical types of climates. However, environmentalists and Green Peace activists call for immediate solution to the mentioned issues remains unheeded, or may have been ignored by some governments, even those in parts along the coastal regions of the World that have been frequented by the Natural Catastrophes such as Flood, Hurricanes, Mudslides and Tornadoes, or those that may have outweigh industrial and commercial benefits to the defects of increased pollution of the environment at both the domestic and global scale. The required scientific approaches for the solution of the mentioned issues, particularly on the required control of pollution and the Natural catastrophes mentioned have either ended as political controversy in Parliaments around the World, or may have been simply ruled out as beyond the scope of current scientific knowledge.

THE EXTEND OF CASUALTIES IN HUMAN LIVES AND PROPERTY DAMAGE DURING THE FEW DAYS ISRAEL PALESTINE CONFLICT REMAINED CONROVERSIAL.

THE EXTEND OF CASUALTIES IN HUMAN LIVES AND PROPERTY DAMAGE DURING THE FEW DAYS ISRAEL PALESTINE CONFLICT REMAINED CONTROVERSIAL.

Germany has reassured Israel of its support, despite the readiness for Bundeswehr deployment in the border conflict region between Turkey and Syria, while some Arab World countries have announced fortification of their borders after Israel announcement of possible ground forces offensive in Gaza Strip which some Arab countries claimed could exceed the Israelites and the Palestinians borders to the neighboring Arab World countries. No further reports have been made on the ground forces offensive that seemed to have been repeatedly delayed. However, the worsening security condition in both Israel and Palestine has been attributed to the ceasefire violation that resulted in continued air strikes and rockets launches in Palestine and Israel respectively. The extend of casualties in both human lives and property damage have risen exponentially to a hundred and ten death in Palestine, while the number of people that may have been killed in Israel during the few days conflict remained controversial. Some sources claimed that the number of death in Israel has remained at three for the three people that have been so far killed in Tel Aviv, while other sources have said the number  has risen to over twenty death.

CEASEFIRE VIOLATION  RESULTED IN MORE HUMAN CASUALTIES AND PROPERTY DAMAGE ON BOTH SIDES, DESPITE THE VARIOUS GOVERNMENTS EFFORT TOWARD THE PREVENTION OF THE ESCALATING MIDDLE EAST CONFLICT.

Ceasefire violation from both the Israelites and the Palestinians Resistance Forces called Hamas has resulted in intensified air strikes on intended targets and the random rockets launches by both Israel and Palestine respectively resulting in more human casualties and property damage on both sides, despite the various governments effort towards the prevention of the escalating Middle East conflict. About sixteen more people have been killed in Israel and about fourty others in Palestine, due to the recent attacks. However, the line of fire drawn between Haifa and Gaza Strip for possible Israelites ground forces offensive has remained relatively calm, while the citizens in the specified regions have continued with their usual daily routine task and normal transportation systems network that entailed the on road transportation system, the railway, the air transportation system and the Pedestrians on the road sides walk.

RUSSIA AND GERMANY BILATERAL RELATIONSHIP REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL AMONG BOTH COUNTRIES INTELLECTUALS.

Russia and Germany bilateral relationship remains controversial among both the Russian and German intellectuals on various isues, particularly on the required co-operation and good policies that have been door ways for the World's competitive major powers amidst Germany's outpacing competitiveness that has earned Germany the nickname of an emerging World's Super Power in the various fields, specially in the Industrial growth, businesses, finance, developement and economic growth, despite the recent agreement between the two leaders of Europe's major powers for open co-operation with the emphasis on policies for liberal markets, finance, humanrights, religious tolerance and economic policies. However, Germany has recently adopted policies that seemed contrary to the required security and defense policies of an emerging World's Super Power, instead the government has enacted legislatons and policies for Troops reduction, defense budget cut and disarmament of the thoroughly educated and disciplined Bundeswehr.

THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES AND GERMANY HAVE APPEALED AGAINST POSSIBLE OUTBREAK OF THE MIDDLE EAST ISRAELITES ARABS CONFLICT.

THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES AND GERMANY HAVE APPEALED AGAINST POSSIBLE OUTBREAK OF THE MIDDLE EAST ISRAELITES ARABS CONFLICT.

