EU TWENTY EIGHT MEMBER COUNTRIES LEADERS HAVE UNANIMOUSLY SUPPORTED EUROPE'S FURTHER DIGITALIZATION DURING THE DIGITAL CONFERENCE HELD IN TALLIN.

    EU twenty Eight member countries leaders that entailed the leader of the exiting EU member country of Britain Prime Minister Theresa May convened in Tallin the capital city of Estonia over the weekend for the discussion of wide range issues on further digitalization of EU twenty eight member countries to maintain European Union countries current leading role in advance high technology and digitalization with emphasis on Cyber Space micro fiber optics digital trenching within specific time period which unfortunately has not been specified during the two days digital Conference of EU twenty eight member countries that entailed the United Kingdom, despite the requirement for a unified agreement for the scheduled begin of work on Cyber Space technology with emphasis on the expansion of the Cyber Space fiber optics network systems and digital micro trenching across the USA and the European Union countries which certainly would mean huge work for both the USA and the twenty eight EU member countries major online companies. This Cyber Space Project of relative huge magnitude being carried out in the various countries of the mentioned two Continents by the major Online companies  as the USA Online company named Google that has remained the number one Online company on the search engine business and other lucrative businesses as the Cyber Space network and fiber optics micro digital trenching network systems across the USA and possibly in the European Union countries, which may result in unprecedented rivalry of the Online companies and systems of governments, due to the advance high technology that has been described as the cutting edge advance high technology in the various fields of commerce financial markets higher business performance and in the fields of information transfer communication security and defense, despite the current unresolved and controversial political issue on Europe's further digitalization which the USA government has clearly and repeatedly expressed its objection to European Union countries digital independence, particularly in the fields of Cyber Defense high technology and the European Union countries previous demands for  Online services of European Union countries version and not of the United States of America version that has continued to dominate the World's countries in the various fields of digitalized services and perhaps the Cyber Defense Centers and Cyber Defense Forces. However, the first European Union countries digital Conference of the Year did not mention the dispute on the Cyber Space technology between the World's major countries with emphasis on the demand for establishment of Cyber Defense Centers in the European Union countries, particularly after the USA army, or the USA Space Center ordered immediate closer of European Union countries Cyber Defense Centers located in Germany's former capital city Bonn 1 and Bonn Badgodesberg in Den Haag the Netherlands and in Parish France. No report has been so far released by the USA government for, or against the renewed effort of EU twenty eight member countries that entailed the exiting EU member country of Britain on European Union countries digitalization with emphasis on Cyber Space technology and its expansion across Europe in micro trenching and fiber optics digital networks expansion across the Eu and the World. The Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel supported digitalization of EU in the brief televised Conference held in Talin and emphasized the significance of digitalization of services in the various fields of businesses such as the e-commerce the financial markets businesses for further success of the emerging markets economy in the EU and globally, which would certainly contribute to EU's and the World's current success by over seventy percent of the World's markets successful financialand economic productivity that exceeded seventy percent in annual efficient productivity capacity of emerging economies which may double in the next few decades with the new and better financial and economic prospects in Cyber Space technology, or the fiber optics networks micro trenching across the USA and the EU, or globally.
Nevertheless, EU major countries have remained silent about EU digitalization  with the claims against digitalization of Europe's arsenals and the defense systems of the twenty eight EU member countries.
