THE USA AND RUSSIA DENOUNCED REJECTION OF PARTICIPATION IN PEACE TALKS WITH THE REBEL FORCES.

The USA and Russia denounced Syrian President first speech of the month to the public that emphasized rejection of participation in peace talks with the Rebel forces, despite the requirement for a joined domestic and International effort to avert the projected humanitarian crisis in Syria and the neighboring countries, due to refugees influx and scarcity in essential commodities supply that has further caused higher prices, inflation and devaluation of domestic currencies in Syria and the neighboring countries. However, the United States of America has allocated the sum of one billion dollars to help eleviate the projected humanitarian crisis in Syria and the neighboring countries, particularly after the United Nations Organization announcement of dwindling funds sources to help prevent the crisis. On the other hand both the government forces and the Rebel forces have intensified attacks against each other military strongholds, or posts in Aleppo, Homs and near the capiatl city Damascus.
