THE MAJOR POLITICAL AND LEGISLATIVE ISSUE THAT REMAINS AN OBSTACLE ON THE DEFENSE MINISTER PATH OF SUCCESS HAS BEEN THE AMENDMENT OF THE ENACTED LEGISLATION THAT AUTHORIZED DISARMAMENT AND TROOPS REDUCTION OF THE BUNDESWEHR.

Germany's first female Defense Minister Ursula Von Der Leyen ambition to transform German Military also known as the Bundeswehr in to more attractive job provider and learning Institution by intense training programs and better equipped Bundeswehr with high tecnology mordern weapons remains questionable both at home and abroad as she extended the mandate for Bundeswehr invovement in peace mission early today and particularly in Afghanistan and Mali. The redeployment of the German military in Afghanistan has been limited to few hundreds after the initial withdrawal of the Bundeswehr from the war zones in Afghanistan. However, the numbr of the German Military that will be deployed in and around Mali has not been specified, despite Germany's increasing role of responsibility in problems solution at both the domestic  and foreign levels that entailed continued humanitarian assistance, the involvment in peace mission and the intervention in domestic and foreign armed conflicts. The major political and legislative issue that remains an obstacle on the defense Minister path of success for all has been the amendment of the enacted legislation that authorized disarmament and troops reduction of the Bundeswehr.
