GAY COUPLES MAY FACE HARDSHIP IN THE CONSERVATIVE CHRISTIAN SOUTHERN PARTS OF GERMANY, DESPITE THE HIGHEST COURT APPROVAL OF GAY COUPLES EQUAL RIGHTS TO CHILD ADOPTION.

GAY COUPLES MAY FACE HARDSHIP IN THE CONSERVATIVE CHRISTIAN SOUTHERN PARTS OF GERMANY, DESPITE THE HIGHEST COURT APPROVAL OF GAY COUPLES EQUAL RIGHTS TO CHILD ADOPTION.

Gay couples may face hardship in the Conservative Christian Southern Parts of Germany and particularly in the Free State of Bayern Munchen, despite Germany's Highest Court approval of gay couples equal rights to child adoption in the final session held early morning today in Germany's Highest Court in Karlsruhe. The approval of the Highest Court that entailed both legislative and tecnical details for child safety in gay couples families has been rejected by the Conservative Christian Southern citizens and the Christian Social Union Political Party the (CSU). However, the Minister of Justice Mrs. Scharrenberger has supported the Highest Court decision on the approval of gay rights to child adoption as a mile stone success after many Parliamentary sessions on the controversial debates of gay equal rights to child adoption in the Democratic and Federal Republic of Germany.
