GOVERNMENTS MEASURES FOR DATA PROTECTION MAY RENDER TELE-COMMUNICATION AND INTERNET INFORMATION TRANSFER VULNERABLE TO VIOLATION OF PERSONAL, OR BUSINESS DATA ON A GLOBAL SCALE.

GOVERNMENTS MEASURES FOR DATA PROTECTION MAY RENDER TELE-COMMUNICATION AND INTERNET INFORMATION TRANSFER VULNERABLE TO VIOLATION OF PERSONAL, OR BUSINESS DATA ON A GLOBAL SCALE.

Governments action to step-up data protection measures in the developed countries, particularly in the USA, the European Union countries and the major Asian countries over domestic Telecommunication, the internet information transfer and foreign Tele-communication data Centers by legislative authorization of constant surveillance on data transfer by the governments, or private data Centers may render Tele-communication data and internet information transfer vulnerable on the global scale to violation of personal, or business data protection, instead of its protection. Subjection of personal, or business data to scrutiny by governments authorized agents other than those to whom the information may have been intended is not data protection anymore it is an intrusion that violates personal, or business data protection legislation that has been granted by the Constitution to every individual, business, or company. Companies and individuals with sensitive business concept data, or huge money transaction should be alerted about the governments recent measures for data protection  on the domestic and global Tele-communication and internet Servers.
