THE UN DEMAND FOR STRINGENT ACCOUNTABILITY MEASURES WITH SEVERE PENALTIES AGAINST THE LEADERS OF BOTH THE SYRIAN GOVERNMENT AND THE REBEL FORCES.

     Amids the current humanitarian cisis in Syria with the relief effort of various Organizations that entailed the UN, the Red Cross and the Red Crescent, carnage has continued to spread at the borders of the neighboring countries with Syria and in the Northern regions of Syria that include Aleppo, El Hulla and parts of Damascus, despite the UN demand for stringent accountability measures with severe penalties against the leaders of both the Syrian government and the Rebel forces that may have been directly, or indirectly involved in the series of carnage that has continued to victimize the stranded Syrian refugees in Syria and at the refugees camps located at the borders of Syria with the neighboring countries of Turkey, Jordan and Lebanon. However, the International Criminal Court of Justice in the Nederlands has not specified tha names of those that have been accused of the series of carnage and terrorists activities in Syria.
