SOME MAJOR ISSUES REMAINS CHALLENGES TO GERMANY'S RECENT HIGHLIGHTED PARLIAMENTARY SUCCESS.

      Despite the highlights of the German Parliament success of the decade, particularly in the year 2012 in resolving domestic and foreign dispute with government's increasing role of responsibility within the realm of Democratic process, some major issues that requires solution within the Constitutional, legislative , Judiciary and citizens rights remains major challenges to Germany's recent Parliamentary success. Some of the issues entailed the required solution to the NDP, or the German National Political party restrictions that has been also referred to as the Neo-Nazis within the Constitutional rights of every political party in Germany's current Democracy. The control of the internet with the wireless space for internet violation prevention and data protection and the recent restrictions that have been imposed on the money marketers, stock markets traders and money lenders within Germany.
