The State legislators in Hannover Germany have demanded with legislative authority the withdrawal of the Presidential Immunity from Germany's Bundes-President Wulff after the second allegation for involvement in the second unacceptable private earnings transaction during his holiday in Germany. However, the demand, or rather the request for withdrawal of immunity from Germany's highest and the most honored office would require both the Parliament's authority and the High Supreme Court final decision in Karlsruhe for an authorized withdrawal of the Presidential Immunity from the Bundes-President Wulff. The Members of the German Parliament, the Bundestag have been requested for participation by voting on the specified theme of the withdrawal of the Bundes-President Presidential Immunity in the debate scheduled for session early today after yesterday's extra-ordinary meeting of the State Legislators in Hannover Germany.
