COLLECTIVE APPROACH OF THE WORLD'S MOST CONCERN AND RESPONSIBLE MAJOR NATIONS TOWARD GLOBAL SOLUTION OF THE WORLD'S IMMEDIATE AND LONG TERM PROBLEMS HAVE EITHER FORGOTTEN, OR IGNORED AFRICA'S MOST NEGLECTED CRISES AND COUNTRIES.


      Despite rising global concern and collective response of the World's major and responsible nations toward the sought for solutions to the World's current problems and troubles by diplomatic, political, financial and humanitarian approach, or by military intervention against certain threats such as insecurity terrorism and civil wars. Besides, the recent collective approach against the causes of instability, or problems causing factors such as political crisis, financial crisis, Environmental crisis, Natural Catastrophe crisis, refugee, or asylum crisis and social security crisis in the various countries of the different Continents of this World, particularly in the countries of USA, Russia, China, the European Union countries, Canada, Australia, Japan, other Asian countries, the Middle Eastern, the Arab World and few African countries, many countries in the Continent of Africa have either been forgotten, neglected, or ignored, particularly with regard to the extended civil wars, or rebel forces conflicts and the refugees, or asylum crisis within the domestic African countries with the rising humanitarian and health crisis in many of the mentioned African countries. Uganda, Burundi, Somalia and South of Sudan have been few of the mentioned African countries that have lost the attention with the concern of the World's major and responsible nations with regard to the collective global approach toward problems solutions of both the domestic and foreign countries such as the current refugees and humanitarian crisis in the mentioned African countries, particularly in the countries of Uganda, Burundi, South of Sudan and Somalia. Refugees and asylum seekers influx in the African countries of Uganda and the mentioned few African countries that included Kenya has exceeded the offered generosity of many African countries in free border crossing policy for refugees and legal, or illegal immigrants that have frequently crossed the borders of the neighboring, or far away African countries in sought of safety, or rehabilitation opportunity in the mentioned  countries. Uganda has annually, or frequently received less that thirty percent (30%) in the urgently needed financial and humanitarian assistance needed to alleviate the worsening humanitarian and health crisis in the Northern and North western parts of Uganda.
