The first declaration of the United Nations SECURITY Council first Resolution that specified continuation of evacuation of the remaining thousands of Syrian refugees from the fallen city of Aleppo to Islip and farther to unspecified refugee camp within Syria. Besides, the deployment AND reinforcement of THE United Nations personnel currently involved in the Humanitarian operation by the transport of the remaining Syrian refugees from Aleppo with additional thirty one Envoys from the United Nations Headquarters in New York city the USA. The second Resolution of the United Nations SECURITY Council passed late in the week specified dispute over the passage of the second Resolution that authorized tougher accountability methods AGAINST the Syrian government with the Allied Forces of Russia and other countries as Turkey on the war crimes committed by the mentioned countries AGAINST Syrian civilian citizens by the use of chemical weapons of toxic gases in the city of Aleppo by THE Syrian military and more than twice. The destruction of the ancient christians monuments in the Northern Region of Syria by THE Islamic Militants, specially the statues and antiques that HAVE been collected by the ancient Christians for Centuries. The blockage with the shot down of Humanitarian Relief Aid convoys that had been intended for transport of the badly needed Relief Aid to Aleppo for  alleviation of the never ending and worsening humanitarian crisis in the city of Aleppo AND the random murder of innocent civilian citizens by the Troops shortly after the declaration of the fall of the city of Aleppo. However, TWO prominent members of the United Nations SECURITY Council that have been emphasized on the DOMESTIC and International media as Russia AND China have both expressed their objection to second UN Resolution passed by the members of the SECURITY Council which could be vetoed from implementation by the equally prominent and less prominent members of the SECURITY Council.
