REFUGEE AND ASYLUM ISSUES REMAINS THE MAJOR POLICY MAKING ISSUES IN PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES THE ENACTED LEGISLATIONS FAIR DISTRIBUTION METHODS AND BETTER FINANCE ALLOCATION PROCEDURES.

 
      Refugee and asylum issues remains the major policy making issues in Parliamentary debates the enacted legislations fair distribution methods and better finance allocation procedures in the USA and many EU and none EU Eurozone countries, particularly in the Eurozone countries that have welcomed bigger numbers of refugees as the Democratic Republic of Germany France Britain Switzerland Denmark Sonderburg Greece Malta and Turkey. Further restriction of refugees and asylum seekers entry in to USA various ports, specially at the airports in New York city over the last weekend on the request of the President of the United States of America Donald Trump has triggered a series of meetings held in the European Union major cities by the governments of the Eurozone countries and other none profit Organizations, particularly on the current political dispute over fair distribution of refugees in the EU and none EU Eurozone countries that have continue to open their various ports for new arrivals that comprised mostly of refugees and asylum seekers from various countries of the World that have been welcomed in Europe, despite the recent immigration crisis in the various Eurozone countries attributed to refugees and asylum seekers influx from many countries, specially those from Eastern Europe Syria Afghanistan Northern Iraq Mali Somalia Northern Uganda and South of Sudan. However, the first meeting of the mentioned Eurozone countries held in Malta and headed by the Chancellor of the Democratic Republic of Germany Angela Merkel that has been emphasized on fair and equal distribution of refugees in to various Eurozone countries has unfortunately not been concluded with success in the first meeting of the Eurozone leaders intended for fair and equal distribution of refugees and asylum seekers with better finance allocation procedures in Eurozone's Finance Rescue Packages umbrella from the World's two major finance Institutions the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The European Union Finance Rescue Packages has been the financial assistance package umbrella for  financial assistance allocation for the Eurozone countries that had been hit hard by the European Union Austerity Measures intended for the upgrade of the credit line of Eurozone countries in the EU membership to the required standard that has been specified by the mentioned two finance Institutions and as the basic requirement for the unified finance systems of the EU member countries. Besides, the finance assistance package for the Eurozone countries that have been affected by refugees influx, or may have been involved in the fair and equal distribution of refugees within the Eurozone countries, which many Eurozone countries have not received, except Turkey Greece and Sonderburg.
