GERMAN MILITARY HAS LAUNCHED ITS CYBER DEFENSE CENTER OPERATION AS SPECIFIED BY THE MANDATE OF THE DEFENSE MINISTER, DESPITE CRITICISM OF THE DEFENSE MINISTER MANDATE AS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND VIOLATES GERMAN GOVERNMENT CURRENT DEFENSE POLICY.

German military also known as the Bundeswehr has launched its Cyber Defense Operation Center that may comprised of a unit of about thirteen thousand five hundred men and women in uniform with additional civilian experts in the field of Cyber Defense Operation within the domestic and foreign Cyber Space as specified by the Mandate of the Defense Minister Ursula Von Der leyen for the improvement of the German military, or the Bundeswehr increasing role of responsibility in the domestic, or foreign humanitarian missions and in the military intervention in foreign conflicts as in Afghanistan Iraq Syria Turkey Mali and South of Sudan. However, Cyber Defense Operations within the domestic and foreign Cyber Space may be limited to defensive cyber operations against cyber attacks on domestic and foreign defense computers, or missile defense systems at home and in foreign countries, rather than the feared and possible offensive anxiety of many people against Germany's newly launched Cyber Defense Unit which its completion with the required establishment of its domestic and foreign programs may be accomplished until the year two thousand and twenty (2020) and should be accomplished in accordance with the Defense Minister Mandate that may require Constitutional Amendment with the change of Germany's current defense policy, particularly with regard to the government's increasing role of responsibility in humanitarian missions, or intervention in foreign conflicts. Besides, the German military involvement in the strategic defense weapons programs such as the deployment of the unmanned vehicles and Drones in military operations in the domestic and foreign conflicts in addition to the launch of Cyber Defense Programs with the development of the Strategic Missile Defense System Program that should be made operational within the next decade, if the German government accept the request, or rather the demand for Constitutional Amendment in the Democratic Republic of Germany with the requirement for change of its current defense policy that specified disarmament of the German military, Troops reduction and budget cuts for the German military also known as the Bundeswehr which too, may further require Parliamentary debates with the enaction of  the legislations that may prevent further criticism of the government's current defense policy with the Defense Minister Mandate for  reform and restructure of the German military that entailed armament of the military, instead of disarmament, reinforcement of the military with Troops and experts, or professionals in Cyber Defense Operations, instead of Troops reduction and finally the requirement for budget increase, instead of budget cuts against the German military.
