RUSSIAN PRIME MINISTER BRIEF TELEVISED SPEECH COVERED DURING THE SECURITY CONFERENCE IN THE FREE STATE OF BAYERN MUNCHEN IN GERMANY HA S GAINED MUCH ATTENTION.

      Russian Prime Minister brief televised speech covered during the Security Conference held in the Free State of Bayern Munchen has gained much attention of leaders, politicians and media attention of both the domestic European Countries and the foreign International media in extended media coverage of the Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medevdev speech that has been generally described in the Western Countries media with the media of the Allies of the West, particularly in Eastern Europe, the Asian, the Middle Eastern, the Arab World and African Countries as direct criticism and assault of the Western Countries relationship to Russia with special consideration of the relationship of the Western Countries governments and Institutions such as the USA Government, the European Union Governments and NATO'S recent precautionary military measures with continued protest against Russian Government current policy and presence in few Eastern European Countries which the Prime Minister has generally described as the outbreak of a new cold war between the USA, the European Union Countries and their Allies against Russia, specially with emphasis on NATO'S recent constant surveillance measures by high technology devices and equipment such as Computers, Satellites, Telescopes and Drones for the intended constant surveillance of Russia's Western border region to Eastern European Countries, particularly the Western border region of Russia to East of Ukraine in which Western Countries Drones have frequently crashed, or may have been shot down by the Russian Air Defense Forces within the Russian Airspace in the Russian farthest Western border region to East of Ukraine. However, despite deteriorating security relationship between the West and Russia, much effort has been place to restore both Russia's and the Western Countries security gap and increasing concern about the emerging security threats in the mentioned regions and countries.
