GOVERNMENTS SCRAMBLE ON THE ATTEMPTS TO RE-DEFINE CORRUPTION MADE A COME BACK ON BOTH THE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL NEWSPAPERS AS ONE OF EUROPE'S MAJOR CONTROVERSIAL POLITICAL ISSUES.

Governments scramble on the attempts to re-define corruption with possible scientific, judiciary, legislative and political solution after two years period of silence has resurfaced once again as one of European Union countries major controversial political issues, particularly after Journalists in the USA and Europe covered extensively on both the domestic and International Newspapers scientific reports on high rate corruption  in the developed and wealthiest countries of America and the European Union countries of which the USA and Germany have made the first twelve on the list of the World's most corrupted countries. However, legislative approach in Parliamentary debates in the European Union Parliament may partly resolve and stop the widerange fields of corruption and its attributes that have cost the Eurozone countries the estimated amount of over a hundred and twenty billion euros annually. Few of the many fields mentioned in which corruption has been frequently reported entailed the Humanitarian Aid branch of mostly to the developing countries, the domestic social welfare violation and manipulation of governmental, co-operation and private sector contracts , particularly in the fields of Healthcare, construction services, or developement and the Ministry of Defence contracts.
