THE WORLD'S MAJOR COUNTRIES WITH VARIOUS OTHER COUNTRIES ACKNOWLEDGED THE TRANSITION OF TIME IN THE OUTBREAK OF THE NEW YEAR BY THE SPEECHES OF THE WORLD LEADERS CONVEYED AND BY THE FIREWORKS CELEBRATIONS.

      The World's major countries of the USA Russia China Japan Germany France the exiting EU member country of Britain Canada Australia South Korea India and other EU and none EU and various countries of the Middle Eastern the Arab World and African countries acknowledged the transition of time from the Year's end, or the previous Year the Year two thousand and sixteen to the outbreak of the Year's begin, or the New Year which has been the Year two thousand and seventeen by their leaders speeches and celebrations that have been conducted in various, or many different ways that began by the spectacular fireworks  that lit the skies of the cities in the mentioned various countries which too has been frequently accompanied by the drop down of the state's emblem and the count down of time in seconds, or minutes before Midnight and toward the outbreak of time in the New Year which has been the Year two thousand and seventeen. The first speech of acknowledgement respect best wishes and motivation of all the citizens at home and in the foreign countries for this Year has been delivered by the Chancellor of the Democratic Republic of Germany Chancellor Angela Merkel in which she conveyed the best wishes of the Year for the citizens of Germany and of the World, but further emphasized on the requirement for a joint effort for the fight against terrorism and for the defeat of terrorism in terror attacks against Germany the Eurozone major cities and other major cities around the World as Turkey. The second speech conveyed to the leaders of the mentioned major countries has been the message for union and not division conveyed by the British Prime Minister Theresa May to the British citizens the citizens of EU and of the World. Britain's Prime Minister stressed on the joint effort for the required unity to accomplish the mandate for Brexit that has suffered delay for possible implementation at Britain's High Court, despite unanimous support of Britain's Prime Minister mandate for Brexit that has gained overwhelming majority votes and approval by the British Parliament. Series of messages conveyed by the leaders of the World and delivered by the domestic and International media entailed the message that has been conveyed by the exiting President of the United States of America President Barack Obama in which he conveyed the New Year's best wishes to his family and to the people of the World and it made the third position in the list of the series of the best wishes and messages conveyed by the World leaders, specifically for the end of the Year and the New Year the Year two thousand and seventeen. However, the best wishes and speeches of the World leaders conveyed and delivered for the New Year may become a reality in the New Year of two thousand and seventeen which too  have been acknowledged and documented, despite the rather discouraging weather conditions in the first day of the New Year and the days that followed that have been generally described as foggy rainy and cold in many countries of the World which included the warmest and hottest countries of the Arab World and Northern Africa as the United Arab Emirates Qatar and Libya.