The European Union countries and Germany have appealed against possible outbreak of the Middle East conflict between Israelites and the Arabs, or against the Palestines with the Allied Arab World countries as Israel intensified air strikes on intended targets on Gaza Strip with further preparation for possible ground forces offensive, while the Palestine Resistance Forces have continued with random rockets attacks on Israelites capital Tel-Aviv. Extended damages in the human lives that have been lost and property damage in both Palestine and Israel have been numbered in over twenty one and three deaths respectively, besides the millions of dollars that have been so far lost in properties damages. However, some of the Arab World leaders have either visited the injured Palestinians in Gaza Strip hospital, or condemned the air strikes attacks on Gaza Strip as Israel aggression. Israel has admitted that frequent air raid alarm has remained functional in the Israelites capital Tel Aviv in the last fourty eight hours to warn the citizens against possible Palestinians rockets attacks which too has been a surprising sound alarm for the Israelites youngest generation that have not heard the air raid alarm in the last twenty one years of peace between the Israelites and the Arabs.

EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES EFFORT FOR A UNIFIED ECONOMY AND STRONGER EURO HAS BEEN FELT IN SLIGHT RECESSION, SLIGHT CURRENCIES DEVALUATION AND FREQUENT STOCK MARKETS PLUNGES.

Effects of the European Union countries effort for a unified economy and stronger Euro is being felt in slight recession, slight currencies devaluation and stock markets frequent plunges on the European Union successful financial markets. These effects have been generally referred to as attributes of the decision making process of the European Union banks with the European Union Finance Ministers on issues that may have both immediate and long term effect on the Union's projected economic prospects. Some of the issues that have been discussed and evaluated by the European Union Parliament entailed the Euro-bond sales of the Southern European Union countries, the European Union Austerity measures, the Southern European Union countries protest by strikes and demonstrations against their governments Saving Plan Packages and the European Union Finance Ministers acceptance of Greece repeated request, or rather the demand for two years break time needed for recovery that may affect Greece improving financial and economic efficiency, or pose risk on Europe's prosperous economies in the next two years.

CHINA'S COMMUNIST PARTY CONGRESSIONAL MEETING ENDED PEACEFULLY AND WITH SUCCESS ON ISSUES THAT HAVE BEEN AGREED UPON AS ISSUES THAT REQUIRED COMPROMISE AND HARD WORK.

China's decade Communist Party Congressional Meeting that frequently co-incides with the seven years leadership change and power transition has been the World's media highlight of the week and the World's major powers concern of the decade about the system of government that emphasized the fact that changes may some day occur in its system of government, but that Democracy will never be an alternative to the expected changes, eventhough many countries and citizens around the World have either revolted, or protested by demonstrations for Democracy and citizens freedom. However, the Chinese Communist Paty decade Congresssional Meeting ended peacefully and with success on issues that have been agreed upon as issues that required compromise and hard work and these issues entailed China's economic growth that has shrank by about seven percent (7%) in the fourth quarter, the fight against corruption and Chinese government concern about the treatment and well being of the Chinese people in the next few decades, besides the disappointment expressed by the International Foreign Journalists and Free Lance Journalists that have not been permitted entry in to the Chinese Communist Party Congressional Meeting, despite their governments much interest in the meeting.

EVACUATION OF SYRIAN NORTHERN CITIES AND TOWNS HAS ACOMPANIED THE UNANIMOUS SUPPORT AND RECOGNITION OF THE REBEL'S GOVERNMENT BY BOTH THE ARAB GULF NATIONS AND ARAB LEAGUE COUNTRIES.

Evacuation of Syrian Northern cities and towns in huge influx of Syrian refugees border crossing to the neighboring counries estimated at the numbers of over ten thousand Syrian refugees has accompanied the establishment of the Syrian Rebels government's Headquarter in the Northern province under the leadership of George Sarat with the unanimous support and recognition of the Rebels government by both the Arab Gulf nations and the Arab League countries. However, President Basar Assad defiance to comply with both the Rebels and citizens, or the International Body demands remains unshakable as he expressed objection for foreign intervention in his latest televised interview, inspite of the Rebels call for assistance in weapons and ammunition to enable them to remove President Assad from power by use of military force, eventhough it may seem very difficult to accomplish this objective at this present moment, due to the less organized Rebels Movement and the frequent airstrikes that have been directed on intended targets by the Syrian Airforce.

