DESPITE GRADUAL AND DIMINISHED CONCERN ABOUT SECURITY THE SPREAD OF FEAR AND CITIZENS CIVIL INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST AND DEMONSTRATION DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON AND THE FORESEEABLE CHRISTMAS DAY, SIMILAR CONCERN HAS BEGUN TO EMERGE AS THE DAYS HAVE ELAPSED TOWARD THE INAUGURATION DAY OF THE PRESIDENT ELECT.

     Despite gradual and diminished concern about security fear and citizens civil indiscipline by protest and demonstration during the Holiday Season and the foreseeable Christmas Day celebration in the USA and other parts of the World , similar concern about  transition of power in the USA has begun to emerge as the days have elapsed toward the month and the day for the inauguration of the President elect Billionaire Donald Trump as the forty fifth President of the United State of America amidst series of claims against the President as the right wing Republican Party elected candidate who had been involved directly, or indirectly in electoral corruption by hacking and cyber attacks against domestic computer systems directed by unspecified, or unknown sources from Russia during the Presidential election contest that gave the President elect Donald Trump minor majority lead over the former Democratic Presidential Candidate Hilary Clinton who has neither requested recount of the votes in the disputed electoral States, nor demanded legislative accountability methods and fairness, specially in the various States of the United States of America in which the outraged citizens and supporters of the Democratic Party Presidential Candidate had repeatedly gone to the streets to express their disappointment with tears heartbreak and repeated protest against the results of the election in just few electoral States that have called the World's attention on the election process of the World's most Capitalistic and Democratic system of government that has spread fear and anger among citizens in the few States of the USA and in Institutions and countries as Russia China the European Union Countries and Japan. Besides, the major Institutions as the NATO, the Trade Agreement Institutions  and Human Rights Organizations, despite the President elect Donald Trump reassurance of the governments and Institutions with the many people in the USA and around the World that they should neither worry, nor spread fear about his election as the President of the United States of America during the sixty minutes brief televised interview of the President held immediately after his election as the new and next President in office. Russia has emphasized its statement of good bilateral relationship of Russia with the United States of America, while the NATO has requested a joint effort to strengthen NATO'S National Alliance Council of the domestic NATO member countries on Treaties defense and other issues as the legislative Human Rights finance and social issues for the next NATO'S Summit meeting scheduled to take place in the month of January in the Year two thousand and seventeen.
