RACIAL DIFFERENCE ISSUES IN GOVERNMENTS AND COUNTRIES WITH DIVERSE RACIAL BACKGROUND.

       Although various races in the varieties of different colors, or the same color have been regarded as a gift bestowed upon mankind by the creator, racial difference issues remains the sources of violence, segregation, wars and governments concern in many countries around the World, particularly in the countries such as the USA, UK, Germany, South Africa and other countries in which racism and racial difference issues have been discouraged by governments measures as the creation, or the formation of Societies and Communities with diverse racial background, or the Legislators and the Judges measures in the enaction of legislations with the enforcement of tougher penalties against racism and racial difference issues in governments and countries with diverse racial background which both the administrators and political scientists have referred to as the iron curtain between mankind, or humanity which the current governments systems, or measures of discouragement can neither overcome, nor eradicate, despite the collective approaches against racism and racial difference issues in many countries around the World. However, the German parliament decision passed early this week for the enaction of legislations with tougher penalties and measures against racism, antisemeticism and racial difference issues that has forced many racist groups to submerge in to underground movements has proven that legislations and tougher penalties measures have been effective to certain degree in the combat against racism and racial difference issues.
