RUSSIA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION BECAME INCREASINGLY SEPARATED OVER THE DISPUTED UKRAINE'S DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN POLICY, PARTICULARLY OVER UKRAINE'S HOSTILE POLICY AGAINST MEMBERSHIP TO THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES.

Russia and the European Union countries became increasingly separated over the disputed Ukraine's domestic and foreign policy, besides the civilian citizens increasing civil disobedience in continued protest and violent demonstration amidst the absence of the government in Ukraine's capital Kiev, while the military repeated attempts to restore order in the capital city without full authority of the military ruling cabinet has kept high rank Generals indecisive, or hesitant to use full military authority and force to restore order in the captal Kiev with no, or less bloodshed as required by the European Union Humanitarian Organizations. However, the European Union and particularly Germany has threatened both the former government and thr Opposition Political Parties with sanction against the hostile policy of Ukraine's refusal to the membership of the European Union countries at the time when Ukraine barely qualifies for the membership to the Eurozone countries, when compared to both the the European countries and other countries that have repeatedly applied for the membership to the Eurozone countries with regard to the required discipline of better credit line, financial freedom, industrial expansion, economic growth and the upgraded living standards of prosperous European Union countries citizens.
