GAY MARRIAGE AND GAY COUPLES RIGHTS TO CHILD ADOPTATION IN THE CONSERVATIVE CHRISTAIN COMMUNITIES AND IN THE FREE STATE OF BAYERN MUNCHEN REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL THEMES.

Gay marriage, gay couples rights to child adoptation and homosexuality practice remains controversial themes in Germany's most Conservative Christain Communities in the Free State of Bayern Munchen. Citizens in the most Southern part of Germany have been outraged by their governments policies that have liberalized gay marriage and gay couples rights to child adoptation as the basic Constitutional rights of every citizen in a free and Democratic countries in which the Conservative Christain Communities believed that marriage has been permitted and practiced, or performed by heterosexual couples in their communities. These controversial issues , although it may seem as minor oposing views of local citizens at the local Federal governments directives compared to the national and States governments authority, it could cause separation of the Southern State, if both the Constitutional and the provisional statutes have rendered legislations unrevised on the envoling complexity in the older, and mordern communities, or societies in Germany, Europe and in many parts of the World.
