THE UNITED NATIONS FINAL RESOLUTION ON SYRIA IN THE YESTERDAY SESSION CONDEMNED THE SYRIAN GOVERNMENT FOR CONTINUED MILITARY ACTION AGAINST THE CIVILIAN POPULATION AND DEMANDED THE RELINQUISH OF POWER TO THE OPPOSITION AND CIVILIAN POPULATION.

Russia has intervented for the third time against the USA and the Western countries decision for a unified action against Syria, despite the United Nations (UN) final Resolution on Syria in it's yesterday session that condemned the Syrian government for continued military action against the civilian population, specially in the Syrian town of Homs and demanded that the Syrian President Bassar Assad should relinquish power to the Opposition and the civilian population , inspite of fear that unorganized Opposition political parties in the foreign countries with the civilian demonstrators within the country rule in Syria may further result in the outbreak of chaos, total civil war, economic downtrend and the death of innocent civilians in Syria which may include women and children, eventhough Russia and China intervention with the argument for optimistic Constitutional Reform in Syria may have prevented the USA and the Western countries military action in Syria and further death of the civilian population.
