THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT IN SPAIN HAS EXTENDED ITS ULTIMATUM FOR THE REQUIRED DECLARATION, OR DENIAL OF CATALONIA INDEPENDENCE BY THE REFERENDUM FROM THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT PARLIAMENT AND THE CURRENT ACTING TRANSITIONAL PRESIDENT OF CATALONIA.

   The central government of Spain has extended its ultimatum for either declaration, or denial of the results of the Referendum that may end the Independence of Catalonia attained by the Referendum carried out by the regional government of Spain in catalonia over the last weekend, despite the regional Parliament and the current acting President of Catalonia silence over the demand for either declaration, or denial of the citizens demand for independence by the Referendum that has determined the new path of the regional government of Catalonia for independence and total freedom of the people of Catalonia, despite the requirement for more time period expressed in the letter of the acting highest executive of autonomous Catalonia and the possible next President of Catalonia Dr. Piegdemont to the Spanish President Rajoy along with the required final decision of the autonomous regional Parliament located in Catalonia. The demand of the government of Spain for recognition of the Referendum by declaration of the results of the Referendum which has been overwhelmingly supported by the majority citizens in Catalonia whom have voted for separation from Spain by the accepted democratic process of Referendum for break away and independence has remained controversial to this very !moment and could mount in to unwanted military conflict between the central government military and the regional government police forces and the new defense forces, if the European Union government with the European Union countries and the European Union Parliament continue to remain silent on the emerging crisis in Spain that requires solution, due to the specified reasons mentioned earlier that entailed the fulfillment of the requirements mentioned earlier that qualifies countries for self rule and total independence and Catalonia current position with regard to the membership in the European Union  countries. Besides, the demand for adequate structures with the requirement for restructure of the finance the monetary the security and defense forces Institutions in order for Catalonia to qualify for unified finance policy of EU with upgraded standard of credit line ad specified by the World's major finance Institutions the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the European Central Bank (ECB). Other required conditions entaileded the freedom of speech Human Rights and fair Immigration policy of EU and EU member countries. However, if Catalonia has already fulfilled, or would fulfill the demanded listed requirements within the shortest time period, then the Independence of Catalonia would only be threatened by the dispute over violation of the central government sovereignty by its autonomous regional government which has been Catalonia and may further require extended time period for extended discussion within the realm of the Constitutional Rights and Constitutional guidance of both Spain and Catalonia.
