MAJOR AND DEVELOPED COUNTRIES HAVE ONCE AGAIN FAILED TO REACH AN AGREEMENT ON A UNIFIED INTERNET DATA PROTECTION AND THE PROTECTION OF  INTERNET GOLDEN BUBBLE YOUNGER GENERATION.

The USA, Russia and the European Union countries have once again failed to reach a unified agreement on the required data protection, but also on the protection of internet winners, or internet celebrities, particularly the Younger Internet Golden Bubble Generation that became multi-billionaires and multi-millionaires at the younger ages and in the shortest time period from Institutions, governments, or even individuals that have frequently attempted to share, or control the younger generation internet success, or label them as ungovernable, wealthiest underage generation that have overwhelmed the older generations with the respective Institutions for the eventual control, or occupation of the global internet business activities that currently accounts for over sixty percent of the World's most successfull e-commerce businesses in many countries of the World, specially in the developed countries of USA, Canada, the European Union countries, Russia, Australia and in the Asian major countries.
