LUFTHANSA AIRLINES AND THE PILOTS TRADE UNION NAMED THE COCKPIT PROFESSIONALS HAVE REACHED COMPROMISE ON THE PREVIOUSLY UNHEEDED DEMANDS THAT ENTAILED THE DEMAND FOR TARIFF INCREASE .

   After frequent airport employees and citizens civil indiscipline by protest demonstration and strike at Germany's various airports, particularly at the main major airports of Frankfurt Dusseldorf Berlin and Bayern Munchen, due to the repeated unheeded demands of the airport employees that included the demand for tariff increase that has been specified ad five percent for the airport employees and ten point five percent for the Cockpit professionals and those on the duties of accompaniment of the domestic and long distance International flights bound for near by and far away destinations of the far away countries. Nevertheless, compromise has been reached between the company Lufthansa Airlines and the Cockpit Professionals on the previously disputed tariff, or pay raise dispute which have been specified as ten point three percent and five percent for the Cockpit Professionals with those in the duties of accompaniment and the airport employees, after fourteen times repeated protest by demonstration and strike, due to the mentioned previous unheeded demands that entailed the demand for tariff increase for the mentioned various groups. Besides the requirement for additional compromise between the airlines companies the Lufthansa Pilot's Trade Union named the Cockpit professionals and the government of Democratic Republic of Germany on various major issues as the safety concern at Germany's various airports with the ballooning insurance premium package and retirement packages for the senior pilots, particularly for the Captains in command of both the domestic and International flights bound for short and !long distance travel at home and in the far away countries of the same , or different Continent as in the USA Russia the European Union countries as Germany France and Britain in addition to Canada Australia and the far away Asian countries of China Japan South and North Korea, besides the flights to the Middle Eastern the Arab World and African countries for which many pilots have been asked for, specially the Captains in Command of the aircrafts with those in duties of accompaniment. The flight security engineers and maintenance crew have been regularly indicated. However, the compromise reached would be fulfilled until the year two thousand and twenty two, due to high percentage tariff increase demanded by the trade Unions, particularly the Cockpit Professionals trade union. The Cockpit Professionals would receive the allocated tariff payment in percentage of one point eight percent over the period of eight monthand not at once, due to the repeated protest of the airport employees that have cost the air company Lufthansa the amount of money that exceeded five hundred million euros over short period of time. Other demands entailed the demand for increase of retirement age for the senior pilots from the retirement age of fifty eight to sixty years for the pilots, specially for the captains in command of the aircrafts of the major airlines as the Lufthansa airlines whom would not be unfortunately compensated fully with the demanded insurance and retirement age benefits as previously predicted for the two years increment, if they remain in the service of the airlines for specified time period, paryicularly by the airlines companies in the Democratic Republic of Germany.
It has remained unknown how the recent signed agreements and contracts with governments trade unions and pilot professionals in scheduled merge and purchase of air?Ines by other airlines would affect the agreements and contracts.
