USA GOVERNMENT INTENTION TO IMPLEMENT THE PRESIDENT'S SECOND MANDATE THAT SPECIFIED THE BUILDING OF CONCRETE AND BARBED WIRED FENCE ALONG THE USA SOUTHERN BORDER WITH MEXICO MAY FURTHER STRAIN THE USA GOOD BILATERAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE NEIGHBORING COUNTRY OF MEXICO AND OTHER FOREIGN COUNTRIES.

USA government intention to implement the President's second mandate that specified the building of concrete wall and barbed wired fence along the USA Southern border with Mexico may further strain USA good bilateral relationship with the neighboring country of Mexico and other foreign countries that have either protested, or denounced the President's second mandate as unnecessary, due to USA military presence along the Southern border with the use of high technology surveillance cameras Drones Satellites computers other electronic devices and equipment that have been mostly effective in the required border control for the prevention of illegal immigrants entry in to the USA and for the combat of drug and narcotic smuggle along the USA most Southern border with Mexico. However, USA President Donald Trump indicated in his own words during the brief televised press Conference held at the White House Yesterday that the second mandate could be change as a result of his decision on the mandate that has been exceedingly criticized by the government of Mexico and other foreign governments and Organizations that included the European Union Countries trade and Environmental Protection Organizations that have expressed their concern about the possible decline in the volume of legal free trade along and through the USA Southern border with Mexico on which goods have been transported to and from the USA to many South America countries. Besides, the concern about the predicted obstacles on the natural movement of terrestrial animals from North America to South America and the Opposite, despite terrestrial animals persistence on the natural animals trait characteristics immigration that have helped the migrating animals birds and fish overcome changes in their natural habitats for hundreds and hundreds of Years with increasing growth of man made obstacles environmental hazards in global warming drought increased atmospheric temperatures and pollution of terrestrial animals natural habitats. The United Nations Organization Humanitarian and Environmental Protection branches in the major General Headquarters in New York and in Geneva Switzerland have unfortunately remained silent about the requirement for possible solution to the terrestrial animals natural migration along and across the USA most Southern border with Mexico which the President's second mandate could result in the absolute restriction of the terrestrial animals natural movement for both domestic and foreign terrestrial animals of origin within the Continent of America and parts of the Continent of Europe at the border between Russia and Canada which certainly would mean live, or death decision  of the President for the terrestrial animals along and across the restricted border regions.