OPPOSING VIEWS ON ISSUES INTENDED TO SERVE THE GOVERNMENT'S PURPOSE ESCALATED IN TO CONTROVERSY IN THE GERMAN PARLIAMENT ALSO KNOWN AS THE BUNDESTAG.

Opposing views on issues intended to serve the government purpose, serve the citizens and prevent future crisis in various fields that entailed the projected demographic shortfall, future industrial growth, social discipline, financial and economic prosperity escalated in to controversy between the Opposition Party which comprised of the Social Democrats with the Green Party Members against the government's Members of Parliament and the Legislators on issues such as the childcare benefits, healthcare, particularly on the additional fees to the Insurance premiums and the required information on additional, or extra income information of the Members of Parliament in the German Parliament also known as the Bundestag. The Opposition Party claimed that the allocated childcare benefits that ranged between the sum of a hundred and a hundred and fifty euros for the families with children that would not attend the Kinder Garden will deprive some children from the required social and educational interaction between children at the earlier ages. However, no substantiated alternative solution has been suggested by the Opposition Party Members in the Parliament that demanded the reform, or the revision of the legislations that have been enacted for enforcement in the various fields mentioned.

CONTROVERSIAL REPORTS ON THE SHOT DOWN OF AMERICAN UNMANNED VEHICLES IN THE ARABIAN AND THE PERSIAN GULF REGION.

Controversial reports on the claimed shot down of American unmanned vehicles also known as the Drones by the Iranian Airforce fighter pilots  between the Persian Gulf and the Arabian Gulf, led to widespread immediate reaction in the Arab World countries by either the support, or denouncement of the Iranian Airforce action and in the evacuation of certain parts, eventhough the Pentagon reconfirmed the shot down of the USA unmanned vehicles with neither the specification of the number of the Drones that may have been shot down, nor any announcement for retaliation against the shot down of the USA Drones by the Iranian Airforce fighter jets that claimed violation of its sovereign airspace by the unmanned vehicles from the USA. However, fortification of areas of frequent naval conflict such as the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf by the Iranian Navy against possible attacks by the USA Aircraft Carriers in the Arabian Gulf has been revealed by random aerial satellites images.

THE WORLD AND VARIOUS GOVERNMENT'S DOMESTIC UNITS VARIED OPINIONS ON THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY ELECTION VICTORY OVER THE REPUBLICAN PARTY.

The World and various government's domestic units congratulated the USA and the Democratic Political Party with varied opinions on the re-election of President Obama and for the Democratic Party projected last minute victory over the Republican Party, eventhough two States in the USA had remained at a close call to the final election results. The domestic citizens collective call for a unified America with the Republican Political Party effort for economic revamp in the USA may end-up unheeded, despite the Republican Party Congressional majority, due to the Democratic Party Senate majority and the highest Executive authority to veto legislations, Republican Party ruling and the effort toward economic recovery and clearified foreign policies. However, Germany and France in the European Union countries expressed their support for the Democratic Party election victory, inspite of the current recession and economic trouble in the USA, Europe and around the World. But, the Russian Federation expressed dissatisfaction over the election results in the USA and wished that the Republican Party had won the election, instead of the Democratic Party to settle the dispute over the Missiles Defense Shield, or the Nuclear War Heads Shield for Continental Europe, the Iranian nuclear problem, and the Syrian current civil war.

USA ELECTION COUNT DOWN FOR THE FINAL VICTORY IN THE LAST FOURTY EIGHT HOURS REMAINS UNPREDICTABLE THAN MAY HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ANTICIPATED AS THE SURPRISE RESULTS.

USA election count down for the victory of the elected President of the United States of America continued to swing in the last fourty eight hours between the two major political parties, the Republican Party and the Democratic Party in the various States of the USA, particularly in the far North East and the Southern States. This would mean the anticipated Republican Party victory for the White House could be overturned, if the domestic and foreign USA military Bases voters voted in favor of the Democratic Party, instead of the usual favored Republican Party candidate by the USA Military. However, the resounding echo of the USA voters in the last few hours to the election results that usually indicates the most favored political party and the Presidential candidate, the nominated, or the elected Presidential candidate seemed to indicate at both political parties and this has qualified this year's election in the USA as less predictable than the previously anticipated surprise results.

