The European Union Finance Ministers have reached the compromise on the allocation of the Finance Rescue Package to Greece in the sum of one hundred and thirty billion euros ($130,000,000,000.00) euros with the Greek Conservative Party. THE USA LITERATE AND WELL INFORMED VOTERS RESPONDED ENTHAUSIASTICALLY WITH AN OVERWHELMING TURN-UP OF OVER NINETY EIGHT PERCENT (98%) IN THE PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION.
The USA literate and well informed voters responded enthausiastically in the Presidential primary election, particularly in Florida with an overwhelming turn-up of over ninety eight percent (98%) for the required Republican candidate contestant expected for the political party change in the ruling system of government in the USA that ended with a two to one lead of the Retired General and Former Governor Mitt Romney over the Solution candidate and Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich that has been referred to in the media as the overwhelming defeat of sixty four percent (64%) to thirty four percent (34%) of the Republicans favorite candidate Newt Gingrich in the initial phases of the primary election in the State of Florida. However, the American smart voters may be on thesame wrong path for repeated mistake for the selection of the required Republican Party Presidential candidate and nominee for the President of the United States of America as it had happened four years ago in the change of the USA politics that initially gave the Democrats an overwhelming election victory with the majority in both the Senate and the Congress with the eventual and final election victory for the White House and for the CHANGE that has happened with the opposite policies and negative economic prospects.

THE WESTERN COUNTRIES DECISION FOR A MILITARY ACTION HAS NOT BEEN MADE THE ALTERNATIVE MEASURE FOR THE RESOLUTION OF THE CONFLICT TO THE CURRENT INTENSIFIED SANCTION AGAINST THE SYRIAN GOVERNMENT.
The United Nations (UN) re-convention and the second Resolution for immediate action against Syria, due to the government crisis and worsening security condition has remained undisclosed as the first Resolution that required Russia intervention and rejection against the unspecified measures against the Syrian government, particularly after the latest unrest in the Syrian town of Homs that claimed many lives of innocent citizens that included children and women. The estimated number of death after the unrest in Homs has been fourty four lost lives. The Arab League delegates have once again withdrawn from the insecure locations in the neighborhood of Damascus, due to the Syrian governemnt intensified military action and the Syrian President insistence not to relinquish power to the citizens and the Syrian Opposition in the foreign countries, inspite of the worsening security condition that has been referred to as similar to the outbreak of civil war in Syria.
