NUCLEAR POWERED ELECTRIC COMPANIES HAVE STRUCK A NUCLEAR DEAL WITH GOVERNMENTS THAT MAY OFFSET THE SCHEDULED BAN ON ELECTRIC POWER COMPANIES THAT USES THE ATOMIC ENERGY AS THEIR MAIN ENERGY SOURCE FOR GENERATION OF ELECTRICITY.

     Nuclear powered companies, or companies that uses the atomic energy as their main energy source for generation of electric energy with the governments in the Eurozone, particularly the government of Germany have struck a nuclear deal that may temporarily offset the scheduled ban on electric power companies that uses either the nuclear energy, or fossil fuel as their main energy sources for generation of electricity, despite the enacted unified legislation within the European Union Countries that authorizes the implementation of Eurozone's unified energy policy for the change in the governments' energy policy with the shift from the hazardous, or polluting energy sources such as the atomic energy and fossil fuel to the less hazardous less polluting Environment friendly and renewable energy sources as the Solar the Wind the Hydro Electric the Biomass and Geothermal energy sources. The compromise reached between the government and the nuclear power companies on the agreement for payment of thirty two billion euros over a period of time by the power companies that uses the atomic energy as their main source for generation of electricity would generate huge nuclear funds that would be mainly used to resolve the current nuclear waste storage problems by either the building, or rebuilding of safer nuclear waste storage facilities, or by an alternative solution to the nuclear waste problems that would most likely, or possibly be the scientific solution toward the storage of the hazardous nuclear waste materials, or total destruction of the nuclear waste materials generated by the Nuclear Reactors that emits nuclear rays, or residue of nuclear waste materials with relatively high content radio active substances, or nuclear materials that must be destroyed, or contained in safer nuclear waste containers for safer storage in nuclear waste storage facilities. This new development in the nuclear energy sector of the less renewable and less Environment friendly energy sources and of the power companies in Germany and the Eurozone Countries, specially the power companies that uses the atomic energy as their main energy source may not be the required solution being sought in the field of nuclear energy the atomic physics and in the various power companies that uses Nuclear Reactors, despite the predicted huge funds that would be generated as a result of the governments' attempts to resolve the problems of hazardous energy sources as the atomic and fossil fuel energy respectively, except for the required extension of the time period for power companies that uses either the atomic energy, or fossil fuel as their main energy sources. Besides, the efficient and higher capacity electric energy generation, specially by the power companies that uses the atomic energy and will compensate for the lower capacity electric energy generation of the many Environment friendly and renewable energy companies  and will further meet the ever increasing demand for electric energy consumption in the industries the businesses and many Households in Germany and the Eurozone Countries. Nevertheless, much in decision making process of many EU governments may be required for either the extension of the time period for the companies that uses the atomic energy, or fossil fuel as their main energy sources, or for the amendment of the European Union unified energy policy for the benefit of all sides, despite the increasing concern about the much attention needed for the less strenuous and gradual shift of the Eurozone Countries toward the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources with much hope in the projected future scientific and technological breakthrough in the field of the energy sector at the mid, or end of this Century.