Citizens repeated protest by demonstration for immediate implementation of the government's energy policy for the change from the atomic energy to the environment friendly renewable energy sources in Germany and perhaps the European Union countries against the government's plan for gradual changes and for the eventual implementation of the shift in the energy policy in Germany and perhaps the whole of Europe by the year 2022 to 2024 amidst the rising energy cost, higher demand for electric energy consumption, financial and economic difficulties in some European Union countries has caused varied opposing views between the government's various groups and sectors that entailed the executive branch, the legislature branch, the corporate, or private sectors and the citizens, despite the enacted legislation for the gradual changes with the eventual implementation for the change in the energy policy, particularly in the regions, or countries that have been faced with rising demand for electric energy consumption amid financial and economic difficulties. These issues solutions by impartial decision making may have no alternative solutions in the mentioned groups, except on the scientists decision based on the studied facts and the Highest Court broader oversight and judgement on the fairness of the decisions of the Executives and the Legislators, due to the citizens constant pressure on the Executives during the approach of the election and the corporate, or the private sector influence on the decision making process of the Legislators.

ORGAN DONATION HAS DRASTICALLY DROPPED TO THE LOWEST LEVEL IN YEARS AFTER THE GOVERNMENT'S RECENT EFFORT TO REGULATE ORGAN DONATION AND PREVENT ITS VIOLATION.

Organ donation has drastically dropped to the lowest level in years in the country in which over thirty million domestic and foreign operations have been annually performed with minimal failure on patients with acute, or chronic diseases that often requires operations such as heart diseases operations, organs transplant, cancer infected tissues, or organs, accidents and other infectious diseases after the German government recent effort in tougher measures for the regulation of organ donation and for the prevention of its violation by enaction of legislations with penalties against violators of organ donation. However, Parliamentary debate has been required for the enaction of the legislation, or its revision on issues of age limit, the groups that may, or may not be eligible for organ donation and the penalties that are yet to be specified against violators of organ donation in Germany and perhaps in the European Union countries.

USA FASTER ECONOMIC REBOUND REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL SUBJECT IN THE WORLD'S FINANCIAL MARKETS.

USA faster economic rebound that has been rated two percent (2%) growth, inspite of the setback it encountered early in the year in financial crisis in the bank sector, mounting debt, ballooning budget deficit and economic downgrade has surprised many people as it remains controversial subject among financial and media experts in the World's financial markets, particularly when compared to other World's major economies and financial centers such as China, Germany in the European Union countries, Japan, Australia, Canada some Middle Eastern, Arab World and African countries that have significantly shrank in the economic growth and currency strength valuation. Germany suffered decline in economic growth rated at over one percent from last year's growth of about one point eight percent (1.8%), while China and Japan have shrank by over seven percent (7%), due to sharp decline in the high tecnology and industrial products production that accounts much for the Asian competitive economic growth at the global scale. However, the USA sudden economic growth have been attributed to the USA expanding retail sector in major and small businesses creation that have remained the first in the World in retail sales that have created jobs within the shortest time period and reduced the increasing unemployment rate in the USA markets.

SYRIAN REFUGEES INFLUX TO THE NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES AND AS FAR AS EUROPE REMAINS EUROPE'S MEDIA HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK AND POLITICIANS CONCERN OF THE MONTH.

Syrian refugees influx to the neighboring countries and as far as Europe, particularly in Germany remains Europe's media highlight of the week and poliicians concern of the month after repeated violation of the four days cease fire that has resulted in intensified battle in three Syrian major towns that entailed Homs, Eidlib, El Hula and parts of Damascus. However, no proposals have been made for the alternative resolution of the current conflict in Syria by the use of military force, inspite of the escalating violence in airstrikes, missiles launch and gun fire that have destroyed the the required basic infra-structures in many parts of the mentioned towns which included parts of the capital city Damascus. Frequent power outage, scarce food supply and inadequate water supply have been integrated aspects of constant daily struggle in many parts of Syria, even in the parts that have remained undestroyed by the current conflict in Syria.
