BRITAIN'S HIGH COURT FIRST PROCEEDING ON BREXIT HAS REVEALED BREXIT AS THE MOST CONTROVERSIAL POLITICAL ISSUE OF THIS YEAR AND YEARS AHEAD THAT MAY REQUIRE THE SUPREME COURT FINAL DECISION FOR THE REQUIRED SOLUTION.

     The first day of Britain's High Court proceeding on Brexit has revealed Brexit as the most controversial political issue of this Year and many Years ahead that may require the final decision of Britain's Supreme Court for the solution to the controversial political issue that has extended further and beyond the government's high Executives decision making process and authority that has demanded the Judiciary fair accountability methods on the system of government decision making process and the authority to overturn rulings on the major controversial political legislative financial and social issues that often requires the High Court guidance, approval and the required final decision, when demanded by the government's various accountability methods and guidance Institutions with the various Departments, or Ministries that executes the high Executive directives, or orders as demanded by the structures of authority and power of the democratic systems of governments in Britain and in many countries around the World. Besides, the demanded further scrutiny on Britain's highest Executives office which has been the office of Britain's Prime Minister Theresa May, specially on the exclusion of Britain's Parliament required legislative authority and decision making process on the Article Fifty enacted by the High Court and the Constitution of the country for fair accountability methods on the decision making process and ruling of government's various Institutions and Departments, or the Ministries which included the highest Executive Office of the British Prime Minister with the required prevention of repeated violation of democratic principles and values by controversial political and other issues  as Brexit which has unfortunately emerged as Britain's, the European Union Countries and the World's most controversial political issue of this Year. Other forms of petty, or major criminal violation may occur, between the Proponents and Opposition of Brexit, when the government officially accepted by law as dictated by Article Fifty of the High Court to leave the European Union Countries Membership within the time period of two Years, or over two Years when its appropriate to do so. The form of violation that may occur as a result of  begin of the negotiation on Brexit between the government of Britain and the government of the European Union Countries entailed possible violation of Eurozone's citizens Constitutional Civil and Social Rights as the freedom for the Movement of every Eurozone citizen from one Eurozone Country to another Eurozone country without restriction, or penalties in entry fees to the neighboring Eurozone Countries and for the vast and better employment opportunities, or the lucrative businesses better performance in the neighboring Eurozone Countries that pays much money in the domestic European Union Countries hard currency the Euros that has begun to enjoy its hard currency status as the World's next, or future reserve currency. However, the High Court of Britain has specified in its first proceeding on Brexit the requirement for the government's clear mandate on its duty for continuation with Brexit on the specified five significant points mentioned on the first day of High Court proceeding, despite the current challenges on the government's decision making process for immediate continuation with Brexit, or in other words Britain's immediate, or faster exit from the Union of the European Union Member Countries within the shortest time period that should not exceed two Years. British Parliament, or the House of Commons exclusion from its legitimate right of authority to decision making process on Brexit which may, or may not support Article Fifty of the British High Court may, or may not support the Aricle Fifty, instead the Parliament may demand the implementation of Article Fourty Nine for withdrawal of Britain from Brexit which with less certainty may demand the second Referendum for Britain to remain in the Union of the European Union Countries Membership.
