THE FALL OF OVER NINETY FIVE PERCENT OF THE CITY OF ALEPPO TO THE SYRIAN GOVERNMENT TROOPS HAS GAINED THE ATTENTION OF MANY GOVERNMENTS AND HUMANITARIAN ORGANIZATIONS, PARTICULARLY AFTER THE GOVERNMENT OF SYRIA OBLIGED THE REBEL FORCES WITH THE ISLAMIC MILITANTS FORCES TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM THEIR TERRORITIES, OR FACE UNCONDITIONAL CAPITALIZATION WITH NO DEMAND FOR THEIR UNOCCUPIED TERRITORIES MILITARY INSTITUTIONS AND PROPERTIES.

      The fall of over ninety five percent of the city of Aleppo to the Syrian government forces headed by President Basar Assad has gained the attention of many governments and Humanitarian Organizations in extra-ordinary meetings held in various countries on the emerging crisis in Syria with the possible, or alternative solution to the Syrian crisis, besides the extended media coverage of both the domestic and International media on the worsening humanitarian condition in Syria, particularly after the fall of the city of Aleppo that may hopefully end the over four Years civil war in Syria with the worsening humanitarian crisis , specially after the government of Basar Al Assad has obliged the Rebel Forces and the Islamic Militant Forces to sign the agreement for withdrawal from the city of Aleppo, or else they will face unconditional capitalization of all the Rebel Forces and Islamic Militant Forces territories without demand for the unoccupied territories military Institutions and properties. The order of the Syrian government and the military will be effective on the day of the announcement of the Rebel Forces and Islamic Militants refusal to comply with the stated conditions for withdrawal from the occupied territories in Eastern parts of Aleppo that had been home to the Syrian Rebel Forces and the majority Orthodox Christians of  the Eastern part of the city of Aleppo and of the Republic of Syria. The extended extra-ordinary and emergency meetings held in the British Parliament and the United Nations Headquarters in New York city have been mainly focused on the sought for solution to the worsening humanitarian crisis in Syria that has threatened the besieged Syrian citizens of the city OF Aleppo, specially children with malnutrition severe hunger and the possible outbreak of many diseases that could develop to an epidemic and spread, or wipe out the remaining one hundred and fifty thousand Syrian citizens from the Eastern part of the city of Aleppo that have begun to flee to refugee camps and the unknown destinations in the desert, or the neighboring countries on bare foot and with children, or the elderly parents that have survived the strikes of both the Russian and the Syrian Air force. However, various media forces in the USA the European Union Countries the Middle Eastern the Arab World and African Countries have further speculated on the current military victory of the Troops of President Basar Al Assad by use of military force against the Rebel Forces and various Islamic Militant Groups as mainly attributed to the Russian government and Russian military that have directly intervened in the over four Years Syrian civil and armed conflict as part of the Russian government involvement in the war against terrorism in Syria and other parts of Northern Iraq Region and Afghanistan. The United Nations Resolution on the current crisis in Syria has been criticized and objected by two permanent members of the Security Council which have been Russia and China . This could mean the demand for withdrawal of  Russian Troops from Syria may be replaced by redeployment and reinforcement of the Russian Troops with additional Troops from Russia and Syria.
