EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT IN BRUSSELS CONCLUDED ITS DEBATE ON THE DISPUTED AND CONTROVERSIAL STREET TOLL POLICY ON EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES VEHICLES WITH THE APPROVAL OF GERMANY'S STREET TOLL POLICY ON BOTH THE EUROZONE AND EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES VEHICLES.

European Union Parliament in Brussels concluded its debate on the disputed and controversial street toll policy introduced by Minister President of Germany's Free State of Bayern Munchen Mr. Seehofer and later implemented by the Coalition Government Cabinet, after its approval by the German Parliament the Bundestag for the enforcement of the policy on the domestic and foreign European Union Countries vehicles within and those crossing over to Germany in two different ways which passed the scrutiny of the European Union Parliament for the required final approval, after the street toll policy on European Union vehicles had suffered repeated denouncement and multiple lawsuits raised by the European Union government against the government of Germany on charges of infringement of European Union Maastricht Treaty for Freedom of Movement of the European Union Member Countries citizens from one Eurozone Country to another Eurozone Country, particularly at Germany's entry border points from the European Union Member Countries. Besides, extended complains about segregation of European Union Countries vehicles at Germany's entry and border crossing points by the street toll on European Union and Eurozone vehicles that have been over charged by the street toll fees for use of Germany's Highways the Autobahn introduced by the Governor of the Free State of Bayern Munchen supported and approved by the Coalition Government Cabinet Members and the Parliament respectively, but had been rejected by the European Union Parliament in Brussels. However, the European Union Judges and legislators have ruled in favor of Germany's street toll policy and overturned legislators previous decision of refusal to approval and acceptance of Germany's disputed and controversial street toll policy on foreign and European Union Countries vehicles that have repeatedly used Germany's Autobahn and crossed over to Germany and may have been repeatedly charged for frequent use of the Highway. THE European Union Judges and legislators ruling has been based on the undisputed facts  represented by the statement of the Representatives, or legislators of the government of Germany that have thoroughly explained the recent changes on Germany's vehicles number system with the detail aspects of double taxation that have been introduced and implemented on Germany's domestic vehicles, or on European Union Countries vehicles with Germany's number plate system that have been equally spared from payment of the street toll fees at the border crossing points during entry in to Germany's Highways the Autobahn, despite the recent and extended complains of the Eurozone Countries drivers that have been repeatedly charged at the border crossing points during entry in to Germany. Other legislators and media sources, specially the International media sources have indicated dissatisfaction on the ruling of the European Union Judges with the conclusion of the European Union legislators on Germany's disputed and controversial street toll policy on Eurozone vehicles that may require further Parliamentary debates to overturn both the Parliament's and the legislators decision on the disputed and controversial street toll policy on the domestic and Eurozone Countries vehicles.
