EVACUATION ALERT HAS BEEN SET FORTH IN MANY COUNTRIES IN THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE, DUE TO EXTREME COLD AND ICY WINTER WEATHER WITH TEMPERATURES BELOW -

EVACUATION ALERT HAS BEEN SET FORTH IN MANY COUNTRIES IN THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE, DUE TO EXTREME COLD AND ICY WINTER WEATHER WITH TEMPERATURES BELOW ZERO DEGREES CENTIGRADE.


Snow storm in the Arctic circle with high speed wind currents have jointly caused extreme cold and icy Winter weather with temperatures below zero degrees centigrade in many countries in the Northern Hemisphere, particularly in Europe, the Balkans, Russia, the Northern parts of America and specifically in Ukraine, Kroatia, Bosnia, the Scandanavian countries, Germany, the far Northern parts of Canada and the USA. Evacuaion alert has been set forth in many of the mentioned countries, due to the extreme cold and hazadous Winter weather that required the evacuation of citizens and the homeless people from homes and shelters respectively with inadequate, or poor facilities and heating systems. In the Balkans, specially in Urkraine, Kroatia and in Bosnia over eighty people have been reported to have died as a result of the extreme cold severe Winter weather. In Germany ice accumulation on railway tracks, rivers, sea and on the streets has caused traffic chaos in delays and cancellation of scheduled departures in the various forms of transportation systems, whether it may have been the air transport, the railway transport, water transport, or the on road transportation system.
