PILOTS TRADE UNION TERMED AS THE COCKPIT PROFESSIONALS TRADE UNIION WITH THE AIRPORT EMPLOYEES HAVE REJECTED THE PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED COMPROMISE ON TARIFF INCREASE ALLOCATION WITH THE ADDITIONAL PAYRAISE FOR COCKPIT PROFESSIONALS WITH THOSE IN THE DUTY OF ACCOMPANIMENT.

Citizens civil indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike may once again break-out, due to continuous tariff dispute, particularly after the Pilot's Trade Union termed as the Cockpit Professionals Trade Union with the airport employees rejected the previously accepted compromise on tariff increase allocation with the additional pay raise for the Cockpit Professionals that have been specified as one point two percent (1.2%) as the initial tariff increase and the final tariff increase that has been specified as one point three (1.3%) tariff increase that will be paid until the year two thousand and eighteen (2018). Besides the additional pay raise for the Cockpit Professionals that has been estimated at the average amount of twelve thousand Euros in monthly paid wages for the pilots and few of those in the duty of accompaniment. This could mean hard working pilots would easily earn the highest estimated monthly wages that range between seventeen thousand Euros to over twenty thousand Euros as a result of the demanded pay raise which the government set at only two point five percent (2.5%) tariff increase for the Cockpit Professionals with the required additional pay raise and the over time bonus. Earlier retirement for the pilots with less secured insurance plan for the pilots in retirement, or those prior to retirement age has been another subject of major concern that required solution  as soon as possible, rather than later, or in about two years time period. However, the government Trade Union with the pilot's Trade Union termed as Cockpit Professionals have scheduled the next meeting in about two weeks time period for the debate that may find the required solution to the current problems of tariff dispute between the government and the Cockpit Professionals in order for both of them to prevent the predicted further tariff dispute with the possible outbreak of citizens civil indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen. Reasons for the needed faster implementation, or enforcement of the demanded tariff increase that has ben specified as one point two percent (1.2%) tariff increase with the additional pay raise that has been estimated at the average monthly wage of twelve thousand Euros has been generally described as wide range and entailed the concern to ensure the current lifestyle of Cockpit Professionals with those in the duty of accompaniment and the concern to secure their retirement age allowance, or the insurance plan for retirement age.
